The purpose of the research was to find out correlate between learn time management, motivation to learn, and learning facilities with mathematics learning achievement on 8th  grade students at the whole district of Danurejan Yogyakarta. The genre of this research is descriptive researchment. The population in this research were all students of 8th grade students at the whole district of Danurejan Yogyakarta with amount 593 students and the samples taken at proportional random sampling with amount 113 students. Data collection method used was a questionannaire and a test technique. Analysis using descriptive analysis of data, multiple regression, and partial correlation. In the major hypothesis test is obtained R = 0,747 and R2 = 0,558 with sig=0,000 < 0,05. Then in the first minor hypothesis test is obtained ry1-23 = 0,443 with         sig=0,000 < 0,05; the second minor hypothesis test is obtained ry2-13 = 0,370 with sig=0,000 < 0,05; and the minor third hypothesis test is obtained ry3-12 = 0,344 with sig=0,000 < 0,05. So there is a positive and significant correlation between learning time management, motivation to learn, and learning facilities with mathematics learning achievement on 8th grade students at the whole district of Danurejan Yogyakarta as collective and partial. It is expected that students care about learning time management, motivation to learn, and learning facilities to  mathematics learning achievement increasingly.

The present study investigates the impact of human capital, knowledge capital which is a function of human capital, and real exchange rate scenario in explaining long-run industrial total factor productivity (TFP) from 1980 to 2015 on the theoretical basis of the open endogenous growth model. The variables employed in the contemporary study include manufacturing value added (MNVA) as industrial output measure, gross fixed capital formation (GFCF) as a measure of capital and labour input which is measured using employment data. Gross enrolment ratio (GER) is taken as a measure for human capital formation, expenditure on research and development (R&D) as a proxy for knowledge capital, and real exchange rate indicates global economic shocks. The study involves estimating TFP for Industrial Sector during the post-liberalization period by employing Cobb-Douglas production function. The ARDL bounds test technique for cointegration revealed long-run relation among the varying factors studied. The Toda-Yamamoto causality test concluded bi-directional causality running between, R&D expenditure and Industrial TFP which sends a strong signal to the policymakers for a well-framed long-term integrated approach for human & knowledge capital formation which will act as a strong impetus for manufacturing firms to come up in terms of augmenting production and productivity and expanding foreign market horizon. The impression creep test (ICT) method, as a miniature specimen test technique, has been used extensively to determine the in-service creep properties of power plant components. However, the experiment results of the ICT can be affected by some uncertainties associated with the inaccuracies of measurement, which have not been studied before. This paper presents some results of finite element analyses, to evaluate the effect of indenter misalignment on the results of the ICT, such as the steady-state creep deformation rate and the conversion parameters. The results obtained have shown that the angular misalignments of the indenter around horizontal directions have a relatively significant influence on the conversion parameters, and the misalignment around vertical direction has a much less significant effect. Empirical formulas were developed for the possible correction of the conversion factors. Finally, some recommendations on the control of the indenter and specimen alignment were given.

Flutter is an aeroelastic phenomenon that may cause severe damage to aircraft. Traditional flutter evaluation methods have many disadvantages (e.g., complex, costly and time-consuming) which could be overcome by ground flutter test technique. In this study, an unsteady aerodynamic model is obtained using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code according to the procedure of frequency domain aerodynamic calculation. Then, the genetic algorithm (GA) method is adopted to optimize interpolation points for both excitation and response. Furthermore, the minimum-state method is utilized for rational fitting so as to establish an aerodynamic model in time domain. The aerodynamic force is simulated through exciters and the precision of simulation is guaranteed by multi-input and multi-output robust controller. Finally, ground flutter simulation test system is employed to acquire the flutter boundary through response under a range of air speeds. A good agreement is observed for both velocity and frequency of flutter between the test and modeling results.
