Introduction: The progress of science has made it possible to create new quantum engines (QEs) powered by physical vacuum energy. A QE will generate a vector-based propulsive force, or thrust, applicable to the vehicle body directly, with no transmission required. Traditional cars will be upgraded with QEs and thus converted into quantomobiles. QE thrust application at the point of the vehicle body, hovering above the bearing surface, introduces changes in the traditional diagram of forces acting on the vehicle. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the influence of thrust on the longitudinal stability of the quantomobile. Methods: In the course of the study, we upgraded the diagram of forces acting on the traditional vehicle, by introducing QE thrust (bearing in mind vehicle hovering above the bearing surface). We also developed a corresponding mathematical model for the distribution of the normal reactions on the wheels, taking into account QE placement. Results: Among the developed calculation complexes to perform a qualitative analysis of the influence of force factors on the quantomobile chassis load, a complex representing the longitudinal thrust and the thrust height was distinguished. Discussion: These complexes may serve as the basis of calculation units for more detailed programming, analysis, and synthesis of the design of vehicles with QEs, assessment of the longitudinal stability of the vehicle, optimization of QE placement in the quantomobile body. Example: The method developed is presented using a quantomobile similar to a KamAZ-4326 automobile. Conclusion: The considered diagram of forces acting on a quantomobile, including QE thrust above the bearing surface, shall become generic for force diagrams of quantomobiles with additional thrusters intended to increase the longitudinal stability of the vehicle.

The Casimir effect is one observable of the existence of the vacuum energy, i.e. the existence of vacuum electromagnetic field. The meaning of this word "vacuum" is physical vacuum, not technology vacuum. Then, we say that the change in the vacuum structure enforced by the plates. There are two kinds of vacuum, one is usual vacua or free vacua (outside the plates). Another is the negative energy vacua (inside the plates), and the refraction index less than 1(n<1). That cause a change in the light speed for electromagnetic waves propagating perpendicular to the plates: △c/c1.6×10-60d-4, and d is the plate distance. When d=10-9m(1nm), △c=10-24c. Then, a two-loop QED effect cause the phase and group velocities of an electromagnetic wave to slightly exceed c. Though the difference are very small, that raise interesting matters of principle. The focus of this paper is to improve the understanding of the nature of quantum vacuum. In the past, to say that "vacuum is not empty" was already a criticism and subversion of classical physics. Now it seems doubly strange to say that there is a negative energy vacuum that is "empty"than the normal physical vacuum. But these theories are rigorously justified; Casimir effect can create an environment with refractive index less than 1(n<1) and lead to the appearance of superluminality, which is one of the representations of "quantum superluminality". These advances in basic science will certainly open up new fields of application, In short, it is not the Casimir structure that creates the quantum vacuum, but the structure that makes the quantum vacuum "emerge"in a clever way as a perceptible physical reality. This is truly a scientific achievement.

AbstractWe present a prescription for consistently constructing non-Fock coherent flavour neutrino states within the framework of the seesaw mechanism, and establish that the physical vacuum of massive neutrinos is a condensate of Standard Model massless neutrino states. The coherent states, involving a finite number of massive states, are derived by constructing their creation operator. This construction fulfills automatically the key requirement of coherence for the oscillations of particles to occur. We comment on the inherent non-unitarity of the oscillation probability induced by the requirement of coherence.

Abstract The electron configurations of Ca, Zn and the nine transition elements M in between (and their heavier homologs) are reviewed on the basis of density functional theory and experimental facts. The d-s orbital energy and population patterns are systematically diverse. (i) The dominant valence electron configuration of most free neutral atoms M0 of groups g = 2–12 is 3d g−2 4s 2 (textbook rule), or 3d g−14s 1. (ii) Formal M q+ cations in chemical compounds have the dominant configuration 3d g−q 4s 0 (basic concept of transition metal chemistry). (iii) M0 atoms in metallic phases [M∞] of hcp, ccp(fcc) and bcc structures have intermediate populations near 3d g−1 4s 1 (lower d populations for Ca (ca. ½) and Zn (ca. 10)). Including the 4p valence orbitals, the dominant metallic configuration is 3d g−δ 4(sp) δ with δ ≈ 1.4 (±0.2) throughout (except for Zn). (iv) The 3d,4s population of atomic clusters M m varies for increasing m smoothly from single-atomic 3d g−24s 2 toward metallic 3d g−14s 1. – The textbook rule for the one-electron energies, i.e., ns < (n−1)d, holds ‘in a broader sense’ for the s block, but in general not for the d block, and never for the p block. It is more important to teach realistic atomic orbital (AO) populations such as the ones given above.

Massive Klein–Gordon theory is quantized on a timelike hyperplane in Minkowski space using the framework of general boundary quantum field theory. In contrast to previous work, not only the propagating sector of the phase space is quantized, but also the evanescent sector, with the correct physical vacuum. This yields for the first time a description of the quanta of the evanescent field alone. The key tool is the novel [Formula: see text]-Kähler quantization prescription based on a ∗-twisted observable algebra. The spatial evolution of states between timelike hyperplanes is established and turns out to be non-unitary if different choices are made for the quantization ambiguity for initial and final hyperplane. Nevertheless, a consistent notion of transition probability is established also in the non-unitary case, thanks to the use of the positive formalism. Finally, it is shown how a conducting boundary condition on the timelike hyperplane gives rise to what we call the Casimir state. This is a pseudo-state which can be interpreted as an alternative vacuum and which gives rise to a sea of particle pairs even in this static case.

