The economic development of the country has a direct relationship with the role of the social security organization in the fair distribution of wealth and the creation of the processes supporting government programs. For the insurer organizations, and especially the social security organization, to maintain the satisfaction of its customers as the main capital of this organization, they should increase the quality of their services. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of the quality of socio-cultural projects and programs on improving the level of satisfaction of pensioners. The purpose of this study is applied and has a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population includes all pensioners of social security organization in Golpayegan city. With the help of convenience sampling, 384 pensioners of this city were surveyed. In order to analyze the data, mean test of a society, Pearson correlation and linear regression were used. The results showed that the quality of the educational programs provided to the pensioners of the Social Security Organization is satisfactory. However, the quality of social and cultural programs provided to pensioners of the Social Security Organization was not satisfactory. Background: Patient satisfaction is the first indicator of a hospital standard and a measure of servicequality. Understanding the needs and desires of the patient is important that affects patient satisfaction, tohelp improve the quality of health services, requiring the establishment of Social Security administeringAgency (BPJS) which is required to provide Satisfaction in patients. The services provided by the hospitalmust be qualified and meet the five dimensions of the main quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness,assurance, and Emphaty.Research aims: To determine the level of satisfaction of BPJS patients on the service of chemotherapy inIbn Sina Makassar Hospital in June year 2019.Research methods: This research is a descriptive draft study using a cross sectional approach. The samplesin this study were 54 people who meet the criteria for inclusion and exclusion. The data collectiontechniques used are questionnaire.Results of the study: according to the research results of BPJS patient satisfaction level of chemotherapy inthe hospital Ibn Sina Makassar, using the dimensions obtained in the dimension tangible 50% satisfied and50% very satisfied, on the reliability dimension 37 % were satisfied and 63% were very satisfied, on thedimension responsiveness 51.9% satisfied and 48.1% very satisfied, on the dimension of assurance 29.6%feel satisfied and 70.4% very satisfied, and on the dimension of Emphaty 38.9% feel satisfied and 61.1%feel very satisfied.Conclusion: The quality of service quality of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphatyaffects the level of patient satisfaction of the participants of the Social security health provider to theMinistry of Action chemotherapy at the hospital Ibn Sina Makassar.

Accelerating the introduction of a new technological package is needed to increase the productivity of high elevation puddled rice in Humbang Hasundutan. The objectives of the study are to find out the perception of the existence of technological packages and farmers' preference for a new technological package. The study used a survey method with primary data gathered using questionnaires. The criteria of locations and respondents were used to obtain relevant respondents and data concerning their knowledge of high elevation puddled rice cultivation.  The collected data were processed by using Importance Performance Analysis in order to find out the level of Importance and Satisfaction of the indicators and the valued aspects in the technological package components. The results of the study showed that the socio-economic aspects had to be heeded in organizing the technological package. Indicators having a high level of importance and a low level of satisfaction consisted of production cost, quality of seeds, farmer groups empowerment, technology information institution, capital cost, agricultural tools and machines, pest control, sales price, irrigation canals, and farm roads. On the other hand, introducing new superior seeds, productivity attribute and planting age were important indicators for local farmers as to improve the quality of existing seeds. Farmers group expected that the technological package had a high level of productivity, better access to input, low cost, and good user-friendliness in its application.

Disasters are inevitable.  The island resorts in Malapascua Island, Daan Bantayan, Cebu, Philippines are vulnerable to natural risks such as typhoons and earthquake. In increasing disaster resilience, a model should be based on risk assessment results and be integrated with the strategic planning of the government and communities. It should consider risks and risk treatments across the social, built, economic and natural environments (Councils for Australian Governments, 2009). The study aimed to propose a disaster resiliency model for Malapascua Island, Daan Bantayan, Cebu, Philippines. The output of this study is a guide for the local community in case of natural disasters.  The descriptive survey method was utilized using a two survey questionnaires. The data regarding disaster preparedness in hotel resorts are gathered from the 80 respondents consists of the staff and managers of resorts in Malapascua Island, emergency rescue personnel, as well as the village officials of village Logon and municipal officials of Daan Bantayan, Cebu, Philippines.  Simple percentage and rank were used in the treatment of the data.  Results showed that island is vulnerable to risk and that devised plans for emergency disasters, hazard mitigation, and contingency are needed. The researchers recommended the use of the model. However, further research on its effectiveness should be conducted to confirm the preliminary findings.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon related to PAI lecturer performance that is not optimal yet. The government has issued policies to improve the quality of lecturers as an effort to improve the quality of education through the improvement of welfare. However, conditions in the field show that some lecturers who have received the professional allowance have not shown any significant performance improvement. Some lecturers who have very good competence sometimes not followed by high performance, this is reflected from the results of the lecturer's performance.The purpose of this research are: (1) to know the level of competence and performance of lecturers of PAI in Padang city (2) to analyze efforts to improve the performance of PAI lecturers in Padang city (3) to find the level of competence influence on PAI lecturer performance in Padang city.This research is a quantitative type with survey method and correlational approach. The population is PAI lecturers at state universities in the city of Padang totaling 30 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data collection techniques used were the dissemination of questionnaires, documentation and literature study. While the data analysis technique used is the normality test Kolmogorof Smirnov method. Test validity using Product Moment Pearson correlation formula. Test reliability using Alpha Cronbach and processing analysis using SPSS version 15.The research findings are: (1) the actual condition of PAI lecturer competence in public universities in Padang city is generally quite good (TCR = 3,93 / 5,00 or = 76,98%) whereas actual condition of teaching performance of lecturer PAI lecturers at state universities in Padang city were in good condition (TCR = 3.81 / 5.00 or = 69.64 %). (2) The efforts to improve the performance of PAI lecturers according to the authors include: Planning the development of lecturer's performance, organizing lecturer performance assessment, conducting lecturer performance assessment with sustainability, supervising the performance of lecturers as well as following up the results of lecturer performance assessment. (3) there is a significant positive correlation between lecturer competence and lecturer performance of 22,3 %, meaning competence contribute to lecturer performance.Suggested to the lecturers of PAI to improve the competence to produce performance as expected. The various parties who have responsibility to improve the performance of lecturers are expected to give attention to the increased competence of PAI lecturers in order to give a significant influence in order to improve the quality of national education.

