Background: The application of Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 72 of 2016 is very important to be implemented in every Pharmacy Installation in a hospital, one of which is in the clinical pharmacy service section, namely dispensing sterile preparations to avoid the possibility of medication errors. Objective: The research aimed to find out how the implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 72 of 2016 stipulated in the basic guidelines of aseptic techniques related to space, equipment, and the implementation of dispensing sterile preparations with its practice in Hospital "X" Gianyar, Bali. Methods: This research used Sequential Explanatory design by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Results: The results of quantitative research with a checklist found the percentage of completeness of the room and equipment by 100%, while the conformity of the practice with the guidelines of 76.48% is appropriate. The results of qualitative research with triangulation matrices that practice is by the guidelines. Conclusion: Dispensing sterile preparations at the Hospital "X" is following the basic guidelines of aseptic techniques that refer to Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 72 of 2016. The present study aims to analyze the process of the film adaptation with the help of a hermeneutic framework that covers the textual and contextual parameters. The current study builds affinities between adaptation, translation, and culture studies, junctures these theoretical aspects, and offers methodological and analytical tools for the study of the film adaptation. The model also provides a systematic analysis for the changes occurring in the process of adaptation (i.e., adaptation shifts) and interprets its socio-cultural bearings using a postmodernist lens. The study employs Mixed-Methods Sequential Explanatory Design to analyze and interpret the adaptation shifts in Manto. The results of the study look to be the nexus of forces that influence the adaptation process as a creative practice in the broader socio-cultural system and verify the interplay of adapter's re-interpretative, re-creative touch and social circumstances of a particular era.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas pengolahan Dana Desa di Desa Tegalarum, Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kombinasi (Mix Methods), yaitu menganalisis data target, antara realisasi belanja dan pendapatan dengan menggunakan rasio efisiensi dan efektivitas, berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri No.690.900-327 tahun 1996 serta melengkapi dengan data wawancara.</p><p>Pengambilan data menggunakan model Sequential Explanatory Design, dimana model tersebut bercirikan pengumpulan data dan analisis data kuantitatif pada tahap pertama, dan diikuti dengan pengumpulan dan analisi data kualitatif pada tahap kedua, guna memperkuat hasil penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada tahap pertama. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Tegalarum Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak. Pemilihan lokasi ditetapkan secara sengaja (purposive), yaitu pengambilan lokasi berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan.</p><p>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat rata-rata efisiensi pengelolaan Dana Desa di Desa Tegalarum Kecamatan Mranggen, Kabupaten Demak sebesar 95,57% yang memenuhi kriteria efeisien, dan tingkat rata-rata efektivitas sebesar 95,60%, termasuk dalam kategori efektif.</p><p>Kata Kunci : Dana Desa, Efisiensi, Efektivitas, Desa Tegalarum.</p>

The purpose of the study was to explore teachers’ and student teachers’ perspective on reflective practices in teaching and learning in public basic schools in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region of Ghana. The study adopted sequential explanatory design. The study employed the theory of John Dewey (1932) as its theoretical framework. The study employed sequential explanatory design. The population was made up of teachers and student teachers in the Gomoa East District. The study used purposive and simple random sampling procedures to select student teachers and teachers respectively. Structured questionnaires and interview guides were used to gather data from one hundred and twenty nine (129) participants. Descriptive statistics such as simple frequency counts and percentages were used to analyse the quantitative data while content analysis was used to analyse the qualitative data. Finding from the study revealed that teachers understand the concept of reflective practices and its applications. Reflective practices enable teachers to reflect on their teaching experience. Reflective practices enable teachers to think about their knowledge in their subject area. Reflective practices help to improve teaching. Reflective practices provide direction on what could be done in future for professional growth and development. Reflective practices enable student teachers to engage in problem solving that helps to strengthen teaching ability. Findings from the study also indicate that there was inadequate in-service training for teacher and student teachers in the area of reflective practices. Strategies suggested to enhance reflective practice in teaching and learning were cordial relationship between teachers and student teachers, teachers and student teachers should encourage remedial teaching, effective collaboration in instructional activities between teachers and student teachers, teachers should provide adequate time for student teachers and supervise their performance, adequate in- service training for teacher and student teachers in the area of reflective practices and Regular support from headteachers, experience teachers and other educational stakeholders though mentorship and other teacher professional development programs.The study recommended that the Gomoa East District Education Directorate should organize intensive training in the area of reflective practices in teaching and learning for teachers and student teachers to enable them to gain adequate professional competencies to improve their teaching. Head teachers, experienced teachers and other educational stakeholders should readily offer support to ensure successful reflective practices in teaching and learning in schools. Finally, Ghanaian University Colleges of Education should offer teacher education programs or courses that teach pre-service teachers how to develop higher order thinking skills and how to critically reflect.

