People are sensitive in communication and they undergo relationship problems. They are influenced by others’ evaluation striving for adequate personal self-realization. A periodization of personal creative self-realization is presented, based on psychosexual developmental stages and psychosocial developmental stages for achievement of personal growth and life goals. The proposed periodization of creative self-realization comprises nine stages - Pre-natal stage (from conception to birth); Stage of creative longing (from new-born to 1 year and 7 months); Creative verbal stage (from 1 year and 7 months to 2 years and 7 months); Stage of creative and innovative attitudes (from 2 years and 7 months to 6 years); Stage of creative and innovative self-determination (from 6 years to 11 years); Stage of choice of creative self-realization (from 11 years to 19 years); Inspired creative self-realization stage (from 19 years to 24 years); Stage of conscious intentional creative self-realization (from 24 years to 33 years); and Stage of satisfying creative self-realization (after 33 years).

Across the art school, there are explicit forms of welcoming, of hosting, and othering. From the process of admissions to the structures of critique to the hiring process of both precarious and instrumental academic labour, the art school centers values built on invisible hospitalities that actively foreclose emancipatory social and political practices and continually reasserts dominant expectations of market-based practices. This essay traces the ways in which invisible hospitalities inform curricular, infrastructural, and administrative processes, while charting a course for cultivating new forms of hospitality that can support plural, complex, and radical forms of creative self-determination and artistic practice.

The family is an integral part of society. More precisely, the family can be called the primary social group. We know that the family is a key component of the social structure of any society, performs various social functions and plays a key role in the development of society. As the society developed socio-economically and culturally in the ups and downs of the historical process, the family developed along with it and gained new features. Let's look at some definitions of the family in modern encyclopedias and dictionaries: The family is a small group based on marriage or blood relationship. Its members are connected to each other by domestic unity, mutual moral responsibility and mutual assistance. The innovations of each stage of family development, the immediate development zone and the possible forms of fixation or regression in the family development are all given in separate stages of development. The highlighted stages not only reflect the social changes in the family, but also the changes in life goals, values and social roles of family members through their prism. Сегодня в центре внимания должна быть личность ученого, ее неповторимый внутренний мир. Основной целью современного учителя должен быть выбор таких инновационных методов и форм организации учебной деятельности учащихся, которые будут направлены на всестороннее творческое развитие личности. Это включает не только новые технические средства, а также новые формы и методы преподавания, новый подход к организации процесса обучения и общения между участниками образовательного процесса. Обновленное образование должно основываться на входе в инновационный режим работы и профессионализации педагогов, его творческом самоопределении, направленности на самообразование, саморазвитие и самосовершенствование. Только неравнодушие педагога к познанию и использованию в своей деятельности нововведений будет способствовать воспитанию успешной личности. Стратегические направления развития образования, определенные в рамках реализации государственных программ и национальных проектов, определяют формирование интеллектуального и культурного потенциала нации путем обеспечения постоянного духовного самосовершенствования личности. Трансформационные процессы в образовании предусматривают развитие творческой, инициативной стороны человека, который способен не только к трансляции знаний, но и готов создавать новые мировые образцы культуры и духовности, новых интересные навыки. Today, the focus should be on the personality of the scientist, her unique inner world. The main goal of the modern teacher should be to choose such innovative methods and forms of organizing the educational activities of students, which will be aimed at the comprehensive creative development of the person. This includes not only new technical means, but also new forms and methods of teaching, a new approach to organizing the learning process and communication between participants in the educational process. Renewed education should be based on entering the innovative mode of work and professionalization of teachers, their creative self-determination, focus on self-education, self-development and self-improvement. Only the teacher's indifference to knowledge and the use of innovations in his activities will contribute to the education of a successful person. The strategic directions for the development of education, defined within the framework of the implementation of state programs and national projects, determine the formation of the intellectual and cultural potential of the nation by ensuring the constant spiritual improvement of the person. Transformational processes in education provide for the development of the creative, initiative side of a person who is able not only to translate knowledge, but also ready to create new world models of culture and spirituality, new interesting skills.

This article contains the results of theoretical and empirical analysis of the psychological resources of air force pilots. It presents a model of psychological resources for self-regulation, the components of which are resilience, moral and ethical responsibility, flexibility, reflexivity, tolerance or intolerance for ambiguity, and mental health as a complex of personal resources such as autonomy, competency, personal growth, a positive attitude to others, life goals, and self-reliance.

Leukemias and lymphomas, especially Hodgkin's disease, are common cancers in young adults. Young adulthood is also a critical period for psychological and social development. The occurrence of cancer can interfere with the development of independence, self-image, and life goals of young adult patients. Young adult patients with leukemia or lymphoma, especially those with less favorable prognoses, experience areas of significant personal growth and maturation during their illness and treatment. Close family and social supports report as much psychosocial stress, and in many cases more stress, than the patients themselves, but similar patterns of personal growth are rarely seen.

