AbstrakMutu pelayanan keperawatan merupakan hasil dari harapan ideal yang dipersepsikan pasien dengan kenyataan yang diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan persepsi pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan di RS X Madiun. Desain penelitian adalah fenomenologi deskriptif menurut Spiegelberg dengan teknik pengambilan sampel convenience sampling sejumlah 7 informan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik in depth-interview dengan bentuk pertanyaan terbuka semi terstruktur. Hasil wawancara direkam dengan alat perekam kemudian ditranskrip verbatim dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Colaizzi. Penelitian menghasilkan 18 tema tentang persepsi pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan: alasan utama memilih rawat inap; alas an penunjang memilih rawat inap; puas pada pelayanan keperawatan; kecewa pada pelayanan keperawatan; toleran pada pelayanan keperawatan; sikap dalam merawat; atribut perawat; kemampuan kognitif; kemampuan teknikal; pengelolaan tugas; pemenuhan gizi; pemeliharaan lingkungan; pelaksanaan program terapi; aktivitas perawatan; perilaku perawat; penataan SDM keperawatan; pengembangan layanan keperawatan dan pengembangan strategis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelayanan keperawatan yang dilaksanakan di RS X Madiun belum memenuhi harapan pasien, penerapan prinsip caring oleh perawat belum optimal, disebabkan oleh terbatasnya perawat baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas. Pemerintah kota Madiun sebagai pengambil kebijakan disarankan untuk membenahi SDM keperawatan dengan cara menambah jumlah perawat, seleksi tenaga perawat yang kompeten, evaluasi kinerja, pendidikan dan latihan, dan supervisi keperawatan. AbstractNursing service quality is results of an ideal hope which could create the patient perception based on received reality. The objecitives of this study was to explore the patient perception related to nursing services at RSUD Sogaten in Madiun District. This study used a descriptive phenomenology according to Spiegelberg by convenience sampling technique from 7 informants. Collecting data used in-depth interview technique in form of open-ended question by structural. Interview result recorded by tape recorder, and then it was transcripted by verbatim and it was analyzed by Colaizzi method. Study yield 18 themes concerning patient perception to nursing service: main reason to choose inpatient; reason of supporter choose taking care of to lodge; satisfied at service of treatment; satisfaction of nursing service; lenient of nursing service; attitude of nursing; nurse attribute; cognitive ability; technical ability; job management; nutrition accomplishment; environment maintenance; execution of therapy program; nursing activity; nurse behavior; settlement of nursing human resources; nursing service and strategic development. This conclusions of this study is nursing services at RS X Madiun did not fulfill patient hope yet, applying of caring principle by nurse is not optimal yet, because of limited of nurses both amounts and qualities. Government in Madiun District as policy maker was suggested to correct nursing human resources by the way of adding amount of nurse, select a competence nurse, performance evaluation, education, practice and nursing supervise.

This study discusses the effectiveness of performance based on the Maslahah Scorecard measurement method and reveals the influence of aspects of Maqasid Al-Syariah on the performance of Muslim employees of PT. INALUM. The population in this study were Muslim employees who worked at PT. INALUM which amounted to 1622 employees with a total sample of 94 people responded and then in determining and selecting a sample of researchers using the Convenience Sampling technique. ased on the approach of this study using the Mix Method method. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that aspects of Maqasid Al-Sharia have a positive and significant effect of 80.8% on performance while the remaining 19.2% is influenced by variables outside of this study and based on statistical calculations that the performance of Muslim employees PT. INALUM has a performance with an effective category with a performance score of 89.9%.

