This study discusses the effectiveness of performance based on the Maslahah Scorecard measurement method and reveals the influence of aspects of Maqasid Al-Syariah on the performance of Muslim employees of PT. INALUM. The population in this study were Muslim employees who worked at PT. INALUM which amounted to 1622 employees with a total sample of 94 people responded and then in determining and selecting a sample of researchers using the Convenience Sampling technique. ased on the approach of this study using the Mix Method method. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that aspects of Maqasid Al-Sharia have a positive and significant effect of 80.8% on performance while the remaining 19.2% is influenced by variables outside of this study and based on statistical calculations that the performance of Muslim employees PT. INALUM has a performance with an effective category with a performance score of 89.9%.

Abstract : This research  aims to analyze (1) Effect of product brands on consumer perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City, (2) Effect of product quality on consumer perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City, (3) Effect of product packaging on consumer perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City. This type of research is descriptive associative. The sampling technique is convenience sampling with a total sample of 100 people in the city of Padang who use Herbal HNI-HPAI toothpaste in the city of Padang. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results showed that (1) the product brand had a positive and significant effect on consumers 'perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City, (2) product quality had a positive and significant effect on consumers' perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in the City Padang, (3) product packaging has a positive and significant effect on consumers' perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City. Keywords: consumer perception, product attributes, brand, quality, packaging

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong><strong></strong></p><p><em>This study aims to look at the effect of training and development on PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Palembang. Training programs and employee development in a company can improve the skills, knowledge, and experience of employees, on their work. </em><em>The main purpose of this training and development is to overcome the shortcomings of human resources at work due to possible inability to carry out work, and at the same time strive to foster human resources to become more productive. </em><em>This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 57 respondents, while the sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. In this study the independent variables consist of Training and Development, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The results of the independent training variable (X1) were obtained tcount&gt; Ttable (7,800&gt; 2,004), the development variable (X2) obtained tcount &lt;Ttable (1,474 &lt;2,004) and then the training variable (X1) had a partial effect on employee performance variables (Y). While the development variable (X2) does not partially affect the employee performance variable (Y). The results of the F test show that F count&gt; Ftable (33,185&gt; 3.17), while the significance is 0,000 &lt;alpha at a significant level of 0.05. Then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that the independent variables (training and development) jointly or simultaneously affect the dependent variable (employee performance) positively and significantly. The multiple linear test results from the results obtained from the training variable (X1) value is (0.922%), while the results obtained from the floating variable (X2) value are (0.224%).</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><em> Training, Development, Performance.</em></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan pada PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Palembang. Program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan pada suatu perusahaan  dapat meningkatkan ketrampilan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman karyawan, terhadap pekerjaanya</em><em>. </em><em>Tujuan utama dari pelatihan dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk mengatasi kekurangan-kekurangan para sumber daya manusia dalam bekerja yang disebabkan oleh kemungkinan ketidakmampuan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan, dan sekaligus berupaya membina sumber daya manusia agar menjadi lebih produktif</em><em>. </em><em>Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 responden, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini variabel independen terdiri dari Pelatihan dan Pengembangan, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan. Hasil variabel pelatihan independen (X1) diperoleh thitung&gt; Ttabel (7,800&gt; 2,004), variabel pengembangan (X2) diperoleh thitung &lt;Ttabel (1,474 &lt;2,004) dan kemudian variabel pelatihan (X1) berpengaruh parsial terhadap karyawan variabel kinerja (Y). Sedangkan variabel pengembangan (X2) tidak secara parsial mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa F hitung&gt; Ftabel (33.185&gt; 3,17), sedangkan signifikansinya adalah 0,000 &lt;alpha pada tingkat signifikan 0,05. Kemudian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa variabel independen (pelatihan dan pengembangan) secara bersama-sama atau bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil uji linier berganda dari hasil yang diperoleh dari variabel pelatihan (X1) nilainya (0,922%), sedangkan hasil yang diperoleh dari variabel mengambang (X2) nilainya (0,224%).</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci :</em></strong><em> Pelatihan, Pengembangan, dan Kinerja</em>