Kondisi saat , ada sekitar 15 Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Kerinci direncanakan akan di merger oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten melalui Dinas Pendidikan. Langkah tersebut dilakukan sabagai upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Kerinci. Karena Belasan sekolah itu dinilai tidak memenuhi Standart Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kelayakan dari perencanaan kebijakan Pendidikan melalui Merger Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Kerinci. Manfaat penelitian melalui feasibility and Policy Analysis (Analisis kebijakan dan Kelayakan) akan ditemukan permasalahan dan sejauh mana alternatif kebijakan yang diusulkan dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pemerintah Kabupaten Kerinci dalam memutuskan kebijakan merger pada sekolah-sekolah yang direncanakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan  Sequential Explanatory Design of mixed method.Hasil penelitian menunjukan temuan kuantitatif dengan cross-sectional study menjelaskan bahwa (1) Administrative Operability tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Sucessful Policy Implementation. Hasil nilai t statistik adalah 0.528 = 1,96. (2) Economic & Financial Feasibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Sucessful Policy Implementation. Hasil nilai t statistik adalah 10.693 = 1,96. (3) Political Feasibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Sucessful Policy Implementation. Hasil nilai t statistik adalah 3.906 = 1,96. dan (4) Technical Feasibility tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Sucessful Policy Implementation. Hasil nilai t statistik adalah 1.016 = 1,96. Kesimpulannya H4 ditolak. Konsekuensinya diperoleh bahwa Economic & Financial Feasibility dan Political Feasibility memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap keberhasilan penerapan kebijakan merger SD di Kabupaten Kerinci. Wawancara dengan skateholders terkait di peroleh hasil temuan bahwa terdapat tujuh tema baru yang muncul yaitu (1) Masalah pada sertifikasi guru khususnya terkait jam mengajar dan kelas, (2) Masalah pada guru honorer, (3) Efek dan dampak kebijakan ini akan tidak seimbang dari kepala sekolah dan kepentingan desa, (4) Masyarakat Desa Mempersepsikan susah mendirikan sekolah dan mudah untuk menghapus sekolah, (5) Belum ada persamaan persepsi tentang kebijakan merger SD, (6) Proses penyesuaian diri guru-guru dari sekolah yang dihapuskan (7) Terjadi Penumpukkan guru. Dari tujuh tema tersebut frekuensi pernyataan yang sering muncul memiliki relevansi yang kuat dengan dua domain penilaian kelayakan kebijakan yaitu Economic & Financial Feasibility dan Political Feasibility.   Kata Kunci : Merger, Sekolah Dasar, Studi Kelayakan

Undang-Undang menyatakan bahwa sekolah diharuskan untuk menerima semuasiswa termasuk siswa berkebutuhan pendidikan khusus. Artikel ini menyoroti situasipendidikan inklusif di sekolah-sekolah di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui dan selanjutnya menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pendidikan inklusifoleh Kepala Sekolah, manajemen pendidikan inklusif oleh guru, dan persepsi masyarakattentang pendidikan inklusif. Pendekatan metode gabungan yang dinamakan dengan mixedmethods sequential explanatory design digunakan dalam penelitian ini denganmenggabungkan survei tatap muka dan wawancara. Data primer diperoleh dari survei yangdilakukan terhadap 100 kepala sekolah, 500 guru, dan 45 orang tua siswa berkebutuhankhusus serta wawancara dengan sejumlah pemangku kepentingan. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah daerah telah menghasilkan pengembanganpendidikan inklusif di sekolah-sekolah di Kalimantan Selatan. Sebagian besar kepala sekolahmendukung penerapan kelas inklusif, sebagian besar guru bersedia bekerja dengan siswaberkebutuhan khusus, dan orang tua siswa reguler menerima konsep inklusif. Dalampraktiknya, pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif bervariasi dari satu sekolah ke sekolah laintergantung pada persepsi kepala sekolah dan kemauan guru dalam hal bagaimanamenerapkan pendidikan inklusif

Financijska pismenost i financijska informiranost opisuju se kao znanje, vještine i ponašanje koji mogu ukloniti nepoželjne financijske rizike, kao i potaknuti poduzetničko ponašanje. Sa službenim takvim opismenjavanjem i obrazovanjem građana započelo su u svijetu početkom 2003. godine, a sustavnija istraživanja o toj tematici u Hrvatskoj su započela početkom 2015. S obzirom na to da su nositelji trendova mladi, ovo istraživanje usmjereno je na utvrđivanje informiranosti mladih o financijskim pitanjima, kao preduvjeta financijske pismenosti. U istraživanju smo se koristili mješovitom metodologijom koristeći Sequential Explanatory Design. Prvi dio istraživanja je proveden metodom ankete na uzorku od 1731 studenta, a drugi metodom fokus grupa koje su uključile 21 sudionika.