This study assessed differences in the psychosocial impact of lockdown and life satisfaction among Nigerian working adults during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study was hinged on the social stress theory. Five hundred and eighteen (518) Nigerian working adults participated in the study using a convenience sampling technique. Two sets of questionnaires were the main instruments of data collection and were complemented by in-depth interview. Quantitative data collected were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, while the qualitative data was thematically analyzed. Findings revealed, amongst others, that livelihood activities of working adults in Nigeria were significantly affected by the Covid-19 lockdown. Working adults who lost jobs during Covid-19 lockdown reported a higher psychosocial impact of the lockdown compared to those who stopped working, worked at home and those who worked at the office during the Covid-19 lockdown in the country. Based on the findings, it was recommended among others, that there is a need for concerted efforts by stakeholders in the country to provide enabling environment for working adults to recover and sustainably return to reasonable livelihood from the shocks occasioned by Covid-19 pandemic.

The suitable framework will enable schools to perform Adiwiyata in the best way based on their local potentials. The aim of this research was to get better knowledge about the conditions of schools awardedAdiwiyataas well as to analyze the specific strategies to create sustainabledevelopment of those Adiwiyata schools in Sintang district. This qualitative descriptive researchusedpurposive sampling technique in which the participants were SDN 7 Sintang, SMPN 3 Sungai Tebelian, and MTsN Sintang. The data was collected through questionnaire, in-depth interview, and field observation. The data gained were analized using SWOT. The results indicated that the all Adiwiyata schools achieved outstanding scores (73.15 for SDN 7 Sintang,70.40 for SMPN 3 Sungai Tebelian, and 68.13 forMTsN Sintang). Based on the SWOT analysis, the specific strategies to develop Adiwiyata schools in Sintang district were by utilizing of local unique including planting local plants, developing local culture and tradition on mutual collaboration with surrounding community, and increasing partnership with environmental agencies and the other third parties in building human resources who were reliable in maintaining environmental school program.The suitable framework will enable schools to perform Adiwiyata in the best way based on their local potentials. Preceptorship is a teaching and learning method to university students by involving nurses as the role model. The objective of preceptorship program in learning is to build the students’ role and responsibility to be professional nurses with wide knowledge. The major aim of this research was to study further preceptor’s experience in conducting preceptorship program in the hospitals in Medan. This is a descriptive phenomenological study. Questionnaires with demographic characteristics and guided interviews were used as the research instruments. The data were collected through in-depth interview and by using field-note. Purposive sampling technique was employed to select the participants who met the inclusion criteria. The participants consist of 10 preceptors in Santa Elisabeth Hospital, Medan. The descriptions of the preceptors’ experience were analyzed by using Colaizzi approach. The results found out 5 themes reflecting the studied phenomena. The themes were maximally preparing themselves before conducting preceptorship program, the preceptors’, responsibilities in conducting counseling process, unpleasant experience during the student counseling, the preceptors’ expectation to the corrective process in the preceptorship counseling, and the preceptors are the students’ role model during the practice. According to the research results, it is suggested that nursing education is committed to follow the policies, standards, procedures, and regulations set forth in the guidebook, for nursing services to facilitate the preceptor by improving the knowledge of the preceptorship program up to date, and It is also expected that this nursing research can become the evidence-based data for the facility improvement to the future researchers.

In today’s corporate world, the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility has been integrated into their strategic plans and policies. It has been incorporated into the decision making process taken in view of the competitive advantage that could be achieved through social initiatives. As consumers were the most sensitive group among the stakeholders to such initiatives, this paper tries to explore the awareness of consumers of companies towards CSR practices in AluvaTaluk. The paper also tries to examine whether CSR initiatives have any association with the consumers demographic profile. A total of 160 respondents were chosen from AluvaTaluk using convenience sampling technique. The data was collected through self-administered questionnaires and were analysed using SPSS 16.0 software. The study revealed that majority of the consumers of Aluva were aware of CSR but was unaware of the fact that it was a mandatory provision for the firms under the Companies Act, 2013. The consumers who were aware had only a medium level of understanding on the concept of CSR. Age, education and income of the consumers were found to have a significant association with their awareness on CSR.

