The urgency is substantiated by the fact that according to the state standard, the purpose of teaching foreign languages within the basic course is to master the basics of foreign language communication, which requires a teacher to provide situations that would stimulate communication, in particular, real communication situations that arise in various spheres of life and relate to different topics. The purpose of the article is to determine the essence and effectiveness of the use of learning and speaking situations for the development of foreign language skills of students as one of the criteria for the formation of pedagogical skills of a foreign language teacher. Theoretical methods applied: analytical and descriptive methods of elaboration of theoretical and critical sources and resources; generalization of the received scientific data; synthesis and generalization of own long-term experience of preparation of future teachers of a foreign language. The use of learning-speaking situation in a foreign language lesson can serve different purposes of learning: to develop skills of dialogic and monologue speech, to help learn lexical and grammatical material. When developing foreign language skills, care should be taken to ensure that students are motivated. Therefore, students' learning activities are organized in such a way that they perform motivated actions with speech material to solve communicative tasks aimed at achieving the goals and intentions of communication. To do this, the teacher should create situations that would stimulate communication, in particular, situations of real communication that arise in different areas of life and relate to different topics. The core idea of the article lies in the fact, that the learning situation should evoke certain emotions in students. And this is possible only when the situation is completely clear to children and the teacher offers it interesting, enthusiastic and students have a desire to participate in communication. Learning situations, texts, and taking into account students' personal experiences can help manage the learning process. Discussion of situations built on the basis of relationships allows you to make the learning process as natural as possible, close to the conditions of real communication. The results of the study allow to make sure that the use of learning and speaking situations for the development of students' communication skills is one of the criteria for the formation of pedagogical skills of a foreign language teacher, as it requires him to show creative initiative, methodical training interest in the subject, to activate students, intelligently and subtly «conduct» the cognitive activity of students. And the most important criterion is productivity, which is the ability of students to hypothetically demonstrate well-formed foreign language communication skills in different areas and different life situations. An analytical review of information sources on the development of foreign language communication skills has been carried out, substantiates the nature and effectiveness of the use of learning and speaking situations for the development of foreign language skills of students as one of the criteria for developing pedagogical skills of a foreign language teacher has been substantiated in the article. The types of use of learning and speaking situations in a foreign language lesson have been determined. The types of exercises were substantiated, taking into account various educational and speech situations. Emphasis was placed on the advantages of using learning and speaking situations for the formation of students' foreign language communication skills. The results of the study allow to make sure that the use of learning and speaking situations for the development of students' communication skills is one of the criteria for the formation of pedagogical skills of a foreign language teacher, as it requires him to show creative initiative, methodical training interest in the subject, to activate students, intelligently and subtly «conduct» the cognitive activity of students. And the most important criterion is productivity, which is the ability of students to hypothetically demonstrate well-formed foreign language communication skills in different areas and different life situations.

The article actualizes the problem of introducing bachelors-future teachers to research activities. Today, in connection with the reform of the higher education system, increased attention is paid to the competence of future teachers. Society requires a competent, creative, initiative, independent specialist, competitive in the labor market, able to develop ideas and find non-standard solutions to professional problems. For the most successful implementation of the goals of professional training of future specialists in a pedagogical university, research activities should become an integral part of it. Thus, the provisions of the Bologna Declaration speak about the fundamental nature of education, the focus on training specialists who are able to engage in science. Socio-economic progress is impossible without science. The authors, having analyzed the scientific and methodological literature on the problem of introducing bachelors-future teachers to research activities, identified the most effective areas that improve the quality of this process. Among them, the authors include: the use of the research principle in the process of training future teachers; the implementation of the project-research model of “learning through action”; the construction of training based on a competence-based approach; their involvement in the research space of the university. The article describes the main types of research activities in which future teachers can be involved in order to form research skills. These are: a pedagogical workshop; an experimental platform; participation in scientific, practical, theoretical and pedagogical conferences, seminars; compilation of a reference book, dictionary, thematic collections (together with teachers); writing articles in collections, magazines, newspapers; preparation of reports, speeches; development of abstracts on topical topics; conducting diagnostic studies; studying at the master’s degree, and then postgraduate studies, job application ( long-term plan).

