The subject of the article is the problem of the discrepancy between the actual educational practice in schools and the official policy and declarations regarding shaping social and civic competences, characterized, inter alia, by the ability to cooperate. The aim of the article is to try to answer the question about the causes of weakening the ability to cooperate in the everyday functioning of people and institutions. The answer to this question is analyzed on the basis of the source texts of Richard Sennett, an American sociologist who devoted a lot of space to this problem in his works. In the first part of the article, the author describes the problem of the condition of modern man. In the second part, she presents the problems of changes taking place in today's world that cause the "corrosion of character" of human. In the third part, she discusses the issue of cooperation ritual and routine, which have the power to educate. The last part of the article, she presents an attempt to answer the question about what one needs / what one can to be changed in contemporary education, so that the development of competencies important from the point of view of functioning in the contemporary world has become an essential tool for education and upbringing.

ABSTRACTIt aims to promote critical debate on the construction of knowledge in psychology taking parameters such as the notion of historicity , the question of dialectical objectivity - subjectivity the constitution of the subject and subjectivity from the perspective of dialectical and historical materialism . Question the knowledge of psychology from category involves questioning the historicity of individual naturalization, natural phenomena and located in a social perspective, discussing the contents of universals and a priori character. That research perspective and reflection pursues the foundations of theoretical constructs and practice, opening a field of reflection on the interweaving of concrete social practices and theoretical constructs generated from demands in specific contexts (situations of health and illness; production of material life, estrangement and unusual or hegemonic meanings opposite the everyday life). In performing this task, configures itself necessarily as critical theory , since it indicates the present theories on ideology that "natural " phenomena and psychosocial conceal their commitment to dominant interests which, in ideological nature , alienate individuals and groups in which they live hindering the formation of the subject of rights . This lack of critical reflection engenders professional practices normalizing and alienating. The problematic of the inclusion of psychology in primary and secondary care is discussed of both point of view theoretical as an action.RESUMOObjetiva-se promover o debate crítico sobre a construção de conhecimentos na área da Psicologia tomando como parâmetros a noção de historicidade, a questão da dialética objetividade - subjetividade na constituição do sujeito e a subjetividade sob a perspectiva do materialismo dialético e histórico.

Introduction. The relevance of the research on the formation and assessment of the level of development of competencies in the mathematical educational field is due to the fact that the subject competence of the participant of the Olympiad predetermines his victory in the competition. And the Mathematical Olympiad, as a form of education, has potential not only for the formation, development, but also for determining the level of mathematical competence of its participants. The research problem is to justify the didactic potential of the mathematical Olympiad as a tool for determining the level of mathematical competence of school students. Aim of the study: to theoretically substantiate, develop and specify the content, indicators of mathematical competence of mathematical Olympiad participants Methodology and research methods. The methodological basis of the study is determined by: the activity and competence-based approaches to teaching; a retrospective analysis of psychological and pedagogical studies affecting the formation and development of key and subject competencies of schoolchildren; an analysis of the content of mathematical Olympiads; an analysis of the results of Kyrgyz Republic schoolchildren in international mathematical Olympiads; the study and generalization of the experience of juries of Olympiads. Results. The subject Olympiad forms a competence-based educational environment in which the levels of formation of key and subject competencies of its participants are most fully displayed. The competence-based approach to training in the Olympiad environment is characterized by the formulation of objectives from the point of view of the activity approach to the formed competence. Subject competence is leading in determining the quality of the student’s Olympiad activity. The mathematical Olympiad is one of the effective forms of both the formation and development, and the determination of the level of mathematical competence of its participants. The introduction of presented system for preparing schoolchildren for mathematical Olympiads, using model’s formation of mathematical, informational competencies in the experimental group, led to an increase in students' knowledge of the theory and practice of solving Olympiad problems in mathematics by 12,95%; the qualitative indicator of knowledge of the school curriculum in mathematics increased by 15,25%. The index of absolute indicators in the experimental groups in the theory of Olympiad mathematics was 53,12%, in the methods of solving Olympiad problems – 55,38%. In control groups, these indicators were 41,23% and 42,36%, respectively. The qualitative indicator of exam results of schoolchildren of the Olympic reserve turned out to be 19% higher. The results of the questionnaire survey participants of the Olympiads confirm the expediency of using technology for the development of critical thinking, the project method of teaching, ICT in the process of preparing for the Olympiads, contributing to the emergence of motivation to study an extracurricular course in mathematics in 68% of students, 42% of students showed a desire to participate in the Olympiads. The results obtained confirm our conclusions that the development of the mathematical competence of the participants of the Olympiads is successfully realized only in a situation of continuous Olympiad activity.

