This paper presents an example of a dedusting system in the deposit "Zagradje-5" with the use of two different dedusting systems in order to more efficiently removal of harmful dust from the plant. The analysis is done by calculation and is a universal method of calculating the dedusting system, the results of which are necessary to verify the reliable operation of selected equipment. The technical characteristics of the filter and deduster as well as the technological scheme of dedusting are also given.

One of the important factors that affect the reliable operation of the power system and the rapid restitution after disaster is a quick and effective combining synchronous electric power facilities to operate in parallel [. Hence, diagnostics of automatic synchronizers at every stage of their life, from building a prototype, through the whole life, until removing such devices from the operation, is an extremely important and responsible activity. In ordinary practice, this action is performed by dedicated test of mechatronics systems, called simulators [2, , in close to real - or even more restricted - conditions. One of the major limitations in the relevant field undoubtedly concerns the selection of an appropriate structure and implementation of models of the angular velocity control systems involved in the process of connection. These models must be simple enough to allow computation with a frequency of kHz, and, at the same time, developed enough to be able to form diverse and close to real working conditions. For these reasons, classical approach is not possible, allowing the use of well-known Parks model [ of the synchronous generator and the complex - and often nonlinear [. Hence, considered above-mentioned requirements and indicated constraints, to test the automatic synchronizer the designers of mechatronics systems use a number of simplifications during modeling of the angular speed control systems [. However, models are not detailed enough to study the impact of changes in the shape of relevant characteristics under the influence of changes the angle of phase discrepancy in the process of connecting. Hence, this paper presents the results of the research of the currently used method of modeling the most commonly used control systems of angular velocity, in the respective systems.

The technical condition of the foundation soils and the asphalt-crushed stone covering of the territory of the linear production dispatch station (LDPC) “Penza” of the oil pipeline “Druzhba” were carried out. The genesis and strength characteristics of crushed stone are revealed. The selection of soil samples of the damaged structure was made and the basic physical and mechanical parameters of the foundation grounds necessary for calculation were determined. It is established that the strength of the foundation soils is high enough and will ensure the reliable operation of foundations of capital buildings and structures.

Степень точности сортировки пиломатериалов с помощью фотографического метода зависит от множества факторов: освещенности, влажности воздуха, скорости подачи пиломатериала. Влияние части факторов можно уменьшить аппаратными методами. Наибольшую сложность представляют подбор и реализация приемлемого в условиях реального производства алгоритма обработки изображения. Не менее важной задачей является правильный подбор элементов этого алгоритма (методов сегментации). В данном исследовании проведен анализ возможности применения математических и программных алгоритмов сегментации в задаче распознавания дефектов и пороков древесины. Приведена последовательность шагов по обработке изображения. Выявлены недостатки системы, взятой за основу, и внесены корректировки в нее. Выделены главные задачи сегментации: отделение чистой древесины от пороков, отделение пороков друг от друга, фильтрация шумов, выделение замкнутых границ дефектов. Проведен поиск универсального метода ее реализации. Для решения поставленной задачи в ходе исследований кратко описаны: возможность использования одной из RGB-составляющих цветного изображения, применение первой и второй производной, методы сегментации полутонового и цветного изображения, бинаризация, текстурный анализ, использование фильтров. Приведены достоинства и недостатки методов, пути решения некоторых проблем, связанных с их реализацией. Проведено испытание методов сегментации на быстродействие. Представлены результаты исследований, в том числе причины, по которым некоторые методы не применимы в условиях реального производства. Сделан вывод о том, что универсального метода для выделения всех пороков и дефектов на фоне чистой древесины среди рассмотренных выше не существует. This study was conducted to analyze the possibility of applying mathematical and software defects in segmentation algorithms recognition task and timber defects. Shows the sequence of steps for image processing. Disadvantages of the system, taken as a basis, and adjustments made to it. Identify the main problem of segmentation: separating the clean wood of vices, evils separation from each other, noise filtering, isolation defects closed borders. Is looking for a universal method of its implementation. To solve this problem in the course of research have been briefly described: the possibility of using one of the color image RGB-components, use first and second derivatives, and methods of segmentation halftone color image binarization, texture analysis, and the use of filters. Presents the advantages and disadvantages of methods, ways to solve some of the problems associated with their implementation. A test of the performance of the segmentation methods. The results of studies, including the reasons for which some of the methods are not applicable in real production. It was concluded that a universal method for the isolation of all vices and defects on the background clean timber does not exist among the above.

