Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer observed in women, and in its pathogenesis, in addition to endogenous estrogens, a significant role is played by xenoestrogens, which are present in the human life environment. It is a large group of exogenous compounds of diverse structure, not produced in the human body, which imitate the action of female sex hormones, especially estrogens, and in consequence affect the hormonal balance of the body. Despite the diverse structure, their common feature is the ability to interact with estrogen receptors. In this way they change the functioning of the endocrine system and, consequently, they can induce negative changes in the human body and effects on the health of both the parental generation and its offspring. Some xenoestrogens may cause tumor growth by stimulating cell proliferation, angiogenesis and metastasis. So far, such properties have been found for organic compounds, but also for some metal ions, referred to as metalloestrogens. For this reason, it is extremely important to know the sources of the presence and mechanisms of xenoestrogens in the pathogenesis of mammary gland cancer. The presented paper discusses the role of selected xenoestrogens, such as: bisphenol A, phthalates, parabens or cadmium, as a metalloestrogen. A wide range of xenoestrogens has been selected for the compounds given above, due to their importance in the pathogenesis of breast cancer and their widespread presence in the human environment, as well as to draw attention to the still-present problem of possible chronic environmental or occupational exposure of humans. The paper also explores the problem of the effect of xenoestrogens on the efficacy of breast cancer treatment, presenting possible xenoestrogen-drug interactions. It also explains how xenoestrogens present in foods (phytoestrogens) can affect the effectiveness of pharmacotherapy of breast cancer.

Aim: Life has changed very fast during last 10 years. The adaptation of sedentary life, changes of eating habbits and other negative environmental factors consisted of reactive oxygen species in the human body and causing immunity to weaken. The prevelance of chronic dieases are increased caused by this reason. To take precautions against increasing diseases and to stop their progress, too much medication usage has been observed. People who don’t want to use medicine, started to use natural herbal products. Herbals are essentials for life and diseases. Herbals have different and comlex compounds which can be a cure for a diease. It has been possible to benefit the body mechanism and diseases with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antifibrotic effects. Thistle is one of the major herbal that is used for both as a cure and a nutrient. Its nutritional value and the bioactive compounds are important for a human life. Method: Current studies reviewed to explain thistles with its nutritional value, bioactive compounds and effects on diseases. Result: The thistle has important role as a component of medicines and also the natural form itself has a huge nutritional value for health. Consclusion: thistle have a beneficial effect on human body to be treated naturally, and its benefits are focused on noncommunicable diseases. Treatment of most chronic diseases, they had the advantages to stop their healing, protection and progression against diseases. Many studies have had positive effects. however, more studies should be done.

Chapter 6 takes up the end of the human story with God, the eschatological transformation of the human being through the resurrection of the body end entry into perfect communion with God. Conventionally, theologians have imagined resurrected of human body as being whole and intact, but with several basic vital functions negated—namely digestion and sexual expression. Arguing that such a maneuver safeguards the materiality of the human body precisely by negating its animality, this chapter seeks to construct a vision of transformed human life with God in which digestion and sexual expression are at the center of human communion with God and fellow creatures. The chapter’s efforts are aided by the wealth of the tradition itself: biblical and liturgical imagery such as the wedding feast of the Lamb, eucharistic theology, and Christian nuptial mysticism.

