Our assumption is that cinema and its aesthetic devices can reveal subtleties that the daily life so often does not allow us: the child's look on the world and its inherent dramas of childhood. And what can we access about childish afflictions in the face of social control governed by the centralization of power in the military and by the loss of rights? The proposal of this work is to developa discussion about the reading of the child in a vulnerable social context through the Argentinean film Kamchatka (2003). It shows thepower of childresistance. It is from the perspective of the 10-year-old protagonist, Matías (Harry), who accompanies the confluence of tension, playfulness and also the enigma of resistance that parents experience before the dictatorship. This article is linked to the research ...,it has as a research methodology the filmic analysis and takes as theoretical reference Adorno and Horkheimer (1985), Adorno (1992), Bernadet (1985),Bordwell (2013),Gardies, Rojas (2014), Truffaut (2005).The results point to the vigor of the filmic work by unveiling the impact of the imperative penetration of barbarism of the dictatorship in the various social intricacies, especially in childrenlives.

The study of religious symbolism and the interpretation of the spiritual meaning of “War Requiem” by Britten have presentation in this article. Using Verdi's Requiem as a model of the genre, the composer gave a key role in the drama to the episodes based on the war poems by Wilfred Owen; as a result, the work is perceived as a song cycle framed by parts of the funeral mass. The military reality appears ambivalent. While committing a blasphemy against the ancient belief and shattering the aspirations of modern people, the war offers a chance to revive religious feelings and symbols. This experience of war-born faith is felt keenly, but for all its authenticity, it is shaky and ephemeral. The church tradition keeps faith firmly, but this faith largely loses the original purity and immediacy. Britten purposefully builds a dialogue between the two layers of human experience (church and military), finds those points where contact can be established between them. But this does not change their profound antagonism. In Britten's work, faith born of war is an “edited” version of the traditional Christian religion: in its center is not the triumphant victory of Christ over evil, but a passive sacrifice that voluntarily refused to defend itself in the face of evil-not God the Son, but “Isaac.” The meaning of this sacrifice is not in transforming the world, but in protecting the humanity of a person from his inherent desire for aggressive self-assertion.

The article analyzes the main features of the Caroline era in the history of Britain, which were reflected in the cultural representation of the power of King Charles I Stuart and the court’s daily life in the 1630s. The author shows that, on the one hand, the cult of peace and the greatness of the monarch were the cultural product of the Caroline court against the background of the Thirty Years' War in continental Europe. On the other hand, there was a spread of various forms of escapism, the departure into the world of illusions. On the whole, the representation of the power of Charles Stuart and the court’s daily life were in line with the general trend of the time. At the same time, the court of Charles I reflected his personality. Thinly sensing and even determining the artistic tastes of his era, the English king abstracted from its political and social context.

The first part of this study (hereafter Panhellenion I) considered the nature of Hadrian's Panhellenion by looking at its known membership and activities and its social context, and reviewed the impact of the league's foundation on Athens, its capital city, and Eleusis, Attica's most prestigious sanctuary. Here we concentrate on three Dorian member-cities: Sparta and Argos in the province of Achaia, and Cyrene in Crete-and-Cyrene. In doing so we sometimes need to go beyond the evidence relating specifically to the Panhellenion, since certain features of Greek city-life under the Antonines are best explained in the larger framework of Hadrian's initiatives in the Greek world: in particular a pre-occupation with civic origins, relations of kinship (syngeneia) and recognition through ‘diplomacy’ of the historic primacy of Achaia's most famous cities. In the archaeology of Cyrene and Argos it is possible to discern, as at Athens, a phase of urban development which owed its impetus to Hadrian and which, at Cyrene, embraced a marked archaism of style.

This study aims to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Indonesian economy. Until this research was written, 93 countries were found infected with COVID-19. The spread of COVID-19 which had spread eventually brought very bad risks to the world economy, including Indonesia, especially in terms of tourism, trade and investment. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method that uses an approach called secondary data analysis, which is a research methodology that uses secondary data as the main data source. Based on the results of the study, Indonesia is currently still in a stable economic situation. Strategic steps related to fiscal and monetary are also estimated to still have room to provide economic stimulus if needed. However, as the COVID-19 pandemic case developed, the market did fluctuate more in the negative direction. Not only that, the slow pace of Indonesia's export activities to China will also have a significant impact on the economy in Indonesia.

The Covid-19 pandemic was taking place in almost all countries around the world. Along with the increasingly vigorous government strategy in tackling the spread of the corona virus that was still endemic until now, the government had started to enforce the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) with the signing of Government Regulation (PP) No. 21 of 2020 about PSBB which was considered able to accelerate countermeasures while preventing the spread of corona that was increasingly widespread in Indonesia. The research method used was normative prescriptive. The government put forward the principle of the state as a problem solver. The government minimized the use of region errors as legitimacy to decentralization. The government should facilitated regional best practices in handling the pandemic. Thus, the pandemic can be handled more effectively. The consideration, the region had special needs which were not always accommodated in national policies. The government policy should be able to encourage the birth of regional innovations in handling the pandemic as a form of fulfilling human rights in the field of health. Innovation was useful in getting around the limitations and differences in the context of each region. In principle, decentralization required positive incentives, not penalties. Therefore, incentive-based central policies were more awaited in handling and minimizing the impact of the pandemic.
