Frazier distinguishes four possible forms of “world soul” theory in the Vedāntic tradition—soul as shared substance, shared order, shared consciousness, and shared causality. She focuses on one Indian genealogy of reflection on the last, looking at the way that the pivotal concept of śakti, an energy or capacity, allowed Vedāntic philosophy to evolve a new understanding of complex causality. Whereas Rāmānuja focused on the centralized causality of God as a single world-agency, Rūpa and Jīva Gosvāmī subtly rebelled against this. They used aesthetic theory to develop a new appreciation of the way that a complex array of subsidiary agencies (i.e., created individual wills) facilitates new and precious emergent phenomena of relationship, motivation, drama, and affective experience—all things that a single ‘agency would not be able to generate alone. The resulting “fulfilled-capacity monism” or pūrṇa-śakti vedānta models a world soul with not only originative causality that channels a single agency, but also developmental causality that evolves novel features of intra-relationality.

The article examined the model of the relationship between the motivational component of the individual which is reflected in the three-level system of the individual and the organizational culture of the company. The presented model includes the stages of initial analysis and comparison, as well as statistical identification of the relationship. Motivation involves understanding the needs as well as interests, feelings, and personal qualities. The interest of employees in the organization is expressed in their identification with the company; therefore, the cornerstone is common values and goals of the employee and organization. The hypotheses that organizational culture is the foundation of the motivation system can also be confirmed by the presence of correlations between the typology of organizational culture and the identified motivators. In the future, the identified positive correlations can be the foundation of a program for improving motivation and culture systems.

The aims of this research is to find out whether or not there is a significant relationship between students’ motivation and their listening achievement. Quantitative method was applied in this research with correlation design. The population of the study was the second semester students of English Language Education Study Program of Khairun University academic year 2016/2017. The sample of this research consisted of 30 students and they were selected by using convenience sampling technique. The data were collected through questionnaire and listening scores. The result of this research shows that r is -0.28. This relationship is small (low) because r value is between 0.10 and 0.29. The result could be classified that the relationship between the two variables is not significant because the r is small (low). It means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) stating that there is a significant relationship between students’ motivation and their listening achievement is rejected and null hypothesis (Ho) stating that there is no significant relationship between students’ motivation and their listening achievement is accepted. This suggests that students with high motivation do not guarantee high achievement in learning listening comprehension.Keyword : Relationship, motivation, listening achievement
