The rapid development of technology has deeply affected labour relationships. With the increasing technological developments, traditional mobbing, which is an important problem in labour relations, has started to leave its place to digital mobbing practices today. The biggest difference of digital mobbing from traditional mobbing is that the electronic devices used, eliminate the time and space factor. In this study, the effects of digital mobbing practices applied to employees in workplaces were examined through the example of private school teachers. The reason for choosing private school teachers is that the education sector is the sector where mobbing is encountered intensely. Teachers working in private schools in Elazig province constituted the population of the study. Semi-structured interview form, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. Interview forms were evaluated with content analysis. As a result of the study, it was determined that digital mobbing practices occur in private schools in a multidimensional way and negatively affect labour relationships.

Human relationships directly influence the success of educational goals. As a result, a constructive partnership with instructors, administrators, heads, and students is required to achieve academic goals. It has been observed that good relationships among teachers, students, heads, parents, and the community decide a school's performance. As a result, the study aimed to investigate human relationship issues and their effects on school success to change the situation in the future. The study's participants were all heads of (GHS) Schools in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The researcher used convenience sampling techniques to pick 65 heads from all GHSS in Malakand Division for the sample. Since it was a mixed approach study, a Likert-style questionnaire was used to collect quantitative data. A semi-structured interview guide was used to collect qualitative data from the purposefully chosen ten school heads. SPSS was used to tabulate and interpret the data, which was done using percentages and the Chi-square test. The bulk of students, according to the study, do not collaborate with school administrators. The analysis also found that parents, communities, PTCs, and BOGs are not entirely cooperative. Higher authorities do not perform their duties to the complete satisfaction of secondary school principals. In contrast, political influence has uprooted and ruined the whole educational structure. As a result, the study suggested that prominent representatives of the group (Khan, Malak, Pesh Imams) be welcomed to schools regularly to encourage parents and community members to cooperate and share school concerns and concerns with them. The Ministry of Education should include daily training and workshops for principals, BOGs, and PTCs to develop their leadership skills and increase community awareness and interest in school management issues. They will establish a sense of ownership as a result, and they will play an important role in the growth of organizations.

The rapid increase in the number of the private schools in Turkey provides parents new choices. This also leads teachers and administrators who work for state schools and who are also parents themselves to make a choice between private schools and state schools. In this regard, the aim of this study is to review the opinions of teachers and administrators working for the state schools on private schools. The research method is qualitative phenomenology design. The study group involves a total 136 teachers and school administrators working in schools located in Sivas city centre. The data of the study is collected via a survey with open ended questions developed by the researcher. Content analysis method is used for the analysis, and the data are demonstrated with the graphics. As their positive opinions on private schools, teachers and administrators stated that private schools supports academic success, they are rich in physical environment, they have more extra-class activities, they provide convenience for working parents and they contribute to students' progress. However, their negative opinions are private school fees, not enough contribution to student progress, constant turnover of teachers, and misleading behaviours towards parents. The findings show that, comparatively, the teachers and administrators are more reluctant to send their children to private schools, and besides, they have more negative viewpoints on private schools. The trend of enrolment in private schools is growing rapidly. The criteria of quality for teacher candidates is complex one, great value is placed for oral interviews along with other formal techniques of selection process. The present study focused to investigate the desired and observed levels of qualities for teacher candidates perceived by their employers at private educational institutions in Pakistan. Interviews of personnel involved in selection process, a focus group discussion and a survey were used as the research method. After semi-structured interview with 20 employers the initial three levels of dimensions of qualities for teacher candidates i.e. dimensions of educational and professional knowledge; dimensions of teaching and professional skills; and dimensions of values and attitudes were developed and kept for  focus group discussion. In this way six qualities for each dimension were finalized and the survey was conducted to rate the desired and observed levels of 18 items. A total number of 139 responses were available through this survey. The mean of desired and observed responses for each item was calculated. The difference between means, standard deviations and t-values were also calculated. The differences in mean values for desired and observed levels for all three categories indicate that employers of private schools are not satisfied with the output of teachers training programs.

Government can apply learning continuity plan followed by private school during the lockdown period in the context of Covid-19 which appears as outbreak from Wuhan, China and spread rapidly all over the world. Since education is the systematic process of getting or receiving knowledge in the institutions, privatization of education is also being accepted by many countries  and have brought the policy to emerge the education sector with the help of public and private schools. In the present context, when the Corona virus  spread rapidly all over the world, WHO initiates to stay safe in quarantines and UNESCO suggest about closures of schools and universities. In this context, a study was conducted in 8 schools of every province of Nepal with Kathmandu valley. Schools were chosen randomly as well as mixed method was used to analyze the study. Chi-square, cross tabulation and correlation analysis was done to elaborate the data and SPSS vol-20 was used to interpret the data. In Nepal, private schools of urban area and some public schools are playing an effective role in continuing education through online learning constructing digital infrastructure. However, the majority of private schools are found less effective in online class due to geographic and socioeconomic conditions as well as they are facing electricity and internet problems to continue education in this pandemic era. So, government as well as private sector should prepare Temporary Learning Centre (TLC) and bring the Learning Continuity Plan (LCP) to urban and rural areas to continue education in the COVID -19 periods.