Malaysia has recorded the second highest involuntary turnover rate at 6% and third highest voluntary rate at 6.5% in South East Asia. Employee loyalty becomes critical towards employer. Thus, the purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between career development, compensation, job security, work environment and employee loyalty. In conducting this study, convenience sampling technique has been employed and respondents have been chosen in the area of Kuala Lumpur. Hypothesis were tested using regression analysis by using Smart-PLS. Based on the result, career development, compensation and job security were found to be significant with employee loyalty. However, work environment was found to be not significant with employee loyalty. It is suggested for future research to explore other variables in order to find the factors contributed in employee loyalty. Store Atmospherics is an innovative tool that retailers use to attract a number of customers into the store and retain them for longer time in the store. The share of large format retail stores in organized retail sector is increasing significantly. This paper is an empirical study of factors of Store Atmospherics from customers’ viewpoint. Data was collected through structured questionnaire from 75 respondents following convenience sampling technique. Reliability test and factor analysis were done using SPSS. Results show that Store Music, Store Decorations, Store Fragrance, Store Brightness, In-store Promotions and Ambience are the important Store Atmospheric factors. Large format retailers should focus more on these so as to increase their appeal to the customers and give them a good shopping experience so that favourable shopping outcomes follow.

 This study aims to determine the psychological dynamics of former drug addicts, starting from drug abuse until they become addicted, deciding to stop using them. This study uses a qualitative approach, the subject or informant is determined using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type based on predetermined criteria, which involves one informant, namely a male (F) aged 42 years. Data collection methods used in this study are in-depth interviews (in depth interviews), where researchers will interview informants with semi-structured interviews. In addition, researchers also used observation and psychological tests, which are graphic tests in the form of DAM (Draw a Man) and BAUM (tree drawing) tests, and intelligence tests using WAIS. The data analysis technique used is case study analysis of case / incident patterns. Based on the results of research F became a drug addict because of the learning process, where the enjoyment and lack of parental supervision is a reinforcement to continue using drugs. Generalization of people, places, pleasure makes it difficult for F to stop using drugs.   Keywords: Psychological Dynamics, Drug Addicts. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika psikologis mantan pecandu napza, dimulai dari awal menyalahgunan napza hingga menjadi kecanduan, memutuskan untuk berhenti memakai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Subjek atau informan ditentukan dengan menggunakan tehnik sampling non-probability sampling dengan tipe purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, yaitu melibatkan satu informan, yaitu laki-laki (F) yang berusia 42 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara secara mendalam (in depth interview), dimana peneliti akan menwawancarai informan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur. Selain itu peneliti juga menggunakan observasi serta menggunakan tes-tes psikologi, yaitu tes grafis berupa tes DAM (Draw a Man) dan BAUM (tes menggambar pohon), serta tes inteligensi dengan menggunakan WAIS. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis studi kasus pola kasus/kejadian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian F menjadi pecandu narkoba karena adanya proses belajar, dimana kenikmatan dan kurangnya pengawasan orang tua merupakan reinforcement untuk terus menggunakan napza. Adanya generalisasi terhadap people, place, pleasure menyebabkan F sulit untuk berhenti menggunakan napza. Kata Kunci: Dinamika Psikologis, Mantan Pengguna Napza

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational ethical culture, professional commitment, and ethical orientation on ethical sensitivity. The sample in this study is BAWASDA in Padang. The sampling technique with convenience sampling method. The total of questionnaire distributed counted 120 and able to be used  105. The study use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS application version 16.0 to examine the structural relationship among variables that affect officer sensitivity to ethical situation. The results of this study indicated that: (1) the organizational ethical culture have a significant effect on idealism. (2) the organizational ethical culture have a significant effect on relativism. (3) professional commitment doesn’t significant effect on idealism. (4) professional commitment doesn’t significant effect on relativism. (5) idealism significant effect on ethical sensitivity. (6) relativism significant effect on ethical sensitivity. (7) organization ethical culture significant effect on ethical sensitivity and (8) professional commitment doesn’t significant effect on ethical sensitivity.
