The increase in the amount of big data and the emergence of analytics technologies has created the opportunity for applying algorithm development techniques using machine learning (ML) languages to predict future events. To conduct inclusive analyses of contemporary literature of existing relevant narratives with a focus on program management themes, including state-of-the art methodologies on current plausible predictive analytics models. The methodology used is the review and applications of relevant programming platforms available. Program management requires the utilization of the existing ML languages in understanding future events. Enabling decision makers to make strategic - goals, objectives, and missions. The use of PAAs has gained thematic significance in automotive industries, energy sector, financial organizations, industrial operations, medical services, governments, and more. PAAs are important in promoting the management of future events such as workflow or operational activities in a way that institutions can schedule their activities in order to optimize performance. It enables organizations to use existing big data to predict future performance and mitigate risks. The improvements in information technology and data analytics procedures have resulted in the ability of businesses to make effective use of historical data in making predictions. This enables evidence-based planning, mitigating risks, and optimizing production.

Abstract : The Utilization Program of zakat, infak, and alms LAZISNU Banyumas there are four namely: Nu-Preneur, Nu-Smart, Nu-Skill, and Nu-Care. However, by 2017 following LAZISNU provisions, the Center will be replaced with education programs, economic programs, health programs and disaster programs. In maximizing the four programs, especially the Nu-Preneur (economic) program management strategy is using network approach, mustahik character, and business condition mustahik. The utilization of productive zakat in order to empower the mustahik welfare is valued effective. The effective use of zakat is considered effective in empowering the mustahik welfare and it can be measured from several elements, namely: The accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives and program monitoring. Keywords: Program, utilization, LAZIZNU.

The present article considers the need to predict migration flows using Predictive Analytics. The Russian Federation is a center of migration activity. The modern world is changing rapidly. An effective migration policy requires effective monitoring of migration flows, assessing the current situation in our and other countries and forecasting migration processes. There are information systems in Russia that contain a wide range of information about foreign citizens and stateless persons that provide the requested information about specific foreign citizens, including grouping it on various grounds. However, it is not possible to analyze and predict it automatically using thousands of parameters. Special attention in Russia is paid to digitalization. Using information technologies (artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data analysis) to forecast migration flows in conditions of variability of future events will allow to take into account a number of events and most accurately predict the quantitative and so-called "qualitative" structure of arrivals. The received information will help to develop state policy and to take appropriate measures in the field of migration regulation. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to amend existing legal acts in order to implement information technologies of Predictive Analytics into the practice of migration authorities.

Big Data is gaining rapid popularity in e-commerce sector across the globe. There is a general consensus among experts that Saudi organisations are late in adopting new technologies. It is generally believed that the lack of research in latest technologies that are specific to Saudi Arabia that is culturally, socially, and economically different from the West, is one of the key factors for the delay in technology adoption in Saudi Arabia. Hence, to fill this gap to a certain extent and create awareness about Big Data technology, the primary goal of this research was to identify the impact of Big Data on e-commerce organisations in Saudi Arabia. Internet has changed the business environment of Saudi Arabia too. E-commerce is set for achieving new heights due to latest technological advancements. A qualitative research approach was used by conducting interviews with highly experienced professional to gather primary data. Using multiple sources of evidence, this research found out that traditional databases are not capable of handling massive data. Big Data is a promising technology that can be adopted by e-commerce companies in Saudi Arabia. Big Data’s predictive analytics will certainly help e-commerce companies to gain better insight of the consumer behaviour and thus offer customised products and services. The key finding of this research is that Big Data has a significant impact in e-commerce organisations in Saudi Arabia on various verticals like customer retention, inventory management, product customisation, and fraud detection.

The paper summarizes the features of the project-oriented enterprise in modern conditions. A model of operation of a project-oriented enterprise has also been built. It is established that each enterprise goes through different stages of its transformation into project-oriented, which must take into account the strategic goals of the enterprise. When transforming into a project- oriented enterprise should take into account the industry affiliation of the enterprise and the peculiarities of its activities. Usually the company has a linear organizational structure, and project-oriented - matrix or project. The main criteria that affect the process of transformation of the enterprise into a project-oriented are knowledge, technology, processes, communications, project management, standards and norms. For a project-oriented enterprise is characterized by both operational (permanent) activities and project (temporary). The relationship between operational and project activities and their interaction depends on the stage of transformation of the enterprise into project-oriented. Different management approaches are used for each activity. Operational activities are performed by full-time employees of the enterprise, who are employees of the company's departments, and project activities - the project team, which may consist of employees of the enterprise, as well as may involve external team members. Operational and project activities should be in close cooperation, which will achieve a positive synergistic effect, which will affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise, as well as its competitiveness. Innovative development of the enterprise is carried out with the help of implemented projects, and its results have a significant impact on operating activities. The activities of a project-oriented enterprise are closely connected with the external environment. The knowledge management system is the most important component of the process of transforming an enterprise into a project-oriented one.
