Gender disparity is present in the field of engineering and more broadly STEM disciplines (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). Statistical data on the enrollment in one of technical faculties in the Republic of Serbia over three decades illustrate this phenomenon, and there is a similar situation everywhere in the world. The negative effects of the under-representation of women in these areas on society and the economy have been recognized and a number of measures have been taken to mitigate them. With rapid technological changes, information technology development and the fourth industrial revolution, the labor market is changing and the global demand for STEM professions is growing. This paper discusses the impact that these technological changes may have on the existing disparity between women and men in the mentioned areas.

This article discusses rejuvenation of Islamic da'wah paradigm in the fourth industrial revolution era, by critically examining the process of social change in society. The era developes technology, while bringing positive and negative effects to society. The public will inevitably face the impact of Industry 4.0, in the form of political, cultural, economic, and ideological aggression. This will further marginalize and disqualify the traditional structures of established communities. Likewise the development of technology as intended also becomes a challenge to the da'wah movement, both concrete and ideological. The emergence of science and technology in this era could have a destructive effect on the da’wah movement and the process of broadcasting Islamic missions to the public. Likewise the emergence of various understandings and ideologies can shift the existence of da'wah, which in turn will push the scope and pace of the da'wah movement. Therefore, in this area, the da’wah movement is required to be able to provide new paradigms that are able to transfer messages of Islamic teachings to the public, so that the existence of Islamic da'wah can always be maintained. Based on the description above, this article describes the challenges and opportunities of da'wah in era 4.0, how to find a new paradigms, the significance of Islamic da'wah in response to technological developments, and the reconstruction of da'wah in era 4.0. Then, at the end of this articles, there is a recommendation about how to do effective da’wah in the fourth industrial revolution era. The article considers the origins of the fourth industrial revolution, the impact of new IT processes and their integration into society and economy. The authors focus on the idea of creating a cryptocurrency Bitcoin and a new payment system based on the blockchain platform. The innovative components of blockchain technology are presented. The technological changes caused by its development are analyzed. The problems of the financial industry and the technological processes occurring in the banking market are analyzed in detail. The prerequisites and the innovation process of the formation of a decentralized monetary system are explained. The authors propose a new concept of «parallel money systems» and formulate the principles of centra­lized and decentralized approaches to the organization of the monetary system. The features of building a decentralized monetary system are described; its advantages and disadvantages are formulated. A number of arguments in favor of the validity of the adoption of the new form of the monetary system is given and substantiated; the difficulties of its development are analyzed.

In the Republic of Moldova, the main factor contributing to the floods is the torrential rains from the warm semester of the year, which create favorable conditions for triggering strong, sometimes catastrophic floods in the rivers of the republic, especially in the smaller ones. During the study period, 40 floods with significant damage were recorded in the country, with an annual frequency ranging from 0 to 12 cases. In the administrativeterritorial profile, the damages caused by the aforementioned floods varied greatly. Based on the statistical data, a digital map was developed reflecting the degree of exposure of the territory of the Republic of Moldova in the administrative-territorial aspect to the mentioned risk, expressed by the value of the damages caused. In order to reduce the impact caused by the flood floods, measures have been developed to prevent, reduce and combat the negative effects of that risk.

Computer systems and technologies are changing our society significantly. These changes are interconnected with both social and production spheres. Innovative digital technologies have a huge impact on the labor market and professional activity, contributing to their transfer to the electronic environment. Using digital technologies, modern people set new goals and solve problems with an increasing speed of problem solving, capitalizing on the possibilities of collaborative distributed actions within networks. In this regard, new competencies of specialists are in demand. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to establish the impact of the fourth industrial revolution on the education system and the development of skills and thinking for learning. Methods: When conducting scientific research, economic and statistical methods were used. These methods were also used in comparative analysis, as well as in assessing data and indicators of the higher education system, taking into account the impact of the fourth industrial revolution. The analytical method was used to consider the characteristics and factors influencing the development of skills and thinking for learning in modern conditions. The abstract-logical method is used to identify problems affecting the development of the labor market under the influence of digital technologies. Results and their value: The result of the study is that conclusions are drawn about the upcoming changes. Automation and digitalization are likely to lead to significant unemployment in most countries, so adaptation innovation policies are needed to help offset unemployment due to digitalization. Governments need to invest heavily in higher education as an economic development tool for their citizens. Lifelong learning should be identified as a critical element of success in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. Curricula should develop digital skills and address workforce disruptions due to automation.