The paper considers various designs of aggregated complexes for the processing of rice grain. Their technological schemes were built and analyzed, and a breakdown into modules was performed. This allowed us to group the various designs of units and summarize their technological capabilities. The general reduced technological scheme of rice grain processing is considered. The noted variations are as far as practical applications with and without a grain cleaning module. Various schemes of hulling of grain and selection of hulled grain from unlulled are presented. The technological schemes with various hulling machines are analyzed (the Engleberg hulling machine, with rubberized rolls, centrifugal action), which have their own characteristics. The differences in the use of paddy machines and trimers for sorting grain after hulling are considered. The cylindrical trieurs used to select the rice kernel have an original technological scheme (company Yanmar). This allows you to simplify technological communications and make the unit more compact. The units use more compact paddy machines (reduced size, number of tiers, etc.), which, of course, affects their performance. The most common combined machine with a single-pass technological scheme (which was named after the first inventor and manufacturer, a hulling machine from Satake) is considered. In addition to laboratory equipment, centrifugal hulling machines are used in grain processing units, which gives additional advantages (a more compact scheme, due to the combination of several technological operations, hulling, transporting the grain stream, and air separation. For the majority of broken and unbroken grains sieve separators are used for simple circuits. Separators with vertical rotation axis, that allows to transport the rice to a predetermined height. This makes it possible to link this separator, for example with electronic scales.

The concept of Units and Grid Coordination (UGC) is introduced. Problems about UGC are drawn from some power interruptions. Some attentive issues are present in excitation selection and design in future power system such as reliable operation of PSS, coordination between excitation limiters and protections, operation mode of excitation control in running stage. Special attention should be paid to the selection of excitation type, parameters design of 1000MW class generator unit in planning stage.

The goal of our work is to develop a synthesis of tetracyanoethylene suitable for scaling and to design a technological scheme of the process based on it. To achieve this goal, a tetracyanoethylene synthesis method was originally developed, which consists of the following stages: obtaining sodium cyanodithioformate based on carbon disulfide and sodium cyanide using N, N-dimethylformamide as a solvent; obtaining tetracyano-1,4-dithiine by treating sodium cyanodithioformate with chlorine; obtaining tetracyanoethylene from tetracyano-1,4-dithiine by sequential interaction with sodium cyanide and chlorine. The developed method was tested in the laboratory, where it showed its suitability. Therefore, further on the base of this method, a technological scheme of the process was designed. A description of the scheme and the necessary sequence of operations are compiled. The interaction takes place in the reactors R-1, R-2, R-3. Pumps N-1–4 provided the pumping the reaction mass. Also, in the technological scheme there is an F-1 Nutsche filter for separation of the suspension. To isolate and purify the obtained tetracyanoethylene, an I-1 vacuum evaporator and a SA-1 sublimation apparatus are used. The necessary equipment was selected for the technological scheme: Р-1 reactor made of Teflon with a volume of 200 l with a stirrer and a jacket; two reactors Р-2 and Р-3 made of glass with a volume of 200 l with a stirrer and a jacket; Ф-1 Nutsche filter made of thick-walled polypropylene pipes; sublimation apparatus CA-1 continuous. The selection of the main and auxiliary equipment was carried out on the base of the chemical and physico-chemical characteristics of the reagents, technological conditions and the characteristics of the process. This method of obtaining compares favorably with the use of simple and cheap raw materials common in the chemical industry and the use of standard processing equipment.

ABSTRACTWe demonstrate high temperature glancing deposition (HT-GLAD) of metals on the heated substrate. It has been found that Al, Ag, Au, Fe nano-whiskers grow on the substrate of Si, SiO2, and glass substrates. The robustness in the selection of materials suggests that the HT-GLAD is a universal method to grow nano-whiskers of various metals. We also demonstrate the selective growth of the nano-whiskers on the substrate with micro-trench patterns. The metal nano-whiskers are useful for the nano electromechanical devices and vacuum microelectronics.