The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) an overview of work discipline, and employee motivation at the Jambi Province Human Resources Development Agency. (2) To determine the effect of work discipline on employee motivation at the Jambi Province Human Resources Development Agency. This research is descriptive and verification. The population in this study are employees of the Jambi Province Human Resources Development Agency. The research sampling technique used Stratified Sampling technique. The total sample in this study was 50 respondents. Data were analyzed using 2 (two) ways, namely using descriptive analysis using a Likert scale. Descriptive research results indicate, the average level of respondents' answers to the variable work discipline (X) of 3,188. The average level of respondents' answers to the motivation variable (Y) was 3.113.

This study intends to analyze the impact of work culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at BPSDM Southeast Sulawesi Province. This type of research is explanatory research, with a total sample of 47 respondents. The sample size was determined based on the slovin method, the sampling technique was carried out directly. Data was taken using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Analysis of the data by descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results of the research prove that work culture has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance number of 0, 000 and t is 43, 757 with a coefficient of 0, 74. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance number of 0, 000 and t is 82, 629 and a coefficient of 0, 93. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that work culture and job satisfaction greatly affect employee performance. This shows that the two variables, both work culture and job satisfaction, have been tested to significantly affect employee performance.AbstrakPenelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa akibat aspek budaya kerja serta kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.  Tipe penelitian merupakan eksplanatory research, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 47 responden.  Besar sampel didetetapkan berdasarkan pada metode slovin, teknik penarikan  sampel dilakukan secara langsung. Data diambil menggunakan angket dengan skala likert.  Analisa data dengan cara deskriptif serta regresi linier berganda.  Hasil  riset membuktikan kalau budaya kerja mempengaruhi positif terhadap kemampuan pegawai dengan angka signifikansi 0, 000 serta t jumlah sebesar 43, 757 dengan angka koefisien 0, 74.  Kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan angka signifikansi 0, 000 serta t jumlah sebesar 82, 629 serta angka koefisien 0, 93. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisa data, disimpulkan kalau budaya kerja serta kepuasan kerja sangat  mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variable tersebut, baik budaya kerja maupun kepuasan kerja teruji secara sognifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

Every organization is required to be in a conducive condition in order to produce optimal performance to serve the community. The successfulness of an organization in many activities was based on technological advantages, fund avalaibility, facilities and human capital. It demanded that every organization of the company must improve its competence in terms of human resources. This research was explanatory research with a quantitative approach that aimed to:1) analyze the effect of motivation on organizational commitment;2) analyze the effect of motivation on employees’ performance;3) analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employees’performance;4) analyze the effect of motivation on employees’ performance through organizational commitment. The study was conducted at the Regional Service Office of PT Telkom Kandatel Gorontalo Province with the total sample of 45 people, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling (census). Primary data collected using the questionnaires were then processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicated that:1) motivation had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment;2) motivation did not have a significant effect on employees’ performance;3) organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on employees’ performance;4) motivation had a significant positive effect on employees’ performance through organizational commitment of PT Telkom Kandatel Gorontalo Province employees.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh brand image, persepsi harga, dan service quality terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para konsumen donat. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada konsumen donat di Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling berupa convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 152 konsumen. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara ­online dan offline. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand image, persepsi harga, dan service quality memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Brand image, persepsi harga, dan service quality yang baik dapat memberikan pengaruh yang baik pula terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen demi keberlanjutan bisnis perusahaan. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of brand image, price perception, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions. The population in this study is donut consumers. This research is limited to donut consumers in Jakarta. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling technique in the form of convenience sampling with a total sample of 152 consumers. Data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires online and offline. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that brand image, price perception, and service quality have an influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Good brand image, price perception, and service quality can have a good influence on consumer purchasing decisions for the company's business sustainability.