Mass production, which started with the industrial revolution, caused both the unconscious consumption of the resources and the damages to the ecological system after the production. In this respect, the concept of sustainability, which is one of the most important conception of responsibility, is gradually gaining value in terms of protecting resources and transferring them to future generations. (Mori and Christodoulou, 2012: 94-106). Sustainability In the first place, it has started to be used mostly in the management of natural resources; later, it was used in different fields such as sectoral practices and energy tourism (Diaz - Baltciro, Voces, Romero, 2011: 761-773). Today, the expectations of the society from the enterprises have changed compared to the past. These changing expectations lead businesses to new searches. The most important concept that guides these quests is to be sustainable. The concept of sustainability for enterprises gains a new dimension in the form of corporate sustainability”. For corporate sustainability, it is possible for organizations to achieve individual results only to a certain extent. Because companies are affected to a great extent by all kinds of economic, social and even cultural formations occurring in their environment (Kuşat, 2012: 238). The most important benefit of sustainability indices is that it leads to improvements in transparency without the need for regulations, better understanding of the social and environmental impacts of companies and guiding them to reduce the negative effects of company activities. The BIST Index serves as a guide for companies on what to measure, what needs to be developed and what can be explained. Thus, it creates opportunities for companies to see social and environmental risks and opportunities and to manage their sustainability performances correctly. The index, on the other hand, provides information to investors and the community about the sustainability performance of companies. The aim of this study is whether the BIST Sustainable Index makes a difference for companies compared to BIST 100. "Does the BIST Sustainability Index really make a difference?" will be examined. In this context, data between 2014-2018 of BIST Sustainability and BIST 100 index will be examined. Based on the results obtained in the study, it shows that there is no strong evidence of the impact of inclusion in the BIST Sustainability Index on the stock returns of companies. At the same time, the BIST Sustainability Index has been shown to have similar returns to the BIST 100 Index. Key Words: Sustainability Index, BIST, Corporate.

The paper analyzes the role of Industry 4.0 in the process of overcoming the global economy from the crisis situation associated with the total Covid-19 pandemic. The aspect of economic profitability of using the technologies of the fourth industrial revolution to improve world economic development in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic was also identified. The author identified the positive and negative consequences of the involvement of technology Industry 4.0, on the basis of which a number of recommendations for small and medium-sized businesses were formed in order to quickly overcome the negative effects of the crisis. Based on the work, the author formulated a number of trends and prospects for global economic development, taking into account the current conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic.

A szakképzés utóbbi három évtizedes változásai meghatározóan fontosak önmagukban is és a technika-technológiai változások szempontjából is. Ezt a viszonylag rövid történelmi szakaszt átfogó korszakot növeljük a rendszerváltás előtti közvetlen évtized, valamint az EU elődjének tekinthető EGK integrációs törekvésének mozaikos bemutatásával. A rendszerváltásra és napjainkra fókuszálásunkat nemzetközi beágyazottságba illesztve mutatjuk be. Értelmezésünkben a szakképzés közép, és felsőfokú iskolarendszerei összekapcsolódnak. Saját vizsgálódásaim is igazolják korszakos technológiai átalakulások és a szakképzés fejlődésének „együtt futását”, kölcsönös egymásra hatását. Tanulmányom célkitűzései között vannak a 3. és 4. ipari forradalommal fémjelzett korszak jellemzőinek, hatásainak, továbbá az első szakképzési törvény és az OKJ megjelenésének, valamint a Magyar Szakképzési Társaság megalakulásának, működésének a bemutatása. A kétféle technológia a digitális pedagógiában kapcsolódik szervesen egybe. Az Ipar 4.0 kihívásai hazánkban is kikényszerítették a szakképzés stratégiai válaszát, amit a Szakképzés 4.0 elnevezésű középtávú fejlesztési koncepcióban olvashatunk. A sok szempontból korszakosnak mondható szervezeti és tartalmi átalakítások együttesen jelennek meg a megvalósítás folyamatában. Ennek a tervezetnek néhány részletét, elemét is bemutatom a cikkemben.The changes having taken place in VET during the latest three decades have been decisive themselves but also from the aspects of technical-technological changes. I extend the era covering this relatively short historical period by giving a mosaic-like introduction of the decade directly preceding the transition and of the integration endeavours of the EEC that can be considered as the ancestor of the EU. My focus on the transition and our days is embedded in an international context. In my understanding, the middle and higher level school systems of vocational education are intertwined. My own researches also proved the “co-running”, the mutual impact of epochal technological changes and the development of VET. The objectives of my study include the introduction of the features and effects of the era marked by the third and the fourth industrial revolution, the initiation of the first act on VET and the National Training Registry as well as the establishment and operation of the Hungarian VET Association. The two types of technologies get closely intertwined in digital pedagogy. The challenges put by Industry 4.0 enforced the strategic response of VET in Hungary, too, which can be read in the mid-term development concept titled VET 4.0. The organizational and content related changes, that are really epochal from several aspects, are appearing together in the process of implementation. I also present some details and elements of this plan in my paper.