Engineers and scientists are able to understand and analyze the behavior of complex engineering systems in a wide range of critical technologies through hierarchical modeling followed by simulation of the model operation. This process results in a high fidelity integrated model as each level in the hierarchy is modeled in sufficient detail. The overall objective of this effort is to develop a sophisticated hierarchical model of the human body, followed by simulation of the model operation. In this initial research phase, the feasibility of the concept is explored and a framework for the model is described. A six-level model consisting of the whole body as a system, system of systems, organs, tissues, cells, and molecules is proposed and described. This paper explains that the human body is amenable to such hierarchical modeling and describes the benefits that can be achieved. The systems in the body deal with numerous processes: electrical, chemical, biochemical, energy conversion, transportation, pumping, sensing, communications, and so on. Control volume models for the organs in the body capture the mass and energy balance and chemical reactions. Tissue can be represented similar to structural components made of various biomaterials. Cells can be represented as a manufacturing and maintenance workforce assisted by molecular reactions. Following the representation of a healthy body, simulation runs by inserting faults and/or deficiencies in the operational parameters into the model could reveal the causes for specific diseases and illnesses. Such modeling and simulation will benefit medical, pharmaceutical, nutritional specialists, and engineers in designing, developing, and delivering products and services to enable humans to lead healthy lives.

Autophagy is an important cellular process involving the degradation of intracellular components. Its regulation is complex and while there are many methods available, there is currently no single effective way of detecting and monitoring autophagy. It has several cellular functions that are conserved throughout the body, as well as a variety of different physiological roles depending on the context of its occurrence in the body. Autophagy is also involved in the pathology of a wide range of diseases. Within the endocrine system, autophagy has both its traditional conserved functions and specific functions. In the endocrine glands, autophagy plays a critical role in controlling intracellular hormone levels. In peptide-secreting cells of glands such as the pituitary gland, crinophagy, a specific form of autophagy, targets the secretory granules to control the levels of stored hormone. In steroid-secreting cells of glands such as the testes and adrenal gland, autophagy targets the steroid-producing organelles. The dysregulation of autophagy in the endocrine glands leads to several different endocrine diseases such as diabetes and infertility. This review aims to clarify the known roles of autophagy in the physiology of the endocrine system, as well as in various endocrine diseases.

The article is devoted to a review of the topical problem of our time “Microbiocenosis of open cavities of the body and its role in the occurrence of many diseases of the human body ”. It has now been proven that the normal microflora of the human body plays a huge role in the normal course of life processes. The slightest violation of the composition of microorganisms leads to various irreversible defects in the normal course of human life, which are associated with the functions of the microbiocenosis and which no medicine can replace. The concept of microbiocenosis appeared in the 70s of the last century, although the first stone in this direction was put by Louis Pasteur, who proved the role of a microorganism in the process of fermentation and digestion. Many scientists contributed to the leap forward development of this science, which was forced due to errors in the use of antibiotics and chemotherapeutic drugs. Yes, indeed, the path of development of the science of biocenoses is closely related to the misuse of drugs, which often leads to dysbiosis. In addition, environmental pollution due to the uncontrollable development of urbanization plays a huge role in the development of dysbiotic processes.Therefore, with the aim of acquainting readers with the concept of biocenoses, certain pathways of pathogenetic links in the development of various diseases in violation of the composition of the normal microflora of the human body, we set ourselves the task of conducting a partial review of the achievement of the science of biocenoses of open cavities of the body.

Hermeneutics has been introduced as a science of Tafsīrand Ta’wīland this science emphasizes human understanding. Various fields related to the fields of human life and human civilization are the fields of study of this science. the different realms of hermeneutics in the field of medical science requires special delicacy and precision; because any inconsistency of the doctor's understanding with the truth of the disease puts the patient at risk of death. The present article, by descriptive and analytical methods, has applied Gadamerian hermeneutics based on Mulla Sadra's explanation of the truth with the topics of medical hermeneutics. Gadamerian method of medical hermeneutics has paid special attention to understanding the disease due to the importance of human life, and according to this method, both the physician and the patient participate in achieving the nature of the disease according to a dialogical and two-way model. Understanding the truth of the disease follows understanding the truth of the human body; and since the truth of the body, according to Mulla Sadra, depends on the truth of the soul and it also depends on the origin of the universe, which has infinite perfections, then the truth of the human body is unlimited. In short, the physician and the patient proceed through a dialogical relationship to a layer-by-layer understanding of the truth of the disease.

