The purpose of this paper is threefold: 1) to investigate the role of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in the economy, 2) to classify obstacles for SMEs growth, and 3)to review policy measures in Japan and problems to be solved as soon as possible. This study indicates that SMEs have played a significant role in the economy. SMEs create production linkages among companies in the economy by supplying goods and services. In addition, SMEs have been a main promoter of trade. Moreover, SMEs provide people with various job opportunities, which generate an important source of income. SMEs, however, face many obstacles to sustainable development. One major problem is that SMEs have limited financial resources compared with large enterprises. Due to this financial constraint, it is difficult for SMEs to upgrade production facilities and keep up with new technology. Furthermore, SMEs are suffering from a shortage of skilled labor. This becomes more serious when they try to expand business in the global market. In order for SMEs to compete with rivals in the international market, employees need a wide variety of knowledge and skills, such as foreign business know-how, human resource management, foreign language expertise, etc. Human resources of SMEs are often insufficient to meet their business needs. In Japan, both the central and local governments have implemented various policies to address these challenges. This research found that some policies worked well and supported SMEs, while others did not. The author, however, points out that some studies need to be carefully reconsidered because there is no consistent framework for policy evaluation. This means that the results of the evaluation of SMEs are likely to vary because of the different methodologies used. Thus, this paper recommends the government develop an appropriate system for assessing SME policies.

This paper is a contribution to the growing literature on the role of projective identification in understanding couples' dynamics. Projective identification as a defence is well suited to couples, as intimate partners provide an ideal location to deposit unwanted parts of the self. This paper illustrates how projective identification functions differently depending on the psychological health of the couple. It elucidates how healthier couples use projective identification more as a form of communication, whereas disturbed couples are inclined to employ it to invade and control the other, as captured by Meltzer's concept of "intrusive identification". These different uses of projective identification affect couples' capacities to provide what Bion called "containment". In disturbed couples, partners serve as what Meltzer termed "claustrums" whereby projections are not contained, but imprisoned or entombed in the other. Applying the concept of claustrum helps illuminate common feelings these couples express, such as feeling suffocated, stifled, trapped, held hostage, or feeling as if the relationship is killing them. Finally, this paper presents treatment challenges in working with more disturbed couples.

      The Aim of this study was to determine Immunogenetic expression of  Toll-like receptor gene clusters related to prostatitis, to give acknowledge about Role of TLR in prostatitis immunity in men from Basrah and Maysan provinces. A case–control study included 135 confirmed prostatitis patients And 50 persons as a control group. Data about age, marital status, working, infertility, family history and personal information like (Infection, Allergy, Steroid therapy, Residency, Smoking, Alcohol Drinking, Blood group, Body max index (BMI) and the clinical finding for all patients of Prostatitis were collected. This study shows the effect of PSA level in patients with prostatitis and control group, with P-value <0.0001 therefore the study shows a positive significant between elevated PSA levels and Prostatitis.

Timorese culture is patriarchal in that men are more dominant than women. As if women were not considered in traditional rituals so that an understanding was built that valued women lower than men. However, in contrast to the article to be studied, this would like to see the priority of women’s roles in traditional marriages in Belle village, South Central Timor. The role of women wiil be seen from giving awards to their parents called puah mnasi manu mnasi. This paper aims to look at the meaning of the rituals of puah mnasi maun mnasi and the role and strengths that women have in traditional marriage rituals in the village of Belle, South Central Timor. The method used for this research is a qualitative research method using interview techniques with a number of people in the Belle Villa community and literature study to strengthen this writing. Based on the data obtained this paper shows that the adat rituals of puah mnasi manu mnasi provide a value that can be learned, namely respect for women, togetherness between the two families, and brotherhood that is intertwined due to customary marital affrairs.

The nature of children’s development is greatly influenced by the environmental conditions in which they are brought up. The amount of social stimulation which they receive is of particular importance, and even if physical conditions are adequate, an unstimulating environment which provides with little opportunity or need to experiment or solve problems will result in low level of achievement. Perhaps the most important aspect of the child’s social development is beyond the reach of the teacher. For the first very important aspect of the child’s development lies in the home. Genetic endowment and cultural level of the family, coupled with the actual physical conditions of the home will have decisive effect on the child’s development and will continue to influence him throughout his school life. These factors are inaccessible to be influenced by the teacher but it is as well for him to have them in mind in his dealings with pupils. In addition, he will need to know how he may most effectively change his pupils along the lives he considers to be the most appropriate. That is, he will seek out the most efficient ways of getting pupils learn for productive life in future. BACKGROUND Service characteristic factors are verified as the determinants for influencing people’s use intention of mHealth. Exploration of the interactions among the service characteristics of users can play an important role in improving service adoption rate. mHealth service appears to be an emerging new technology that presents a new pattern of healthcare service; however, users have concerns that their personal information might be disclosed and used without permission. This concern hinders people’s adoption behavior of mHealth services. OBJECTIVE The objective of this study is to explore how service characteristics (service relevance and service accuracy) interact to influence individuals’ use intention of mHealth services. This study also investigates the moderating roles of innovativeness and privacy concern. METHODS To meet these objectives, six hypotheses thus developed were empirically validated using a survey to test the effects of service characteristics and personal traits on use intention of mHealth. RESULTS We confirm that service relevance and service accuracy positively and directly influence individuals’ use intention of mHealth services. In addition, innovativeness positively affects the relationship between service relevance and use intention. Privacy concern negatively influences the relationship between service relevance and use intention, but positively influences the relationship between service accuracy and use intention. CONCLUSIONS The present study provides new insights into the influencing factors of individuals’ usage behaviour toward mHealth services. Such insight could provide further understanding of how individuals adopt new information service or technologies, which contribute to both information system and health care research areas in a very promising way.

The role of children in Merovingian society has long been downplayed, and the study of their graves and bones has long been neglected. However, during the past fifteen years, archaeologists have shown growing interest in the place of children in Merovingian society. Nonetheless, this research has not been without challenges linked to the nature of the biological and material remains. Recent analysis of 315 children’s graves from four Merovingian cemeteries in northern Gaul (sixth to seventh centuries) allows us to understand the modalities of burial ritual for children. A new method for classifying children into social age groups shows that the type, quality, quantity, and diversity of grave goods were directly correlated with the age of the deceased. They increased from the age of eight and particularly around the time of puberty. This study discusses the role of age and gender in the construction and expression of social identity during childhood in the Merovingian period.
