A third-grade teacher was beginning a class lesson in which the children were to work in pairs. When assembling the supplies for each pair of children. the teacher raised the question “How many pair of children will we have?” None of the students had a ready answer, nor did they seem to know immediately a way to proceed to get an answer. The teacher asked anot her question, “What do you need to know to figure this out?” One student suggeted that they needed to know how many students there were. The teacher questioned further, “How can we find this out?” The children suggeted different ways-having the students count off, counting by rows, or having each student in the class stand or sit down when counted.

Every elementary school teacher will agree that the concept of zero is difficult for mimy children to grasp. In fact, many teachers themselves are uncomfortable when they must work with numbers involving zero. One veteran fifth-grade teacher was observed drilling her students to repeat that 6 × 0 = 0, but that 0 × 6 = 6. Apparently she didn't really believe the commutative law which she had previously “taught” her students. Moreover, the role of zero in the structure of the number system was at best vague and certainly confusing to her. We will never know how many hundreds of students she had confused about zero over the long years of her teaching career. The fault does not lie entirely with the teacher alone, of course. At least one textbook she had used in years past made quite a point of stating that zero is not a number. Such mjsinformation as this could only confuse both teacher and students. After all, she might reason, if zero is not a number, it is not obliged to follow the laws of numbers such as the commutative Jaw for multiplication.

The nature of children’s development is greatly influenced by the environmental conditions in which they are brought up. The amount of social stimulation which they receive is of particular importance, and even if physical conditions are adequate, an unstimulating environment which provides with little opportunity or need to experiment or solve problems will result in low level of achievement. Perhaps the most important aspect of the child’s social development is beyond the reach of the teacher. For the first very important aspect of the child’s development lies in the home. Genetic endowment and cultural level of the family, coupled with the actual physical conditions of the home will have decisive effect on the child’s development and will continue to influence him throughout his school life. These factors are inaccessible to be influenced by the teacher but it is as well for him to have them in mind in his dealings with pupils. In addition, he will need to know how he may most effectively change his pupils along the lives he considers to be the most appropriate. That is, he will seek out the most efficient ways of getting pupils learn for productive life in future. The topic under review will be approached from various fronts which include; The Sociological and Philosophical models; role of the school; Learners’ responsibility; role of the teacher; discipline and learner control; role of the parent; guidance and counseling services and conclusion.

AbstractDichotomous thinking about mental phenomena is abundant in philosophy. One particularly tenacious dichotomy is between “automatic” and “controlled” processes. In this characterization automatic and unintelligent go hand in hand, as do non-automatic and intelligent. Accounts of skillful action have problematized this dichotomous conceptualization and moved towards a more nuanced understanding of human agency. This binary thinking is, however, still abundant in the philosophy of joint action. Habits and skills allow us agentic ways of guiding complex action routines that would otherwise overwhelm our reflective capacities. In this paper, I look at how theories of skill, habit, and know-how in individual action can inform a non-dichotomous account of joint action. I argue that a fuller understanding of joint agency has to understand not only group know-how, but also the role of attention and the highly integrated types of control that allow agents to act together.

In the brand new technology of cutting-edge technological know-how and era is advanced day via way of means of day. The information confidentiality is danger everywhere in the global and it will increase rapidly. Steganography and cryptography are very vital strategies applied in facts safety to cowl and steady mystery messages in transmitting facts. In this we launch, put in force and check a completely sole technique that can be used as a steady and extraordinarily budget friendly technique {of facts|of knowledge|} interest in addition to information extracting (Jagadeesan, S., 2020). Some efficiency parameters are going to be thru an test received and in comparison with opportunity current approaches parameters to show the efficiency of the deliberate technique. Here we proposes a brand new method to hiding the information the use of steganography strategies primarily based totally on AES and RC5 set of rules cryptosystem. The word Steganography is the splendor of hiding mystery information in the back of the photos, videos, sound and textual content to cowl the name of the game communication. Cryptosystem is the system which given our technique extra perfection. The visible first-class of the quilt photo certainly nice, nobody can consider it how personal information are transmitted the use of this technique. This suggest technique and set of rules ability is exceedingly bendy than different posted set of rules. The AES and RC5 set of rules has no more difficulty and it looks as if thoroughly to hiding the personal information.
