Several studies on translation have been carried out, namely on the problem of untranslation, translation of terms from various fields, and the formation of target language terms with spelling adjustments. One of them is the field of thermodynamics which is part of the field of Mechanical Engineering, which has many terms borrowed from Dutch and English. Therefore, the researchers are interested in investigating the morphological aspects of the translation of thermodynamic terms using the natural borrowing technique. This study used qualitative research methods. Researchers took terminology data from two books, namely The Fundamental of Engineering Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics. The results showed that the forms of borrowing that occurred were (1) borrowing by adjusting spelling and pronunciation adjustments; (2) borrowing with spelling adjustment without pronunciation adjustment; (3) borrowing without spelling adjustment, but with pronunciation adjustment; (4) adjustments to the spelling of prefixes and bound forms found 15 forms of adjustment; (5) suffix spelling adjustments found 20 forms of adjustment; and (6) a combination of translation and borrowing. In short, morphological aspects in translating thermodynamics terms are very important because they relate to the technique used.

Common sensors in many applications are in the form of rigid devices that can react according to external stimuli. However, a magnetorheological plastomer (MRP) can offer a new type of sensing capability, as it is flexible in shape, soft, and responsive to an external magnetic field. In this study, graphite (Gr) particles are introduced into an MRP as an additive, to investigate the advantages of its electrical properties in MRPs, such as conductivity, which is absolutely required in a potential sensor. As a first step to achieve this, MRP samples containing carbonyl iron particles (CIPs) and various amounts of of Gr, from 0 to 10 wt.%, are prepared, and their magnetic-field-dependent electrical properties are experimentally evaluated. After the morphological aspect of Gr–MRP is characterized using environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM), the magnetic properties of MRP and Gr–MRP are evaluated via a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The resistivities of the Gr–MRP samples are then tested under various applied magnetic flux densities, showing that the resistivity of Gr–MRP decreases with increasing of Gr content up to 10 wt.%. In addition, the electrical conductivity is tested using a test rig, showing that the conductivity increases as the amount of Gr additive increases, up to 10 wt.%. The conductivity of 10 wt.% Gr–MRP is found to be highest, at 178.06% higher than the Gr–MRP with 6 wt.%, for a magnetic flux density of 400 mT. It is observed that with the addition of Gr, the conductivity properties are improved with increases in the magnetic flux density, which could contribute to the potential usefulness of these materials as sensing detection devices.

This study aims to describe the common mistakes that occur in new students majoring in Arabic on the practice of speaking skills. This type of research is qualitative through a descriptive approach. Collecting data through the method of speaking, listening, and observing. The results of this study indicate that the forms of language errors that often occur are in 1) phonology, 2) morphology, and 3) syntactic. In the phonological aspect, there are replacements in the pronunciation of hijaiyah letters, additions in pronunciation, and omissions. In the morphological aspect, errors were found in the use of auzānul fi'il, tastniyah, and jama' muannast salim. In the syntactic aspect, errors were found in the use of dhamāir munfasilah and muttashilah, jar majrūr, tarkīb na'ti, tarkīb 'adadi, jumlah fi'liyah, and jumlah ismiyah. To face these previous problems, the teacher provided the treatments on the following forms: (1) Presenting the pronunciation of Arabic letters and the pronunciation of the vocabulary intact. (2) Introduce short expressions. (3) Presenting sentence patterns. (4) Providing short dialogues, and certainly all of these qualities are applied to these students gradually and continuously in the class in the form of two-by-two. In addition, all these treatments were presented by the teacher through podcasts and YouTube, the crazy method, the rhetorical method, and the problem-solving method

The stylistic approach provides a new perspective in the literature studies, especially Qur'anic research. Understanding the Qur'an from a stylistic overview can explain the use of certain words or language structures that distinguish between works. It reveals the characteristics, implied meanings, and beauty of the structure of the Qur'anic text as the primary aspect of the miracles of the Qur'an. The euphemism of the composition of the Qur'an can be seen, for example, in surah al-Qiyāmah. Surah al-Qiyāmah, classified as a makkiyah surah, contains matters relating to the final day, starting from the sacratulmaut stage to the description of the Day of Judgment. Descriptive research with Stylistic analysis in this article, reveals the findings of four aspects of the Stylistics of the Qur'an contained in surah al-Qiyāmah; phonology, morphology, syntax, and imagery. On the phonological aspect, including; fricative, plosive, mukarrarah, and semi-vocal consonants. From the morphological aspect, there are forms of verbs (al-māḍi, al-muḍāri‘ and af‘al al-majhul) which have various meanings. Aspects of syntax contribute to the style of language such as; al-taqdm wa al-ta'khīr, repetition, imperative sentences, and interrogative sentences. Meanwhile, in the imagery aspect, alliteration, assonance, polysindenton, erotic, tautology, ellipsis, synecdoche, and hypalase styles are found.