В годы Великой Отечественной войны руководством НКВМФ уделялось большое внимание рационализаторской работе на флоте. Что принесло ощутимые результаты в поддержании боевой готовности кораблей и частей ВМФ, в совершенствовании техники и средств вооружения, но прежде всего стало серьезным стимулом в развитии творческой инициативы командиров и краснофлотцев. Не остались без внимания и такие флотские структуры как судоремонтные предприятия (заводы и мастерские флотов и флотилий). В 1943–1944 годы Техническое управление НКВМФ, с целью обобщения опыта рационализаторской работы судоремонта обратилось к руководителям этих предприятий с требованием представить для анализа и обобщения наиболее важные и значимые рационализаторские предложения, направленные на развитие производства и совершенствование технологических процессов. В 1944 году, на основе обобщенного опыта рационализаторской работы на судоремонтных предприятиях ВМФ Техническим управлением НКВМФ был издан сборник «Опыт судоремонта и освоение новых видов производства на судоремонтных предприятиях ВМФ в Отечественную войну». В данном документе, с целью распространения и использования, были представлены наиболее интересные и перспективные изобретения и рационализаторские предложения, разработанные и реализованные на судоремонтных предприятиях по 1944 год. During the Great Patriotic War, the leadership of the NKVMF paid great attention to rationalization work in the fleet. This brought tangible results in maintaining the combat readiness of ships and units of the Navy, in improving equipment and weapons, but above all it became a serious incentive in the development of the creative initiative of commanders and Red Navy men. Such naval structures as ship repair enterprises (factories and workshops of fleets and flotillas) did not go unnoticed either. In 1943-1944, the NKVMF Technical Directorate, in order to summarize the experience of the rationalization work of ship repair, turned to the heads of these enterprises with the requirement to submit for analysis and generalization the most important and significant rationalization proposals aimed at the development of production and the improvement of technological processes. In 1944, on the basis of the generalized experience of rationalization work at the naval shipyards, the NKVMF Technical Directorate published the collection "Experience of ship repair and the development of new types of production at naval shipyards in the Patriotic War." In this document, in order to disseminate and use it, the most interesting and promising inventions and rationalization proposals developed and implemented at shipyards until 1944 were presented.

Только неравнодушие педагога к познанию и использованию в своей деятельности нововведений будет способствовать воспитанию успешной личности. Стратегические направления развития образования, определенные в рамках реализации государственных программ и национальных проектов, определяют формирование интеллектуального и культурного потенциала нации путем обеспечения постоянного духовного самосовершенствования личности. Трансформационные процессы в образовании предусматривают развитие творческой, инициативной стороны человека, который способен не только к трансляции знаний, но и готов создавать новые мировые образцы культуры и духовности, новых интересные навыки. The main goal of the modern teacher should be to choose such innovative methods and forms of organizing the educational activities of students, which will be aimed at the comprehensive creative development of the person. This includes not only new technical means, but also new forms and methods of teaching, a new approach to organizing the learning process and communication between participants in the educational process. Renewed education should be based on entering the innovative mode of work and professionalization of teachers, their creative self-determination, focus on self-education, self-development and self-improvement. Only the teacher's indifference to knowledge and the use of innovations in his activities will contribute to the education of a successful person. The strategic directions for the development of education, defined within the framework of the implementation of state programs and national projects, determine the formation of the intellectual and cultural potential of the nation by ensuring the constant spiritual improvement of the person. Transformational processes in education provide for the development of the creative, initiative side of a person who is able not only to translate knowledge, but also ready to create new world models of culture and spirituality, new interesting skills.

The authors of this article established the goal to investigate parameters related to the staff motivation for engineering change in the industrial company as case study and to predict the ways of improving the performance of the company. Employees of the company can be more motivated to generate innovative ideas and to implement them. That can be related to the better engineering change situation. For this reason, in this work, we have explored the environment and opportunities to improve the engineering performance of the company in the context of engineering change. The authors of the paper have conducted several studies, collected and analysed important information. Methods used – review of scientific literature and other sources of information, case study, structural systematic analysis, and sociological survey of industrial company personnel based on hypothesis. The object of the research was motives for engineering change in the industrial company. Motivated organizational behaviour actions, that focus on creation and realization of innovative ideas for engineering change, can be based on creation of an innovation-friendly environment. As our research has shown, it is important to consider parameters related to the staff motivation, such as, satisfaction with the company’s declared policy, satisfaction with the management’s behaviour in encouraging employees, freedom of employees to communicate and take creative initiative.

The aim of the study was to substantiate the need for and evaluate the effectiveness of using a business game to increase the awareness of students of a medical university about the skills of a healthy lifestyle when using electronic devices as part of teaching hygienic disciplines. At the Department of Hygiene of the Pediatric Faculty of the Russian National Research Medical University named after V.I. N.I. Pirogov, a business game "Formation of skills for the safe use of electronic devices" has been developed. The business game is a "simulation-role", students play the role of "doctors" who conduct hygienic education for contingents of different ages (preschoolers, schoolchildren, college students, universities). The study involved 220 medical workers and 256 students. Inclusion criteria — informed consent, correctly completed questionnaire. Statistical data processing was carried out using Statistica 13.0. 30.0% of the surveyed doctors did not have the skills to safely use electronic devices. The trainees characterized their adherence to a healthy lifestyle by 6.1 ± 0.09 points, and their readiness to give recommendations on a healthy lifestyle of patients by 5.6 ± 0.12 out of 10 possible. The business game contributes to the formation of universal and general professional competencies aimed at developing the skills of leading a healthy lifestyle and promoting health preservation among future doctors. Conducting classes in the form of a business game increases motivation for learning, provides greater visibility of the presentation of educational material and the possibility of manifestation of creative initiative.

