Patient knowledge about hemodialysis is important for effective self-management behaviors. The aim of the present study was to assess the knowledge on hemodialysis among renal patients in selected hospitals of Bhopal. The research design selected for this study was descriptive in nature. The target population for this study was renal patients and the method of sampling was purposive sampling. The sample size was 50. A self-structured questionnaire was used to assess the knowledge and the study findings revealed that knowledge of renal patients regarding hemodialysis was inadequate.

The research paper sought to analyze the interest and awareness of Nepali people on government securities with one specific objectives of to examine the investor's interest and awareness towards government securities. The descriptive and analytical research design has been adopted in the study. The target population was the all investors of government securities in Nepal. The judgmental sampling method has been used to select the investor and 200 respondents were taken as its sample size. The data were collected using structured questionnaire. Chi-square test was done to examine the investor's interest and awareness towards government securities. It can be concluded that both educated and uneducated people are interested in government security. Thus, the research paper draws the conclusion that both poor and rich people are interested in government security. The income is the major factor of investment on government security.

The study aims to examine the impact of customer integration, internal integration, logistics collaborator integration and supply chain resilience on the resource efficiency of the supply chain firms in Karachi. Sample size included 181 responses with the help of purposive sampling, and the target population was supply chain firms of Karachi. The data was analyzed using PLS-SEM. The study found that the customer integration was significantly affecting SC resilience but negatively affecting resource efficiency. Also, internal integration was not affecting customer integration and SC resilience and resource efficiency but affecting the logistics collaborator integration. Moreover, LCI was significantly affecting customer integration, SC resilience and resource efficiency. Lastly, SC resilience was negatively affecting resource efficiency. The study recommends that the managers need to enhance their logistics collaborator integration as it was found to be significantly improving the customer integration, supply chain resilience and resource efficiency. Moreover, the managers need to improve their customer and internal integration as they can enhance their logistics collaboration integration and resource efficiency.

This study assessed the challenges facing the laity in their participation in evangelisation in Njoro Parish of Nakuru County Kenya. The study employed a descriptive survey research design. The target population included the Catholic faithful and the priests. The 181 participants were selected using purposive sampling. Data was collected using group discussions, questionnaires and interviews. Different questionnaires were administered for priests (PQ), catechists (CQ) and the laity (LQ). Reliability of the tools was tested using split-half method. A reliability coefficient of 0.5 and above was accepted. Descriptive statistics was used. SPSS programme was used to analyse data and was presented using frequency tables, percentages and charts. The study found out that evangelisation by the laity needs strengthening and that collaborative ministry is necessary for Njoro parish to realise its goal of evangelisation. The results also showed that some of the Christians are passive mainly due to lack of training and reluctance of the laity and the clergy to involve them in evangelisation process. The study observed that the laity needs training in pastoral field so that they could be actively engaged in pastoral activities of the parish. The clergy also needs to sensitise the laity on their role in evangelisation so that they can be effective. The study concludes that challenges of evangelisation calls for a new vision of understanding in order to concretely impact the faith.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of risk identification on performance of financial institutions.Methodology: The study used explanatory research design. The study used stratified random sampling to select respondents from target population comprising of managers of 46 commercial banks, 52 Micro Finance institutions (MFIs) and 200 SACCOs and a sample size of 239 respondents obtained. Data was collected using questionnaires. Descriptive statistics was presented, while inferential statistics was done using Pearson product moment correlation.Results: From the model results, the risk identification (β=0.026) was not significantly related to financial performance.Unique contribution to theory, practice and policy: The study recommends regulators to consider and appropriately legislate risk identification practices to enhance performance of financial institutions.

Primigravida, particularly women who are pregnant for the first time, are generally unaware of Lamaze breathing and its benefits. The purpose of this study was to analyse Primigravida moms' knowledge of Lamaze breathing in Bhopal's designated hospitals. This study was conducted using a descriptive research approach. The study's target population was primigravida, and the sample method was purposive sampling. A total of 50 people were included in the study. The knowledge of primigravida about Lamaze breathing was assessed using a self-structured questionnaire, and the study findings revealed that knowledge of Lamaze breathing was inadequate. It is therefore important to educate antenatal mothers about simple but useful breathing exercises to reduce pain perception and promote comfort during labour.

During labour and childbirth, comfort techniques that give natural pain relief can be quite beneficial. The purpose of this study was to analyse pregnant women's awareness about non-pharmacological therapies in Bhopal's designated hospitals. This study was conducted using a descriptive research approach. The study's target population was pregnant women, and the sample method was purposive sampling. A total of 50 people were included in the study. The knowledge of pregnant women on non-pharmacological therapies was assessed using a self-structured questionnaire, and the study findings indicated that their understanding was insufficient.

The purpose of this research is to analysis of enterpriser profiles on entrepreneurial managerial in Bungoma, Kenya .Efforts have been made to support entrepreneurial managerial activities training and the provision of consultative services; interestingly, the failure rate still remains high Neither research on the entrepreneur personality nor enterpriser profiles have demonstrated a decisive influence on entrepreneurial managerial activities. The study adopted a post-positivism research , with  research design of explanatory survey .The target population and sample size  were adopted from a thesis selected  from Eldoret, Towns .Data was analyzed quantitatively using techniques such as: Multivariate analysis, structural equation modeling. Finding indicates:  entrepreneurial competencies, mentoring, enterpriser profile and enterprise success dimensions were sufficiently reliable and valid to be included in the subsequent model testing. The measurement model results suggest that the model provides a reasonably good fit and thus it was suitable .The CFA results supported the measurement model.

A study to assess the effectiveness of Structured Teaching Programme on knowledge regarding NIPAH virus infection among adolescents in selected school at Kollam. The objectives of the study were: a) to assess the knowledge regarding NIPAH virus infection among adolescents in a selected school at Kollam. b) to assess the effectiveness of structured teaching programme on knowledge regarding NIPAH virus infection among adolescents in a selected school at Kollam. c) to find out the association between the pretest knowledge regarding NIPAH virus infection among adolescents and selected demographic variables. A quantitative approach was used with one group pretest posttest research design. Non probability purposive sampling technique was used. Sample size was 60. The investigator assessed the knowledge of adolescents using structured questionnaire regarding NIPAH virus infection after taking informed consent from sample. After conducting the pretest, the researcher provided Structured Teaching Programme for a period of 30 minutes on the same day. After one week Posttest was conducted using the same research tool. The findings of the present study showed that Structured Teaching Programme was effective to increase the knowledge regarding NIPAH virus infection among adolescents.

Abstract Background Hypertension is one of the key risk factors for several diseases; can be followed several complications. The aim of this study was determine the determinants of hypertension self-management behaviors based on intervention mapping approach.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted among 800 hypertension patients in the in southwestern Iran, during 2018 which was systematic random sampling selected for participation in this study. A structured questionnaire was applied for collecting data and data were analyzed by SPSS version 16 using t-test, the ANOVA, bivariate correlations and linear regression analysis.Results The mean age of respondents was of 58.25 years (SD: 12.10), ranged from 30 to 74 years. These results suggest that the assessed constructs explained 51% of the variance in hypertension self-management behaviors. The best predictors for hypertension self-management behaviors were barriers, outcome expectations and self-efficacy.Conclusion The current study provides support for the use of intervention mapping approach in predicting hypertension self-management behaviors. These findings have implications for the evidence based design of hypertension self-management behaviors promotion interventions.