Every company should try to develop the quality of human resources as the basic foundation for running the company's processes. In fact, only companies that pay attention to the quality of human resources can continue to survive business competition. The quality of human resources in the company is monitored through its behavior and job performance. One way to control employee behavior is through disciplinary programs. Besides that, it is also necessary to create a conducive working environment through good working communication among members of the organization. This study aims to analyze and discuss the effects of discipline and communication on job performance. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling method with total sampling technique. The population in this study is the community, with a total sample of 93 respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 24.0 for Windows software. The results of the study show that discipline and communication have a significant positive effect on job performance.

Aim of the study was to assess the perception on occurrence of medication error and to assess the perception on prevention of medication error among nursing officers in wards at a selected hospital, Raipur. Objectives To assess the perception on occurrence of medication error among nurses. To assess the perception on prevention of medication error among nurses. Review of literature was prepared relevant to the study. The conceptual framework of the study was based on” Imogene King’s Goal Attainment Theory”. Pilot study was done among nurses in selected wards at a selected hospital, Raipur. The main study was conducted in selected wards at a selected hospital, Raipur. A total of 60 nursing officers were included in the study and they were selected using non probability convenience sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was standard 5-point Likert rating scale. Validity and reliability of the tool were done. Data were collected for the period of 4 weeks. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the data. It was observed in the present study that majority (74%) of the total sample of nursing officers had adequate perception on occurrence of medication error and (82%) of the total sample of nurses had adequate perception on prevention of medication error. AbstrakMutu pelayanan keperawatan merupakan hasil dari harapan ideal yang dipersepsikan pasien dengan kenyataan yang diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan persepsi pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan di RS X Madiun. Desain penelitian adalah fenomenologi deskriptif menurut Spiegelberg dengan teknik pengambilan sampel convenience sampling sejumlah 7 informan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik in depth-interview dengan bentuk pertanyaan terbuka semi terstruktur. Hasil wawancara direkam dengan alat perekam kemudian ditranskrip verbatim dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Colaizzi. Penelitian menghasilkan 18 tema tentang persepsi pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan: alasan utama memilih rawat inap; alas an penunjang memilih rawat inap; puas pada pelayanan keperawatan; kecewa pada pelayanan keperawatan; toleran pada pelayanan keperawatan; sikap dalam merawat; atribut perawat; kemampuan kognitif; kemampuan teknikal; pengelolaan tugas; pemenuhan gizi; pemeliharaan lingkungan; pelaksanaan program terapi; aktivitas perawatan; perilaku perawat; penataan SDM keperawatan; pengembangan layanan keperawatan dan pengembangan strategis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelayanan keperawatan yang dilaksanakan di RS X Madiun belum memenuhi harapan pasien, penerapan prinsip caring oleh perawat belum optimal, disebabkan oleh terbatasnya perawat baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas. Pemerintah kota Madiun sebagai pengambil kebijakan disarankan untuk membenahi SDM keperawatan dengan cara menambah jumlah perawat, seleksi tenaga perawat yang kompeten, evaluasi kinerja, pendidikan dan latihan, dan supervisi keperawatan. AbstractNursing service quality is results of an ideal hope which could create the patient perception based on received reality. The objecitives of this study was to explore the patient perception related to nursing services at RSUD Sogaten in Madiun District. This study used a descriptive phenomenology according to Spiegelberg by convenience sampling technique from 7 informants. Collecting data used in-depth interview technique in form of open-ended question by structural. Interview result recorded by tape recorder, and then it was transcripted by verbatim and it was analyzed by Colaizzi method. Study yield 18 themes concerning patient perception to nursing service: main reason to choose inpatient; reason of supporter choose taking care of to lodge; satisfied at service of treatment; satisfaction of nursing service; lenient of nursing service; attitude of nursing; nurse attribute; cognitive ability; technical ability; job management; nutrition accomplishment; environment maintenance; execution of therapy program; nursing activity; nurse behavior; settlement of nursing human resources; nursing service and strategic development. This conclusions of this study is nursing services at RS X Madiun did not fulfill patient hope yet, applying of caring principle by nurse is not optimal yet, because of limited of nurses both amounts and qualities. Government in Madiun District as policy maker was suggested to correct nursing human resources by the way of adding amount of nurse, select a competence nurse, performance evaluation, education, practice and nursing supervise.
