AbstractHydrodynamic projections, the projection onto conserved charges representing ballistic propagation of fluid waves, give exact transport results in many-body systems, such as the exact Drude weights. Focussing one one-dimensional systems, I show that this principle can be extended beyond the Euler scale, in particular to the diffusive and superdiffusive scales. By hydrodynamic reduction, Hilbert spaces of observables are constructed that generalise the standard space of conserved densities and describe the finer scales of hydrodynamics. The Green–Kubo formula for the Onsager matrix has a natural expression within the diffusive space. This space is associated with quadratically extensive charges, and projections onto any such charge give generic lower bounds for diffusion. In particular, bilinear expressions in linearly extensive charges lead to explicit diffusion lower bounds calculable from the thermodynamics, and applicable for instance to generic momentum-conserving one-dimensional systems. Bilinear charges are interpreted as covariant derivatives on the manifold of maximal entropy states, and represent the contribution to diffusion from scattering of ballistic waves. An analysis of fractionally extensive charges, combined with clustering properties from the superdiffusion phenomenology, gives lower bounds for superdiffusion exponents. These bounds reproduce the predictions of nonlinear fluctuating hydrodynamics, including the Kardar–Parisi–Zhang exponent 2/3 for sound-like modes, the Levy-distribution exponent 3/5 for heat-like modes, and the full Fibonacci sequence.

The development of the Internet of Things and 3D technology promotes the wide application of face models in 3D animation. However, because the expression is inconsistent with the facial muscle movement, the reconstruction results may be far from the real appearance in the process of reconstructing the face appearance. Therefore, this paper proposes a character expression simulation model under the framework of 3DS Max. According to the relationship between head bones and muscles, a facial muscle motion model was established. Then, the expression simulation design of the original three-dimensional animation character “yaya” was carried out under the framework of 3DS Max technology. The experimental results of “yaya” facial expression test showed that the face simulation model using this method not only has vivid and natural expression but also conforms to the law of facial muscle movement, which provides an important reference for the construction and application of 3D face model.

From the fundamental studies of Louis Pasteur in the XIX century to the current genomic analysis, the essential role of microorganisms in winemaking industry is well recognised. In the last decades, selected Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains with excellent fermentative behaviour have been widely commercialised in form of active dry yeasts. Currently, the production of organic and “natural” wines represents a new economically relevant trend in the wine sector. Based on this market demand, the use of industrial yeast starter could be perceived as non-organic practice and then, rejected. However, in order to preserve wines sensory quality, healthiness, and to avoid organoleptic defects given by undesirable microorganisms, the “yeast factor” (S. cerevisiae or non-Saccharomyces) cannot be ignored. The purpose of this chapter is to describe the methods of selection of wine yeasts focusing the attention on indigenous S. cerevisiae strains. In fact, the use of ecotypic yeasts may represent a good compromise between the needs of microbiologically controlled fermentation and a modern vision of wine as natural expression of its “terroir”, also from the microbiological point of view.

The research object of this study is the provisions of the Provisional Constitutions of 1918, 1919 and 1920 concerning the establishment of the Lithuanian legal system. The aim of the study was to determine what was the basis for the reception of foreign law and the particularism of the law, what law was recepted and what was the relationship between it and the newly created national law. The main methods used are systematic, teleological, historical, linguistic, and comparative. This article presents an original vision of recepted law and a critical assessment of the interwar Lithuanian governmental decision to completely eliminate recepted law. In the authors' opinion, law reception and particularism enshrined in the Provisional Constitutions met the expectations of the citizens, and the government’s ambition to completely eliminate recepted law in all areas of people’s activities in the intensive development of the national law was in line with the strategic interests of the state and society. Particularism was a natural expression of pluralism inherent in the Western legal tradition and had a great potential for the development of Lithuanian law, which was not exploited due to the negative appreciation of particularism and the attempt to eliminate it completely. Acts issued by the Russian authorities in 1914-1915 and by the German authorities in 1915-1918 restricted the rights of Lithuanian residents, severely restricted monetary and property relations, made it difficult to rebuild the country’s economy, providing for repressive or restrictive measures against the citizens of hostile states. The restored state of Lithuania endeavoured to establish peaceful relations with all states, including those with whom Russia and Germany were at war. Cancelling the law imposed by the Russian and German authorities during the war was a reasonable and useful decision of the Lithuanian State authorities. The interpretation of the constitutional provision «[laws] which existed before the war» as «which existed before August 1, 1914», common in the historical legal literature of Lithuania, is incorrect. The question what laws were recepted has to be addressed not by the date of the adoption o a certain act, but by its content – insofar it is linked or unrelated to the First World War. All acts by which the Russian Empire intervened or were preparing to intervene in this war shall be considered to be excluded from the legal system of the restored State of Lithuania in the sense of the constitutional norm «[laws] which existed before the war» and the general spirit of this Constitution. The system of constitutional control entrenched in the Provisional Constitutions, where a court or an executive authority verified the compliance of a recepted law with the Constitution before applying it is subject to criticism from the standpoint of contemporary legal science, but under the conditions of Lithuania of 1918-1920, it was flexible, fast, allowing citizens to raise the issue of the constitutionality of the law and present their arguments.

