After years of exploration and development, our school has implemented various forms of practical teaching methods in the training of law undergraduates, and has achieved certain results, but the phenomenon of theoretical knowledge transmission and ability cultivation still appears to be broken. By sorting out the problems found in the practice teaching of law undergraduate majors in our school, that is, the practice teaching curriculum system is incomplete and the guarantee mechanism is not perfect. Therefore, the practice teaching of law should further improve the relevant systems and strengthen the content and evaluation system of practice teaching. At the same time, a practical teaching platform should be actively established to form a closed-type practical teaching of "theory-simulation-total truth".

The paper proposed a practice teaching mode by making analysis on Didi data set. There are more and more universities have provided the big data analysis courses with the rapid development and wide application of big data analysis technology. The theoretical knowledge of big data analysis is professional and hard to understand. That may reduce students' interest in learning and learning motivation. And the practice teaching plays an important role between theory learning and application. This paper first introduces the theoretical teaching part of the course, and the theoretical methods involved in the course. Then the practice teaching content of Didi data analysis case was briefly described. And the study selects the related evaluation index to evaluate the teaching effect through questionnaire survey and verify the effectiveness of teaching method. The results show that 78% of students think that practical teaching can greatly improve students' interest in learning, 89% of students think that practical teaching can help them learn theoretical knowledge, 89% of students have basically mastered the method of big data analysis technology introduced in the course, 90% of students think that the teaching method proposed in this paper can greatly improve students' practical ability. The teaching mode is effective, which can improve the learning effect and practical ability of students in data analysis, so as to improve the teaching effect.

Taking the Sino-German cooperative education project in mechanical and automotive engineering major of Qilu University of Technology (SDAS) for example, this paper mainly introduces the changes of teaching mode of German courses based on the corpus. The transformation of the teaching mode consists of both teaching methods and teaching contents. The teaching method has changed from teacher-teaching method to a hybrid method of "student self-exploration + group discussion + teacher guidance", and the teaching content has changed from "German" learning to "German +" learning. Changes above are shown and supported by project curriculum examples, which in turn demonstrate the role of corpus in foreign language teaching.

Recently, China proposed the concept of “New Engineering Disciplines” (NEDs). The higher education innovation and industry-education integration had been emphasized for the construction of a powerful country in education. With regard to the major problem of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission teaching in agricultural universities, the course teaching plans and practice teaching platform needs to be reformed and optimized. Further, a practical teaching system can be established involving class-industry-practice base teaching activities. Additionally, new concepts and modes of industry-education collaboration and integration have to be explored.

The Industrial Design of the comprehensive university should actively carry out education and teaching research and reform, where practice teaching plays an increasingly important role in Industrial Design education. Focusing on the training of high-quality professionals, the practice-based Industrial Design teaching system was discussed. The guiding ideology and the formulation of guidelines for establishing a practical teaching system, were proposed as well as a multiple-level innovation and open practice teaching system structure. The advanced talents with applied technique should be composite, creative talents in the background of macroscopic engineering. Whereas some engineering training center have not transformed from the metalworking practice mode which can not adapt itself to the requirements of talents cultivation in 21 century, our university reform the contents of practice teaching and innovate the teaching mode of engineering training, integrate and optimize the internal teaching resources and strength the deep cooperation with enterprises under the guidance of the conception of “Macroscopic Engineering”. With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, its personnel training has become a major focus of professional teaching and reform in colleges and universities. It is of great practical value to study the practice teaching issues on cross-border e-commerce for application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities. Starting with the curriculum design of cross-border e-commerce specialty group in schools, this paper studies five factors influencing students' satisfaction with cross-border e-commerce practical teaching curriculum, analyses the shortcomings of current practical teaching curriculum design, and puts forward the optimization countermeasures for improving students' satisfaction with practical teaching curriculum design.

The practice teaching system of colleges and universities develops entrepreneurship education, implements entrepreneurship education, and cultivates high-quality skilled talents with entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial ability, which has become an inevitable requirement of the times. This article starts with the practical teaching system of colleges and universities, constructs a higher vocational practical teaching system with the concept of entrepreneurship education, creates high-skilled entrepreneurial talents that advance with the times, gives full play to the characteristics of colleges and universities, establishes entrepreneurial education and training bases, and enables students to establish a sense of market competition and Entrepreneurship.This article takes practice teaching as the research object, designs a set of reform evaluation index questionnaires based on the indicators in the evaluation system, and analyzes the results to determine the evaluation indicators. Then calculate the weight coefficient of each evaluation index according to the weight factor analysis method, and finally calculate the comprehensive weight of each evaluation index, so as to make a reasonable evaluation of the actual teaching reform. Experiments have proved that the CITC values corresponding to the 12 analysis items in the questionnaire are all greater than 0.25, indicating that there is a good correlation between the analysis items. This shows that the practical teaching system of colleges and universities guided by the concept of entrepreneurship education is to continuously serve the society and continuously deliver entrepreneurial talents. It also organically connects society and schools, acts as a bridge, and has certain theoretical value and practical significance.

Blended teaching design is a relatively new-rising teaching mode at present. This paper is mainly based on the compulsory basic course Three-dimensional Composition of the art majors in colleges and universities for the study of the blended teaching design and practice, which has a strong representativeness in exploring the reform of the course teaching methods.