Mammary gland cancer, commonly known as breast cancer, is the most common malignancy in women in Poland. The occurrence of the disease and its treatment are associated with a decrease in physical fitness and endurance of the body, and also make it difficult to meet basic life needs and result in a deterioration in the quality of life. The aim of the study is to present physical activity in women with breast cancer and after mastectomy. Analysis of professional literature and available research results in patients undergoing oncological therapy in the treatment of breast cancer indicates the need for them to undertake physical activity and physiotherapy in order to minimize the effects of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and mastectomy. Analysis of studies in terms of the impact of physical activity on the rehabilitation and recovery of patients with breast cancer showed a significant impact of physical fitness on bone mineral density as the most important factor in the development and maintenance of normal bone metabolism. Physical exercises have also been shown to have a positive effect on patients during and after treatment. Regular physical exercise in women treated for cancer is essential and has a significant impact on reducing muscle deficits and the entire skeletal system.

The relationship between language and the body has become an increasingly prominent area of research within linguistics and related disciplines. Some investigators of this question have examined how facts about the human body are encoded in linguistic structure, while others have explored the use of the body as a communicative resource in interaction. Surprisingly little, however, has been written about the role of language in constructing the body as a social object. In Fat talk, Mimi Nichter, a medical anthropologist, addresses this issue by examining the discourse of dieting among American teenage girls. Although language itself is not the center of the analysis, Nichter draws on a wide range of sociolinguistic research to investigate how the body is constructed through talk – a question that will be of equal interest to scholars of language, culture, and society.

The article analyzes how young people adhere to the axiomatic rule of life safety, which should be treated as the most dangerous factor in the use of mobile devices of modern information technologies with a factor whose influence on the human body is not established. As the first step to avoiding the undesirable effects of any potential dangers is to realize their presence in the human environment, so the purpose of this study is to find out what is the attitude of young people, including students, to the use of mobile phones and whether they comply with basic security measures. to minimize potential negative impact. The object of the study is the prerequisites for the formation of smartphone dependency in young people and awareness of the potential dangers of mobile use. The results of the study of the age at which students started using a mobile phone and the frequency of its use for various purposes revealed possible signs of development in students of smartphone dependence. This is evidenced by the high percentage of those who received a cellphone for use early (50–60% between 9–12 years old) and the almost constant use of half of the students surveyed. Because the earlier a mobile phone is used, the more adverse its effect on the human body, since children are more susceptible to electromagnetic radiation than adults. According to the survey, 30–40% of students began to actively use a mobile phone at a fairly early age – 6–8 years. It has been found that students are not aware of the potential dangers of using mobile phones. This is confirmed by the students' low level of knowledge and interest in the indicators that characterize phone security; a small proportion of those who consider the safety of the phone when choosing a mark and model along with other features; as well as a significant percentage of students who do not adhere to safety measures, including increasing the distance from the body while storing a mobile phone

Biomechanics is one of the important domains to study and research. There are certain domains within the broad spectrum of biomechanics which is based on the precise representation of the biomechanics of a particular body. Some of the applications of the same are evident in the department of sports and exercise, where the improvement in the biomechanics of the body directly affects the improvement in the game or sport. It is not only related to the study of sports and related mechanics. But it has a wide range of applications in the domain of injury recovery. Worth mentioning, Hugh Herr, the director of the Biomechatronics lab at MIT Media Lab is one of the key people to have established the domain in a way no one could have ever imagined. Using the paradigms of biomechanics and electronics, he revolutionized the mechanics of the human body for those who are required to have some form of body prosthetics.In analyzing the same, we find the usage of the OpenSim to be most crucial and hence, in turn, determine the scripting of the same to be one of the important paradigms to be learned in the same. In this report, I have presented the entire modeling segment of the human skeleton model using OpenSim classes in MATLAB. The code shall be utilized in all versions of MATLAB and can be modified as per requirements.
