This article deals with the problem of preserving the properties of a semi-finished fur product under the influence of a biological factor during the storage of raw materials. The characteristic features of the biodegradation of untreated rabbit skins during storage at elevated temperature and relative humidity are identified and described. A complex characteristic of a semi-finished fur product developed from raw materials of various degrees of microbiological spoilage is given. The author offers a point scale of assessment dynamics of the processes of destruction of fur raw materials and a point assessment of the organoleptic indicators of the semi-finished product was developed. As a result of comprehensive studies, it was found that the degree of damage to the fur raw materials being processed affects the decrease in the stability of the structure and strength properties of the finished semi-finished product.

This study examines the features of the vernacular architecture of the Nogai. The cultural and household complex, characteristic of the pastoral-nomadic form of production and economic activity of the ethnos, is distinguished. On the example of non-collapsible yurts «otav» and collapsibleyurts «terme», technological and artistic-constructive features of the external and internal structure of each type and subtype of a mobile dwelling and the architectural complex as a whole are revealed.

Comprehensive analysis of approaches to understanding the essence of the categories of “rule of law” and “formal clarity” has been carried out within the framework of the conducted research. The author in order to properly understand the category of “rule of law”, has provided the views of both international and domestic researchers, who determine its essence. The author of the work has determined the content of the concept of the rule of law on the basis of the characteristics of the rule of law. A comprehensive analysis of the reports of the European Commission and the Venice Commission on the elements of the rule of law has been conducted. Particular attention has been also paid to the essence of the rule of law principles, which are reflected in those documents. The main requirements relating to the rule of law principle, as well as the main purpose of this principle have been provided. The author has conducted the analysis of approaches to understanding and clarifying the essence of formal clarity provided to this category by both domestic and international researchers. The main requirements for formal clarity have been provided. The procedural requirements inherent in formal clarity have been also separately mentioned in the research. On the basis of the conducted complex characteristic and defining the essence of the categories of “rule of law” and “formal clarity” the author has carried out the analysis of their parity. The approaches of domestic and international researchers in this regard have been provided. It has been emphasized that one of the fundamental aspects of the protection of human rights and freedoms is the formal clarity of law. It has been noted in the conclusion that the formal clarity of law implies a set of precise, unambiguous and transparent legal requirements for both lawmaking and law-enforcement processes designed to ensure the realization of human rights, interests and freedoms, as well as protection against possible manifestations of state arbitrariness that makes it possible to avoid a number of mistakes, offenses and misunderstandings of life situations.

A complex characteristic of the structural and functional features of the infinitive in the texts of the German journalistic and scientific discourses is presented. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that it reveals the ratio of the infinitive forms presented in these discourses (infinitives I and II in the active and passive voice). The dependence of the use of forms on the semantics of the type of infinitive is considered. Particular attention is paid to the description of the syntactic functions in which the infinitive is used, to the identification of the most demanded of them. The correlation of syntactic functions with the temporal characteristics of the infinitive is determined. The relevance of the study is due to the use of a comparative discursive approach for the analysis of the infinitive. It is noted that the functioning of the infinitive in publicistic and scientific discourse reveals both similarities and differences. The author concludes that the differences in the use of the infinitive are due to the main differential features of journalistic and scientific texts, while the similarities indicate the common features that are characteristic of the German infinitive as a whole and distinguish it from other linguistic phenomena.

The study presents a complex characteristic of zircon from the Verkhneurmiysky intrusive series with Li-F granites. A wide range of morphological and chemical properties of zircon allowed us to obtain new information on the formation and alteration of zircon from biotite and zinnwaldite granitoids and to determine its features, which contribute to the correct definition of Li-F granites formed directly before the tin mineralization. The reviled trends of zircon morphology and composition evolution in the Verkhneurmiysky granites series are: the high-temperature morphotypes are followed by low-temperature ones with more complicated internal structure with secondary alteration zones, mineral inclusions, pores, and cracks; the increasing concentration of volatile (H2O, F), large ion lithophile (Cs, Sr), high field strength (Hf, Nb) and rare-earth elements with decreasing crystallization temperatures and the determining role of the fluid phase (predominantly, F) in the trace element accumulation. The composition of zircon cores in biotite and zinnwaldite granites is very similar. However, the zircon rims from zinnwaldite granites are much more enriched in trace elements compared to those from biotite granites. The first study of zircon from the Verkhneurmiysky granitoids provides new data on the formation and alteration conditions of granitoids, including zinnwaldite ones.

In laboratory conditions, a variant of a systematic approach to the realization of experiments, involving a combination of activation and compounding of oil feedstock before primary processing, was implemented. The influence of pre-activation of raw material flows (one or both of them) in the disintegrator DA-1 and in the vortex layer apparatus on the fractional composition of compounded feedstock with the same ratio of mixed oils was studied. The possibility of priority production of the most popular fractions from various mixtures of raw materials flows has been established. Regularities of changes in the fractional composition were analyzed using a complex characteristic of oil feedstock – fluidity.

Justification of the objectives of the study: the article discusses issues related to the present, faced by students and future professionals, as well as teachers and psychologists. Subjectivity is an integrative, complex characteristic of personality. The purpose of this study: to consider the concept of “subjectivity” as a qualitative characteristic of a personality that opens up the possibility of adapting to the challenges of our time. Identify points of underdevelopment for the prospects of psychological activity in this area. Research methods: Components of subjectivity determined the choice of methods. Accordingly, to study the level of subjective control localization, we used the J. Rotter test questionnaire, the Everett L. Shostrom questionnaire to determine personal orientations, and the diagnosis of reflexivity to study the level of development of emotional intelligence. A.V Karpova and the Toronto alexithymia scale. Research results: most students tend to focus on a structure set from the outside, focused on external, often alien personality factors, which does not contribute to the development of subjectivity, does not form responsible for the learning outcome Main conclusions. At the student age, direct directed psycho-correctional work on the development of the components of subjectivity is possible and necessary. For this, it is necessary: the inclusion in the process of goal-setting and planning of various types of activities; the creation of situations of choice and self-determination, social and professional tests. Such efforts will allow the formation of a modern personality that can meet the challenges of our time.
