Yacht Industry is one of the important and developing sectors and yacht furniture manufactory is a branch of this sector those are growing day by day. Important that yacht and yacht furniture are both as status symbols and integrate each other. Seeing yachts and furniture as status symbols is important for these two complementary sectors. This importance is even more significant as yacht furniture manufacturing is the second largest cost item in yacht building after engine equipment.Yacht furniture manufactoring has important position in the yacht industry, in the future this importance will be understood better. It is significant to make researches on yacht furniture manufactoring’s technology use, quality, institutionalization, efficiency, employment, added value, branding and design will help to develop and improve our economy. When The Turkish Yacht Furniture Sector is compared to its competitors it has a cheap but qualified workforce and a central location close to all markets. Using results obtained from this study; although companies mostly solve their design and production drawings with architects and engineers in their own design offices, the most important problem is production managment and planning. Also the most crucial problem about production side is that qualified workers do not have sufficient skills. For those problems, the sector should be introduced correctly and yacht educational schools should be increased. In our country, yacht furniture sector which is sub-sector under the yacht building industy that is dynamicly developing in last decate despite the contraction in developed countries.

Purpose: To evaluate corneal elevation changes in patients with allergic conjunctivitis (AC) and to analyze their correlations with ocular allergy signs and corneal biomechanical alterations. Methods: Thirty patients (30 eyes) with AC and twenty normal subjects (20 eyes) were included in this prospective study. All participants underwent a complete ocular examination, including corneal tomography by Pentacam and corneal biomechanics evaluation by Corvis ST. AC patients were evaluated for their eye rubbing frequency and ocular allergic signs. Results: The elevation at the thinnest location (TE) and the central location (CE), the elevation difference at the thinnest location (TED) and the central location (CED), and the mean value of elevation difference in the central 4 mm zoom (MED) of both the anterior and posterior corneal surface were significantly higher in the AC group than in the normal group (p < 0.05 for all). In AC patients, only anterior corneal elevation parameters were positively correlated with eye rubbing frequency and ocular allergy sign severity (p < 0.05 for all), while the tomography and biomechanical index (TBI) was positively correlated with the elevation parameters of both the anterior and posterior corneal surfaces (p < 0.05 for all). Conclusion: AC patients carry an increased risk of corneal ectasia. Posterior corneal elevation parameters are sensitive and reliable predictors of keratoconus (KC) risk in AC patients.Clinical Trial Registration:https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04299399, identifier [NCT04299399].

This chapter gives an account of the emergence of pilgrimage in Norway and its intersections with medieval warfare, trade, and travel. Coastal Norway was the main travel and access route before modern travel. Viking raiders encountered Christianity in the British Isles, and Christian communities spread first along the coast. Eventually, baptismal covenants came to replace the increasingly brittle bonds of Viking raiders to their leaders and a different form of social contract, as well as a different faith, is introduced. St. Olav plays a central role in this shift toward greater political and religious unity, though his own overreach eventually resulted in his death, though not in the defeat of the project of unification under one Christian law and crown. The cult around his relics begins shortly after and renders Nidaros/Trondheim a central location in the sacred geography of Norway. During the Reformation, however, pilgrimage and the cult of saints became widely repressed in Norway, and shrines are either destroyed or relics moved to unknown locations.

Consumer tests are classified in terms of the location of testing as laboratory tests or central location tests (CLTs) and home use tests (HUTs). CLT is generally used in sensory tests due to the ease of test control, whereas HUT has higher validity because of real consumption. However, the lack of test control in HUT is a major issue. In order to investigate the error occurrence and efforts required to minimize errors, three groups of tests were designed differing time and order control and evaluation was conducted using six snacks with texture differences. Errors related to time, order, and consumer or sample number were higher for more controlled conditions, however, most errors were recoverable using identification information except for cases of no response. Additionally, consumers preferred to consume all snacks in the evening at home, which differed from the typical 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. evaluation time in CLT. However, the timing differed for consumers with self-reported snacking time. The research title that included the term ‘home’ might have influenced the participants’ choice of location for evaluation. Overall, there was no significant difference between the results of groups despite different time and order controls, which could increase the applicability of HUT.

e20556 Background: Invasive mediastinal staging is necessary to identify locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). We sought to validate NCCN guidelines for invasive mediastinal staging. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed all patients who had curative lung resection for pathologically confirmed NSCLC from October 2018 to December 2019. We excluded patients who had induction therapy without undergoing invasive mediastinal staging first. We evaluated methods of mediastinal staging, staging results, and final pathology. Indications for staging were one or more of the following; mediastinal lymph nodes > 1.0cm in short axis, Standardized Uptake Value of > 3.0 on Positron Emission Tomography, > 50% of tumor on medial side of mid-clavicular line (central vs peripheral), or peripheral lesion > 3.0cm in diameter. Staging methods were mediastinoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), and video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) ipsilateral mediastinal staging before resection of main tumor. Results: In total, 457 lung resections were performed. Staging was done in 144/275 indicated cases (52.4%). Mediastinoscopy was completed in 49 patients, with 20.4% (n = 10) N2-positive. The false negative rate of mediastinoscopy was 4.1% (n = 2 at station 7). EBUS was performed in 64 patients and 21.9% (n = 14) were N2 positive. The false negative rate for EBUS was 3.1% (n = 2 at station 7). Two mediastinoscopy and 9 EBUS patients had 0 N2 stations sampled. None of the patients were ultimately N2 positive. Staging of three mediastinal stations (4L, 4R, and 7) was done in 26/49 mediastinoscopies and 15/64 EBUS. Of 20 patients who had VATS ipsilateral mediastinal staging, none were N2 positive and there were 0 false negatives. This left 131 patients who did not received indicated staging. The most common indication in this group was central location, 83.2% (n = 109). Four of these unstaged patients were N2 positive at resection (3.1%). The sole indication for these 4 patients was a centrally located tumor. Clinical tumor sizes were 1.2 cm, 1.3 cm, 1.5 cm, and 1.9 cm. Overall, the N2-positive rate of the staged group was 24/144 (16.7%) vs 4/131 (3.1%) N2 positive in the unstaged group, p < 0.001. Conclusions: The current NCCN staging guidelines accurately reflect the risk of N2 disease for NSCLC. The indication of central location for tumors may benefit from being reevaluated in a larger cohort, particularly given efficacy of adjuvant therapy.

Abstract The Habsburg Mausoleum in St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague, designed and constructed in the second half of the sixteenth century by Alexander Colin from Mecheln in the Low Countries, is often noted in modern scholarship as an early manifestation of the influence in Bohemia of the Habsburg dynasty, which had ascended the Bohemian throne in 1527 and ruled without interruption until 1918. Bridging both art historical and social cultural scholarship, this article explores the location and spatial features of the mausoleum, as well as its reception by contemporaries. It argues that while the style and size of the mausoleum is modest, its central location changed the dynastic symbolism in the cathedral, placing the Habsburgs at its center. And while it is less visible than other Habsburg cultural projects of its day, it—more than any single cultural project of the early Habsburg dynasty—demonstrates and symbolizes Habsburg ambitions in and commitment to Bohemia and is an important element in both the transformation of Prague into a Habsburg residential city and in long-term Catholic renewal efforts.