The article considers the problems of deviant behavior in the modern Ukrainian youth environment. Features of the organization of leisure activities for children of deviant behavior are revealed. Improperly organized leisure has been shown to be associated with a significant increase in antisocial processes in society among young people, children, adolescents and other vulnerable groups. It was found that well-organized leisure activities will allow the social worker to change his view of the events that have taken place, to re-evaluate plans for the future and to identify priority areas for future professional intervention. In modern conditions it is necessary to pay attention to the need to find new organizational forms of involving children, especially with deviant behavior, in leisure activities in order to form a healthy lifestyle, distract them from bad habits, and prevent crime. It is proved that leisure significantly influences the formation of moral guidelines and values of children, their hobbies, interests and socialization in general. In the leisure sphere, their interests and needs, personal and social roles are realized, activity and creative initiative are developed, and new values are sought through the free choice of activities. The potential of leisure lies in a wide range of cognitive, educational, recreational, creative opportunities.

The article deals with the confrontation of two worlds – the world of ordinary people and creators in the novel "The Collector" by the English writer-postmodernist J. Fowles. The aim of this study is to prove that the conflict between consumers and enthusiastic creators is one of the main themes of the novel "Collector", as well as to emphasize the writer's hidden appeals and warnings about the need to protect the vulnerable and vulnerable world of creators from the external correct and mechanistic world. consumers. Within the topic, it is important to generalize and adapt scientific and theoretical material on this issue for students of philology. The research technique consists in extrapolating the method of "practical criticism" (A.A. Richards, S. Johnson, M. Arnold, T.S. Eliot, F.R. Lewis) to the literary text of J. Fowles' novel "The Collector". In particular, it is assumed to read the text in accordance with the moral criteria and analyze the problems of content (clarification of the moral guidelines of the author). Results of the research. It is proved that J. Fowles in the novel "The Collector" depicted two opposite worlds – ordinary people and creators. The world of creative enthusiasts symbolizes a full life with all the richness of ideas, emotions, contradictory and complex feelings inherent in human search, and the world of ordinary people embodies a dim imitation of real life, "mechanized" existence, in which there are no creative impulses, creative initiative. Miranda is found to represent the world of creators, she is a man of search, she lives, choking on emotions and feelings, intuitively realizing that this is the meaning of life. Clegg summarizes the world of the townspeople. He is an ambitious, limited tyrant, full of hidden malice and hatred for those who are spiritually richer and smarter. At the same time, the writer showed the vulnerability and insecurity of the world of beauty and culture, recalling the eternity of the confrontation of love and hate, good and evil, creative living beginnings and hard, mundane existence. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of their use in the further study of the literary heritage of J. Fowles, as well as in the preparation of students of philology for practical and seminar classes.

The article examines the conditions of supporting social giftedness in school children. A typology of social giftedness is proposed and social giftedness structure is determined based on the analysis of available research of this phenomenon. The author distinguishes the indicators of social giftedness in primary school children. Pedagogical observation of educational process in the primary school of Nayanova Gifted Children Academy (Samara, Russia) demonstrated that social giftedness in schoolchildren gains support on the level of individual creative initiative of teachers. By the same token, the development of social giftedness is not part of general education system in Russia. Both the pedagogical toolkit and the attention to social giftedness development need considerable advancement on institutional level.

The article describes a human-machine tool shop management system based on the developed models and algorithms of production division management tasks. The calculation of the economic efficiency of the developed management system is carried out. The developed online management system increases the economic efficiency of managing a modern production unit. This management system, as shown by its operation, has the ability to form management decisions, making extensive use of the ability of operational shop staff to navigate in informal situations due to their experience, intuition, and forecasting the development of the production situation. With this approach to the management process, it is possible to involve hidden reserves and other resources in the production sphere on the basis of the development of creative initiative of the heads of production units and site management personnel. In addition, having the ability to quickly respond to changes in the production environment, the dialog control system allows you to more effectively than with batch information processing systems to stabilize the course of the production process when it is affected by various random factors. The ability to synchronize in real time the interaction of all workplaces (WP) of production sites is implemented, thereby significantly reducing the duration of production cycles for manufacturing products, work in progress, improving the rhythm of production, increasing labor productivity.