Art is natural expression of human. It is through art that a human looks at his personality. Art is such a valuable asset that everyone would have had, but not everyone is aware of it. Art enables the human mind to show direction to the senses, instill the tendencies and twist the mind. Art received by nature as a gift to human consciousnes ,divine gift. The entire creation of any artist is based on his autobiographical approach. Impressed by the material objector natural beauty, the artist through his imagination transforms the feelings produced in the mind into a work. These creations are completely different from the members of the real object. All these mediums of the artist’s expression would be line colors, stones, objects or words. Since ancient times cavities have been painted individuals through human lines. In his struggle whenever he got a break in the primitive life, he devoted every moment of his portrayal. The effects of which we still find in the prehistoric caves , painting, Ajanta, Bagh,Ellora, etc are easily available.

The goal of this paper is to test the hypothesis of positive correlation between the innovative work behavior (IWB) support on the part of agricultural managers and the production performance of agricultural companies, mediated through information sharing in the companies. The research was performed on a sample of 175 companies of primary agricultural production in Slovakia. All data was analysed using the SPSS version 22.0 software package. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to assess the internal consistency of scales reliability. The Baron and Kenny mediator model was also used. The hypothesis was confirmed by the research. Complete mediation was identified where up to 91.6% of the overall effect is mediated through the sharing of the information variable. The practical implications of the research point out that the transparency of communication and support of innovations introduce positive effects in relation to the performance of agricultural companies. The IWB support is a predictor of production performance of agricultural companies. However, it does not have a clear effect; the effects of other factors are important. The IWB support positively affects the production performance of companies through the sharing of information between the managers and the employees, which becomes an important tool of innovative management. Agricultural cooperatives and joint stock companies can profit less significantly from the IWB support through the sharing of information than limited liability companies. The effect of IWB support on the production performance of cooperatives in natural expression shows statistically less significant impact.

In an experimental study, we explored the role of the natural or artificial character of expression and the speed of its exposure in the recognition of emotional facial expressions during stroboscopic presentation. In Series 1, participants identified emotions represented as sequences of frames from a video of a natural facial expression; in Series 2 participants were shown sequences of linear morph images. The exposure speed was varied. The results showed that at any exposure speed, the expressions of happiness and disgust were recognized most accurately. Longer presentation increased the accuracy of assessments of happiness, disgust, and surprise. Expression of surprise, demonstrated as a linear transformation, was recognized more efficiently than frames of natural expression of surprise. Happiness was perceived more accurately on video frames. The accuracy of the disgust recognition did not depend on the type of images. The qualitative nature of the stimuli and the speed of their presentation did not affect the accuracy of sadness recognition. The categorical structure of the perception of expressions was stable in any type of exposed images. The obtained results suggest a qualitative difference in the perception of natural and artificial images of expressions, which can be observed under extreme exposure conditions.

This dissertation is conceived to examine the emotional labor of Chinese frontline reporters and its effects on their job burnout. For both detailed descriptive and generalizable findings, the mixed-method approach combining qualitative in-depth interviews with 31 reporters and a quantitative survey with 276 reporters was employed in the study. Findings from the in-depth interview demonstrate that reporters' emotional labor engagement mainly occurs while interacting with their subjects. In response to different scenarios and the subject personalities, they leverage various emotional labor strategies, including surface acting, deep acting, and natural expression to express desirable emotions. Additionally, according to their description, reporters' daily journalistic practices, occupational attitudes, mental and physical well-being, as well as personal life might be impacted by their involvement in the complex emotional mechanism. The follow-up survey reveals the effect of the demand on emotions at work and reporters' experience of engaging in surface acting magnify their levels of job burnout. Meanwhile, the use of problem-focused coping strategies can reduce reporters' job burnout caused by emotional labor engagement. Findings in this study fill the gap in understanding the mechanism of reporters' emotional labor engagement and its impacts on their job burnout. The theoretical and empirical implications of these findings are discussed.

English: Man's innate expression towards art is manifested by rock paintings. For early humans there were rock shelters. On prehistoric shelter sites, humans marked paintings as their natural expression. Paintings made in rock were called rock paintings. Known prehistoric paintings were discovered by Mercilona di Setuala in a cave called Altamira, located in northern Spain, from accidental exploration in 1879. Rock paintings have been discovered in many places in India [1]. [1]