For the case of interaction of polarized light with an analyzer (a polarizing device), an experimental scheme based on the Feynman idea of path integrals is proposed. Real and virtual photons are considered in the context of the Lenz rule (in terms of constructive and destructive induction). The Planck formula for the photon energy in the format of a verbal description is considered. The complexity of identifying the wave description of the photon with the ideas of the Ancient Greeks about elementary particles is shown. From the point of view of chronogeometry, it is shown that the stationary observer does not exist at the point of intersection of the cone of the past and the future, but in the time interval separating these regions. It is proposed to consider the fluctuations of the physical vacuum as a relic of the process of permanent inflation according to Linde. Based on the assumption of the self-measurement of the Universe, the quantum Zeno effect, and Hawking’s idea of the Universe being a quantum object with the Nth sum of Feynman stories, it is assumed that the history of the Universe is deterministic. From the perspective of the orthogonality of the electromagnetic field vectors E and B, the Heisenberg equation of the form Δp × Δx = ħ/2 is considered. A thought experiment is considered showing the complexity in describing the interaction of a photon with an electron of an atom from the point of view of the classical interaction of an electromagnetic wave with an antenna device. It is proposed to consider the absorption of a photon by an electron as its inertial collapse on an atom.

The preparation of cation-ordered thin films of correlated oxides is of great interest for both fundamental and applied research. The scientific long-term vision is strongly motivated by the perspective of studying electronic correlations in condensed matter without the presence of chemical or quenched disorder. A promising material platform provides double perovskite A2BB’O6 bulk samples with different types of B/B’ ordering. However, the growth of A- and/or B-site-ordered correlated oxide thin films is known to be a challenging task. In this review, we evaluate the growth of double perovskite A2BB’O6 thin films by means of well-elaborated physical vacuum deposition techniques, such as pulsed laser deposition (PLD) and sputtering and compare them with a close-to-equilibrium growth with the metalorganic aerosol deposition (MAD) technique. The latter was further developed to grow an emergent interfacial double perovskite phase in LaNiO3/LaMnO3 superlattices, and finally, by way of a layer-by-layer route. The growth of La2CoMnO6 films on SrTiO3(111) substrates by sequential deposition of single perovskite layers of LaCoO3/LaMnO3/LaCoO3/… was demonstrated and the film properties were compared to those obtained within the state-of-the art growth mode.

The book of well-known Russian scientists systematically presents a new theoretical approach to studying nature's fundamental phenomena using the hypothesis of the physical vacuum, or the ether, as some environment in which all the processes develop. In the proposed studies, the ether is represented as some one-component continuous media that satisfies generally accepted conservation laws: of matter and momentum. From the appropriate two equations, a number of consequences are obtained to which a physical interpretation is given. For the first time, 150 years after studies of Faraday and Maxwell, it is shown that these single premises mathematically give basic physical laws established experimentally: the Maxwell equations, the Lorentz force, the Gauss theorem; the laws: Coulomb, Biot - Savard, Ampere, electromagnetic induction, Ohm, Joule - Lenz, Wiedemann - Franz, universal gravitation, and etc. Details of mechanisms of many processes, that seemed previously paradoxical, have been disclosed. A method of the model substantiation adopted in the mathematical modeling methodology allows to conclude that the presented mathematical model of the ether adequately describes electromagnetic and gravitational processes. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of hundreds of known and new experimental facts allows in the methodology of physics, as science summarizing the experiments data, to confirm a conclusion about the existence of the ether (physical vacuum). The content of the book is based on the works of authors done during the last fourteen years. Many results are published for the first time. The book is intended for specialists in the field of electrodynamics, electrical engineering, gravity and kinetics, as well as for graduate students and students, interested in the fundamental principles of these scientific directions. This book is unique in terms of the comprehensive consideration of the problem and the depth of its analysis.

With the deepening contradictions between the technocratic and spiritual development of humankind, the need for spiritual healing is becoming increasingly urgent. The path to spiritual healing is marked by the need to rethink the place and role of a human in the universe. The curing of spirituality is the valeological paradigm of the 21st century. Spirituality closely interacts with the so-called physical vacuum, on one side, and with the physical structures of the personality, on the other. By acknowledging the spiritual and physical structure of the personality, the conventional medicine seeks to restore only physical health, while neglecting its spiritual constant. Scientific evidence of the existence of a single energy system of the universe has already been revealed in the form of an experimentally substantiated theory of physical vacuum and torsion fields. If we want to get an adequate understanding of the fundamentals of health, disease, and personality development, we must certainly consider the spiritual aspect of being. The energy of thought directly controls health, stimulating it or, conversely, causing illness. Human thoughts are the primary information carrier, where the energy potential is encapsulated. It does not seem possible to explain energy processes in a body by the laws of classical physics. It is the domain of quantum physics. The domination of mind over matter is quantum reality. Some provisions of quantum physics are postulated by quantum biology. In particular, it concerns the corpuscular-wave duality of elementary biological objects, as well as the probability as a category related to the quantum essence of biological objects. Energy processes form the basis of human mental activity, and their laws describe the mechanisms of thinking and consciousness. There is a relationship between energy processes and body physiology, a correlation between substance and energy. In this way, consciousness and the energy of thought control health by stimulating it or, conversely, by causing illness. A spiritual person rises above his genetic destiny. Epigenetics studies the hidden impacts exerted on genes by multiple sources, including thoughts and beliefs. The power of thought changes a person’s genetic code. One should be willing to make changes in one’s thinking and consciousness. We influence the healing processes with our consciousness. The power of thought and speech plays a major role in harmonizing the personality and maintaining a person’s health.
