At the end of 2013, the reform of China’s corporate capital system established the full subscription system design. This reform, however, is far from ideal. It also introduces new issues, such as bogus companies, which have a new impact on the market economy. The reason for this is that it only eliminates the minimum registered capital and first capital contribution requirements, leaving other systems that are actually matched with the paid-in system unchanged, resulting in the old and new systems forcibly grafted together being unable to adapt to each other in practice. In the real world, such a corporate capital arrangement is certain to have issues. Given the company’s debt repayment problem, which is caused by the current full subscription system, it is advisable to establish and improve the company’s credit and information publicity system, appropriately expand the application scope of the disregard of corporate personality system, and constantly improve the company’s registered capital urging system, in order to ensure the enrichment of the company’s capital, better safeguard the interests of the company’s creditors, and avoid the company’s debt repayment problem.

BACKGROUND: China’s 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035 clearly points out that it is necessary to implement innovation driven strategy, promote enterprise technological innovation, and better play the important role of entrepreneurs in enterprise technological innovation. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on enterprises’ technological innovation. OBJECTIVE: From the perspective of technological innovation stream, we divide ambidextrous innovation into mainstream innovation and new stream innovation. Integrating ambidexterity theory, innovation streams theory and cognitive affective personality system theory (CAPS), we explore the mediating mechanism of entrepreneurial ambidextrous leadership on ambidextrous innovation from cognitive path, affective path and cognitive-affective compound path. METHODS: Based on the data collected from 254 top managers in 12 provinces in China, we conducted descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, regression analysis and bootstrap mediating effect test on the sample data. RESULTS: Our empirical results revealed that: 1) entrepreneurial ambidextrous leadership positively related with the ambidextrous innovation; 2) organizational paradoxical cognition plays a partly mediating role between ambidextrous leadership and ambidextrous innovation; 3) organizational affective conflict plays a partly mediating role between ambidextrous leadership and ambidextrous innovation; 4) organizational paradoxical cognition negatively related with organizational affective conflict; 5) organizational paradoxical cognition and organizational affective conflict play a chain mediating role between entrepreneurial ambidextrous leadership and ambidextrous innovation. CONCLUSIONS: Combined with the cognitive affective personality system theory, our research explores the mediating mechanism of entrepreneurial ambidextrous leadership on ambidextrous innovation from cognitive path and affective path and “cognitive-affective” compound path, which not only have great theoretical contributions, but also have important significance in enterprise management practice.

This article addresses the problem of identifying relationship between the emotional manifestations of adolescents and young people and dominant values in their personality system in order to establish priorities in the acquisition of the components of the value orientation at the subjects. The age of adolescence is the period of social and emotional development, cognitive and emotional explosion, and psychic and value system formation. Personality formation takes place in the social environment through interrelation with parents, friends, and teachers in different life situations. Adolescents may experience positive and negative emotions of varying intensity. Emotional stability develops gradually through experiences, socialization, cognitive progress, self-knowledge and self-affirmation which are already being formed and are specific to young people. It is important to self-recognize and self-analyse by the subject of his/her own specific emotions, to determine the causes of their occurrence, to know how to regulate the negative ones. The role of emotions is enormous for the human being. The affective sphere is one of fundamental elements for: the fixation of externalized manifestations through the behavioural display of suitable emotions, shaping of attitudes, the development of beliefs and, therefore, values. These components are organized hierarchically, forming the content of value orientation or values orientation. The experimental study carried out with adolescent and young subjects consisted in determining the specificity of emotions and dominant values in adolescence and youth ages, highlighting the dynamics of emotional and value changes, and establishing the relationship between the studied variables. The experiment results provide us with the current information regarding dynamics of the relationship of emotions and values, which, therefore, allows to elaborate new ways of emotions knowing and regulating during adolescence age including youth one. These strategies can be applicable in educational institutions, ensuring by them well-being for all education actors. Well-being means not only feeling well inside, but also to be in well- being created conditions in the environment around us, favouring the wellbeing of all subjects.

This study aims to explore the mediating mechanisms between organizational compassion and employee innovative behavior by introducing perceived insider status and felt responsibility for constructive change (FRCC) as mediating variables. Drawing on cognitive-affective personality system theory, a cross-level mediation model was established. Data were collected via the online-based questionnaire from 420 employees of 12 enterprises in China. Multilevel path modeling was leveraged to examine hypotheses proposed in this study. The results indicate that FRCC mediates the relationship between organizational compassion and employee innovative behavior. Moreover, perceived insider status and FRCC serially mediate the relationship between organizational compassion and employee innovative behavior. This study has significant theoretical and practical implications as it is the first study to investigate the value of organizational compassion to employee innovative behavior at the workplace.

A first year population of 300 students completed the questionnaire on paper-pencil regarding the main variables regarding educational strategies, motivational persistence personality trait and early academic dropout intentions. We test here the moderating role of educational strategies (i.e. goal setting and pursuit, applicability of knowledge, etc.) in order to support personality trait motivational persistence (MP) for reducing early academic dropout intentions (early ADI). As results show, motivational persistence trait and early academic are negatively and significantly associated, but the relation is weak. Similarly, educational strategies that support motivational persistence trait are also significantly and negatively associated with early academic dropout intentions. Motivational persistence traits and most of educational strategies are positively and significantly associated. When adding the interaction term of motivational persistence and each educational strategy, results show a greater effect of reducing early academic dropout intentions. Results highlight the need to investigate how educational methods for higher education support motivation in the personality system for students, especially persistence as a way of dealing with hardship when faced with obstacles, without increasing their intentions of dropout. We measured educational strategies using specific measures related to motivational persistence and early academic dropout intentions that support the understanding of this phenomena in its depth.

China's current disregard of corporate personality system has several prominent problems in the mandatory enforcement procedures, such as different identification standards, difficulty in starting the enforcement procedures, and lack of supporting systems. Perfecting the application of the disregard of corporate personality system in the enforcement process can effectively alleviate the "execution difficulty" problem to a certain extent. In judicial practice, to solve the problem of difficult implementation of the main body of the company caused by the control of shareholders' abuse of the company's independent personality, on the one hand, it is necessary to improve China's company law and other related legal systems, formulate supporting standards, and incorporate the common circumstances of corporate legal personality denial into judicial interpretation. On the other hand, we should strictly grasp the scale in the execution procedure and deny the person who abuses the company's independent personality.

People’s behavior is characterized by stable if…then… profiles, or if in x situation then behavior a, but if in y situation then behavior b. But how do researchers conceptualize and measure if…then… profiles? Drawing from Cognitive-Affective Processing System (CAPS) theory, we discuss recent developments in assessing if…then… profiles, and how such profiles can provide a window for elucidating key aspects of the underlying personality system. Specifically, the Highly-Repeated Within-Person (HRWP) approach assesses how a behavior varies as a function of key features in a situation, and operationalizes if…then… profiles as regression betas. We illustrate how the HRWP approach can be applied to data from often-used social cognitive tasks, wherein an individual is exposed to a large number of situations that differ on a dimension that has been experimentally-manipulated by the researcher, and their behaviors to the situations are tracked. The HRWP approach allows researchers to more precisely assess a given individual’s if…then… pattern, make stronger causal inferences about a given individual’s personality system, and empirically investigate, rather than simply assume, if there are meaningful differences between individuals in the causal processes.