Teachers’ continuing professional development (CPD) is a dynamic process that coordinates teachers’ external behavior and internal states. Most teachers participate in varied forms of CPD activities either voluntarily or contractually. The more motivated teachers are to engage in CPD, the more likely they achieve professional and personal growth. Against this backdrop, the current study, adopting the framework of self-determination theory (SDT), sought to investigate the types and levels of Chinese college TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language, hereafter TEFL) teachers’ motivation toward CPD. The questionnaire survey was administered to 402 academics who taught the English language in diverse universities in China. The quantitative analysis showed that teachers exhibited stronger identified regulation and intrinsic motivation than external regulation. Specifically, the exploratory factor analysis identified five motivational orientations: inner-directed academic improvement and cognitive interest, academic self-fulfillment and obligation, academic and social responsibility, social recognition and promotion, lacking the intention for CPD, which corresponded to the SDT motivation continuum. To triangulate, further interviews were conducted with 12 TEFL teachers. The findings of the qualitative analysis—the thematic analysis through Nvivo (Version 12) on the open-ended question and the interviews, revealed that teachers’ struggles in CPD were mainly concerned with the school-related, CPD-related, and teacher-related problems. Moreover, a big gap between teachers’ needs and contextual support was found to be bridged. Based on the findings, this study proposed that social conditions should support teachers’ basic psychological needs in order to sustain and enhance TEFL teachers’ motivation for CPD.

The goal of this research was to investigate specific personality factors theorized to be involved in adolescents’ health behavior, such as individual differences in the level of purposes in life and the variations of life goals. The instrumentation for the study was a self-completed questionnaire, which included items for assessing health-behavior data, the Purposes in Life scale, and the Aspiration Index for life-goals’ assessment. There were 385 teenage study participants aged between 16-18 years (mean = 16.8 years; 182 boys – 47.3 % and 203 girls – 52,7%) in Transylvania, Romania. Results showed that adolescents who engaged in health-protective behaviors (e.g., physical activity, fruit /vegetable consumption) reported higher levels of purposes in life and intrinsic life-goals, such as affiliation or personal growth. Conversely, those engaged in health risky behaviors (e.g., substance use, sweet/soft drink consumption) not only reported lower levels in having a purpose in life but also tended to report fewer health goals for the future as well as personal growth. These findings argue that health professionals should incorporate and emphasize the development of teenagers’ life goals and purposes in the design and conceptualization of school-based prevention and health promotion programs that focus on fostering healthy lifestyle adoption.

The problem of self-development of a student related to the transformation of the educational process in the post- neoclassical science is highlighted. This problem is considered in the context of a synergetic approach with the actualization of the needs and opportunities for self-organization of the applicant’s personality as a holistic characteristic of a human. It is noted that the pedagogical process of an educational institution of innovative type should be aimed at developing the abilities of the applicant, their ability to meet the challenges of the information society and self-realization in the changing conditions of the modern world. It is stated that self-development of an applicant within the synergetic paradigm of education requires a reorientation of the educational process from traditional conservative to innovative creative, in which the acquisition of vital competencies is carried out in interaction (communication) with other subjects and taking into account external (physical) and internal (mental) human activity. It is substantiated that the key aspects of the self-development of the student should be focused on the formation of their optimal developmental lifestyle. It is about the ability to self-determination, personal growth, self-regulation, existence, self-expression, self-realization. In the projections of the synergetic paradigm, the individual as a complex, open, nonlinear system appears with all the potential opportunities for self-development, which can be realized under certain organizational and pedagogical conditions. It is stated that despite the fact that the applicant – the future specialist controls their own development, the teacher of higher education should exercise general management of educational activities and is fully responsible for the quality of training of the applicant. This is inherent in any level of education. The new roles of the modern teacher (“moderator”, “coach”, “tutor”, “speaker”, “medium”, etc.) set adequate requirements for these roles. Not only the updated knowledge, but also the ways of obtaining it and the possibilities of its application become valuable for the student at various stages and levels. Key aspects of self-development: the ability to self-determination, personal growth, self-regulation, existence, self-expression, self-realization will contribute to the formation of the individual’s personality, open to new knowledge and values, able to realize their own life purpose.

Sustainable development is the concept of a relationship between economic growth and the environment and especially when it comes to a new born country, such as Kosovo. It is naturally important for Kosovo as country, which used to be for a long time with no adequate attention in terms of the economic development under the Yugoslavian political, legal and economic development. Republic of Kosovo is among the richest countries in Europe and wider, seen on the perspective of natural and human resources as well as for geographical position. Nevertheless, the country never had the opportunity to develop itself, using its own resources. Internationally, based on Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Covenants on Civil and Political Rights as well as the Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, when speaking for self-determination, apart from politics, these documents include the exclusive rights of nations to develop research as well as to orient its country economic resources and economic agenda. Therefore paper aims to present facts on the implication of domestic and international politics in relation to the economic development of a new born country. The analysis will be focused on the policies of Kosovo, as well as activities undertaken in the direction of building an attracting environment in Kosovo for Foreign Direct and Indirect Investments as well as to incite local and international initiatives for business, aiming the general economic growth and the economical sustainability of the state.