The subject of this research is the part-of-speech affiliation of modal words – a special group of lexemes that are irreplaceable, syncategorematic, and lack formal unity. The author examines four most widespread approaches towards determination of the part-of-speech status of modal words, modal semantics, in particular, and the function of modal meaning; provides summary of the existing in Russian linguistics classifications of modal words, and lists their basic lexical-semantic categories. In the course of studying the genesis of modal words, the author correlates them with other parts of speech. For determination of the part-of-speech status, emphasis is placed on the degree of manifestation within this group of lexemes of semantic, morphological, syntactic and word-forming characteristics, namely the compliance of modal words with the listed criteria. The novelty consists in the analysis of the part-of-speech affiliation of modal words through the prism of the traditional semantic-syntactic approach, considering the formal-morphological aspect of modal words, which allows accumulating the avaliable knowledge on modal words, as well as compiling holistic representation on the nature of their origin and functionality. The research materials can be used in teaching morphology of the modern Russian language, as well as in preparation of lectures and textbooks on cognate disciplines. The conclusion is made that in synchrony, modal words represent an isolated group that is in-between of autosemantic and functional words. The recommendation to classify this group as a separate part of speech remains polemical; however, segregation of modal words in the grammatical system is unarguable.

Today, the growing trend of the prevalence of diseases of the digestive system is a very important issue not only in Ukraine but also around the world. This problem applies not only to practical areas of health care, but also to theoretical medicine. The study of the anatomical structure and functional state of the digestive system is the theoretical basis for the extrapolation of various pathological conditions in laboratory animals. Analysis of scientific sources showed a lack of comprehensive morphological studies of the human digestive system. The purpose of the paper was to study the features of some organs of the human digestive system in the morphological aspect by bibliographic analysis of literature. Materials and methods. This bibliographic analysis is based on published peer-reviewed articles, books, textbooks, monographs, abstracts of dissertations. For the purposes of this systematic review, literature search (concerning the study of the structure of the human digestive system) was carried out on the Internet, domestic literature sources, scientific and electronic libraries of Poltava State Medical University by the following keywords: "digestive system", "morphology", "gastrointestinal tract", "colon", "cаecum", "embryonic development of the digestive system". Results and discussion. Digestive system (Latin «systema digestorium») is a system of organs of various structures and functions formed in phylogeny, the importance of which lies in the perception, mechanical and chemical (enzymatic) processing and absorption of nutrients needed to compensate for energy and material costs in the body. Conclusion. Significant progress has been made in understanding the development of the human digestive system over the past two decades. The human digestive system is formed in phylogeny community of similar in structure and function of organs, the importance of which is the digestion of food, mechanical and enzymatic breakdown, absorption of breakdown products into the internal environment of the body and their transport to the liver. The structure of the gastric mucosa is well thought out for secretion and protection against low pH of gastric contents, which is regulated by hydrochloric acid. The pancreas, like the gland of external secretion, produces many digestive enzymes in an inactive form. Activation usually occurs in the lumen of the small intestine. The liver receives most of the nutrients absorbed through the portal vein and then uses them to synthesize many larger molecules

Biometric aspects in the Turritellidae family need to be studied as an important identification parameter. Zaria, which is one of the sub genera in the Turritellidae family, deserves to be tested in order to determine the feasibility of the biometric aspect as an identification parameter. This paper aims to provide an overview of the benefits of the biometric aspect as an identification parameter. The method used to re-identify the biometric and morphological aspects of the T. (Zaria) bantamensis tjicumpaensis population with T. (Zaria) javana. The results of the identification were carried out by a T-Test on the biometric aspect to see the similarity of the biometric aspects of the two populations. Based on the results of the T-Test on the parameters of the Wsut: Wang and Wsut: L ratio, it shows that the two Zaria species are the same. Meanwhile, from the morphological aspect, there is a slight difference in the early growth peripherals.

Abstract Purpose: Due to the limited application of late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) in patients with renal insufficiency and the lack of advanced mapping technique, non-invasively discriminating left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)-preserved light-chain amyloidosis (AL) from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) with similar left ventricular (LV) hypertrophy was challenging. The aims of this study were to evaluate left atrial (LA) morphology and function in LVEF-preserved AL patients using CMR cine images and to investigate the ability of CMR-derived LA parameters in discriminating LVEF-preserved AL from HCM.Methods and results: Thirty-eight confirmed LVEF-preserved AL patients and 38 HCM patients as well as 20 healthy controls were enrolled in this retrospective study. Morphological and functional parameters of LA and LV were measured in multi-plane cine images. Receiver operator characteristics curves were generated to estimate the discriminative ability of parameters. The LA active contractile function of AL and HCM patients were both significantly impaired compared to the control, and the impairment of AL patients was severer than that of HCM (all P < 0.05). In morphological aspect, thickened maximum atrial septal thickness (ASHmax) was found in AL group with regard to HCM and control. Combining ASHmax and LA functional parameters had excellent discriminative ability between AL and HCM (area under the curve [AUC] > 0.9).Conclusions: The combination of ASHmax and LA function was able to perform accurately non-invasive differentiating diagnosis between AL and HCM patients in limited clinical condition, and it could helpfully complemented and extended the current AL diagnostic strategies.