The relevance of the scientific problem and the scientific novelty are due to the social demand of society for studying problems related to the subjective well-being of people with disabilities. The focus of our attention is the psychological well-being of dyads in close relationships (romantic or marital). The aim of the study is to analyze the psychological well-being in a dyad of partners who are in close relationships. The article analyzes the characteristics inherent in close relations of couples in which one of the partners has a disability. Using the Scale of Adaptation and Cohesion (FACES-3)), the levels of adaptation and cohesion of the dyads were revealed. Methods Quality of life Enjoyment and Satisfaction Questionnaire examines quality of life and subjective well-being, assesses the degree of subjective satisfaction with emotional and social spheres, health, activity in free time. Particularly analyzed data of a semi-structured interview. Empirically revealed differences in the understanding of their own close relationships depending on the health status of the partner. Dyads, including partners with disabilities, demonstrate a high level of satisfaction, average cohesion values, partial balance. The study is complex, and now there is a clear prospect for its continuation.

The internet and networks have broadened the electronic financial business specifically the transaction of money. The novel banking industry in Iraq countering many obstacles especially security issues. The aggressive competition among the banks to attracting more customers resulting that the quality of the services became the cornerstone. The private banks try to improve the services for the customer by using Automated Teller Machine (ATM). The purpose of this study is describing the explanatory variables for service quality in the research model and examine the effect of service quality variables on employee satisfaction. Two hypotheses were formed to verify if their effect on service quality or not. using Quantitative approach with survey method to quantifies the responses collected via questionnaire. The questionnaires distributed to employees working in the directorate of education are350 just 302was returned and after the examination only 210 questionnaire was valid. Descriptive statistics, Pearson-correlation and multiple linear regression techniques in SPSS were used to analyze quantitative data collected from the questionnaire. the findings are medium agree of ease of use ATM, moderate disagree for accessibility and moderate disagree of security. Regression model finds the service quality factors affect employee satisfaction and as result H1 hypothesis accepted. finally, Pearson-correlation showed a positive relationship to all independent variable on employee's satisfaction and mentioned the highest positive correlation was the ease of use variable.

This article empirically assesses perceptions of Ethiopian secondary school teachers and education administrators on the challenge of quality of education, opportunities and explores viable options to improve the quality. To this effect, the descriptive survey method was employed. The information used in this study was obtained through questionnaires random sampling technique which was employed to select 72 Directors, 50 vice directors, 71 Supervisor 52 unit leader and 638 teachers targeted respondents respectively into two secondary schools. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. The result shows that in contrast to remarkable achievements in access, progress to date in raising the quality of education in Ethiopia has been limited. Most of the respondents agree that the achievement in gross enrolments is good but in quality, at a low rate and has learning achievement in education system remains unacceptably low. This has become a source of concern for government officials, educators, parents, teachers, students, and other stakeholders. In addition, the results confirm that curriculum content needs to be relevant to a labour market where meta-cognitive skills are at a premium while providing schools with the flexibility to create an instructional environment suited to local conditions and revising teacher training method in university or colleges.

Background: ‪The quality of life of people with disabilities is the result of many factors. Apart from health, functional and mental parameters, it is determined by several social conditions. This approach, however, concerns an objective perspective, apart from which there is also a subjective perspective. This is an internal approach that affects the sense of the quality of life, to a limited extent referring to the quality of life itself. Therefore, it can be assumed that the subjective views on the quality of life will be determined by the location in the social context, an example of which is sport activity. The aim of the research was to find out the opinions of disabled athletes about the quality of life in the context of their participation in various forms of physical activities. Material and methods: The research analysis was conducted on 107 disabled athletes and 19 disabled non-athletes. A diagnostic survey method was used with a questionnaire technique. The research tool was the Quality of Life Index, an American scale which belongs to the global category of scales and is composed of a series of questions referring to different areas of life. Results: ‪The results of the survey did not confirm more positive opinions about the quality of life among disabled athletes. The differences between the groups turned out to be statistically insignificant in most cases. Conclusions: ‪Since most of the research results to date indicate a positive impact of regular physical activity on self-esteem and the quality of life, it seems necessary to explore this problem on a larger research sample of people with disabilities.

The CT scan inspection data from the Radiology unit at Harapan Keluarga hospital showed a decrease in the number of visits in 2014, is 457 patients with a target of 550 patients. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the quality of CT scan services on the level of patient satisfaction. This research used descriptive survey method. This research was conducted from November to December 2015 in Radiology Unit of Harapan Keluarga Hospital of Mataram City. Sample size in this study was 93 patients in period of 2012-2014, selected by using purposive sampling. Data collection method used is questionnaire or questionnaire. Primary data obtained through interviews or filling questionnaires given to respondents. The result showed that the quality of service to patient satisfaction CT scan from aspect tangible good service (86.0) good service reliability (64.5%), good service assurance (74.2%), good service responsiveness (61.3%) and good service empathy (50.5 %). Can be concluded based on patient satisfaction items that CT scan service has good category. The need to make the rules/SOP of CT scan patients concerning alertness and awareness of officers to be available if needed patients, conduct socialization to provide information about the program of promotional activities in patients.