Latar belakang: Proses pembuatan sate languan yang dari bahan baku ikan rentan mengalami kontaminasi secara mikrobiologi akibat kontaminasi alat luluh yang kurang dibersihkan dan penjamah makanan. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan identifikasi cemaran dan faktor risikonya.Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mixed methode) dengan rancangan penelitian sequential explanatory design yakni menggabungkan dua bentuk penelitian yakni kuantitatif dan kualitatif dimana pada tahap pertama mengambil data kuantitatif selanjutnya data kualitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif juga dilakukan dengan observasi secara langsung oleh peneliti.  Jumlah sampel seluruh pedagang Sate Languan di Pantai Lebih dan sekitarnya sebanyak 19 rumah makan dan 19 sampel Sate Languan.  Variabel yang diteliti higiene penjamah makanan, kepemilikan alat luluh, ketersediaan fasilitas sanitasi,  sanitasi lingkungan, lama kerja dan pendidikan. Pemeriksaan mikrobiologi dengan identifikasi Eschericia coli O157:H7 dengan pembiakan pada media eosin methylene blue agar (EMBA), identifikasi  E. coli O157:H7 dilanjutkan dengan penumbuhan isolate bakteri di media selektif sorbitol MacConkey agar (SMAC) dilanjutkan dengan uji konfirmasi dengan lateks O157.Hasil: variabel yang berhubungan dengan kontaminasi Eschericia colipada sate languan yakni higiene penjamah makanan, sarana fasilitas sanitasi dan kepemilikan alat luluh. Higiene penjamah makanan yang termasuk kategori kurang baik sebanyak (79%), kategori fasilitas sanitasi tidak memadai sebanyak (53%), kategori sanitasi lingkungan kurang bersih sebanyak (47%). Dari 19 sampel yang dilakukan pemeriksaan coliform dan E. coli diketahui 15 warung makanterkontaminasi E. coli rata-rata 5 x 106 cfu/gram hanya  4 warung yang E. coli masih dalam batas aman. Hasil uji lanjutan diketahui bahwa negatif Eschericia coli O157:H7.Simpulan : ada hubungan higiene penjamah makanan, sarana fasilitas sanitasi dan kepemilikan alat luluhdengan kontaminasi E. coli. Ditemukan cemaran E. coli pada makanan Sate Languan namun tidak terbukti jenis E. coliO157:H7. ABSTRACTTitle: The Relationship of Hygiene, Facilities and Environmental Sanitation with The Identification of Eschericia Coli O157: H7 at Languan Satay.Background: The process of processing satay from raw material from chopped fish is susceptible to microbiological contamination due to unclean contamination of equipment and food handlers. Therefore, it is necessary to identify contaminants and risk factors.Method: This study uses (mixed method) a sequential explanatory design that combines two forms of research, namely quantitative and qualitative, where in the first stage, the quantitative data is then taken from qualitative data. The quantitative approach is also carried out by direct observation by the researcher. The total sample of all satay traders in Lebih Beach and surrounding areas are 19 restaurants and 19 samples of Languan Satay. The variables studied were food handler hygiene, ownership of meat crusher, availability of sanitation facilities, environmental sanitation, length of work and education. Microbiological examination with identification of Escherichia coli O157: H7 with culture on eosin methylene blue agar (EMBA) media, identification of E. coli O157: H7 followed by growth of bacterial isolates in selective Sorbitol Mac Conkey agar (SMAC) followed by confirmation test with O157 latex.Results: variables related to Escherichia coli contamination in satay is food handler hygiene, sanitation facilities and ownership of meat crusher. Food handler hygiene included in the poor category (79%), inadequate sanitation facilities category (53%) and less clean environmental sanitation category (47%). Of the 19 samples that were examined for coliform and E. coli, it was found that 15 stalls contaminated with E. coli averaged 5 x 106 cfu / gram, only 4 stalls which were still within safe limits. The results of the follow-up test revealed that negative Eschericia coli O157: H7.Conclusion:There is a relationship between food handler hygiene, sanitation facilities and ownership of tool with E. coli contamination.It was found E. coli contamination in Languan Satay but it was not proven to be E. coli O157: H7.