The topic of aggressive behavior of school children and teenagers in relation to computer games is quite popular. There is a large number of studies which show a clear relationship between the frequency of playing computer games and the preference for violent games and various aggressive behaviors. Slightly less space is devoted to the positive effect of games, its educational and preventive potential, and especially to the use of computer games in the prevention of violence. Meanwhile, for some time now, new technologies, in particular serious games, have started to be included in preventive programs. The aim of the article is to draw attention to the possible use of serious digital games in the prevention of peer violence. The subject will be the analysis of their potential, with emphasis on solutions that can be used in the prevention of peer violence, both “traditional” and electronic, and the effects that can be achieved thanks to such games. Serious games can be used to raise awareness, induce empathy, and teach strategies for coping with the experience of victimization as well as witnessing violence. This issue is of particular importance from the point of view of the contemporary education of children and youth.

This article explores everydayness as a specific form of experience of the world and its alterations in schizophrenia. In the field of phenomenological psychopathology, the transformations of subjective experience in schizophrenia have been the subject of a great deal of work, but the relationship between these alterations of subjective experience and the experience of the everyday remains largely unexplored. A phenomenological point of view leads us to explore everydayness as a constitutive framework of experience, one that may be impeded in schizophrenia. The question of the everyday allows us to bridge the gap between the descriptions of subjective experience proposed by phenomenological psychopathology and what is at stake in therapeutic treatment. It seems to us that the work of constructing an individual narrative of the everyday may be a useful psychotherapeutic approach for helping patients rebuild the framework of everydayness.

SummaryIn the Marinelli chair, a geometry widely used in whole body counting, the lower part of the leg is seen quite inefficiently by the detector. The present paper describes an attempt to modify the standard chair geometry to minimise this limitation. The subject sits crossed-legged in the “Buddha Posture” in the standard chair. Studies with humanoid phantoms and a volunteer sitting in the Buddha posture show that this modification brings marked improvement over the Marinelli chair both from the point of view of sensitivity and uniformity of spatial response.

To implement any successful policy, research about the subject-matter is essential. Lack of knowledge would result in failure and, from an economic point of view, it would lead to a waste of scarce resources. The book under review is essentially a manual which highlights the use of research for development. The book is divided into two parts. Part One informs the reader about concepts and some theory, and Part Two deals with the issue of undertaking research for development. Both parts have 11 chapters each. Chapter 1 asks the basic question: Is research important in development work? The answer is that it is. Research has many dimensions: from the basic asking of questions to the more sophisticated broad-based analysis of policy issues. The chapter, in short, stresses the usefulness of research which development workers ignore at their own peril.

Projects for flood protection are increasingly the subject of investment projects in the field of water management. This is related to the increasing frequency of worldwide threats caused by extreme weather conditions, including extremely high rainfall causing floods. Technical and nontechnical flood protection measures are also increasing in importance. In the decision-making process, it is necessary to take into account both the costs and benefits of avoiding losses, including an analysis of social benefits, whose valuation of non-market goods is an essential element. A comprehensive account of projects in the field of flood protection based on the estimated costs and benefits of the investment allows the economic efficiency from a general social point of view to be determined. Previous evaluations of the effectiveness of investment projects have mainly taken into account only categories and market values. The aim of the article is to identify the possibilities to expand the values of non-market assessments and categories formulated on the basis of the theoretical economics of the environment.
