Education plays a very pertinent role in promoting development, as it is concerned with imparting knowledge, skills, attitudes, belief systems and values. This paper focuses on the utilization of the girl child education as an effective tool to foster national development. It conceptualized education, girl child education, empowerment and National Development. The theory of functionalism was adopted to offer credence to the paper. This paper vividly explicates how various negative attitudes and negligence towards the girl child education in African continent in general and Nigeria to be specific has exacerbated poverty, illiteracy and untold hardship on the citizenry. It further unraveled the strategies for using girl child education as an instrument for national development thereby eradicating poverty in Nigeria. Based on the issues raised in the paper, as education remains a formidable weapon of socio- economic development of any nation, the paper recommends the need for change in the Nigerian policy towards education, especially the girl child education by improving public budget in education, improve education for self-reliance, to enhance educational efficiency by improving on skills learning via entrepreneurship education and building of critical and objective reasoning, and girl child empowerment.

Introduction. Postnonclassical changes in modern education do not have a systemic character, therefore they do not entail qualitative changes in educational practice, that actualizes the need of searching for their system organizing principle. The article considers the idea of education in this capacity.Materials and Methods. In the process of scientific research, the theoretical research methods have been used such as comparative analysis, generalization, interpretation, scientific theorization in the context of the ideas of post-non-classical science and on its methodological basis.Results. The novelty of the proposed interpretation of the idea of education lies in the definition of its two structural components – fundamental and derivative (unchangeable and changeable) ones. It is shown that the content of the fundamental component is formed by logical and semantic constants as attributive properties of the basic method of human interaction with the world, which transmitting is being the deep meaning of education, providing self-identity of the idea of education in the flow of cultural and historical time. In the process of building a model and system of education, this method is acting as the initial object of modeling. Its attributive properties - logical-semantic constants - being the content of the fundamental component of the idea of education, like semantic genes, determine the structure, form and properties of each element of the education system. From this perspective, the article examines the two models of education: a traditional one in its original and current state and a new model of education, which is being developed on the post-non-classical foundations.Discussion and Conclusions. The interpretation of the idea of education proposed in the article makes it possible to present a traditional model and a new model of education from the ancestor source – the fundamental component of the idea of education as their «genetically» initial part. This perspective of understanding allows us to consider the elements and phenomena of education holistically and in the perspective of their development, serves as a reliable basis for assessing their educational efficiency.

Modern approaches in Physics classes which involve the game-based student response system (GSRS) have been in use for a while, but their educational efficiency and students’ involvement have not been examined. Therefore, this research’s main aim was to determine the educational efficiency and students’ involvement of GSRS and to assess their effect on scientific reasoning. The values of educational efficiency and students’ involvement were calculated based on students’ achievement and perceived mental effort. To determine these values, a pedagogical experiment with parallel groups was applied. The research was conducted on a sample of 172 secondary school students, and included material related to direct currents. The results point to positive and higher values of the educational efficiency and students’ involvement for GSRS approach than the conventional approach. It means that GSRS approach causes lower mental effort, letting more space generate in the working memory to perceive and process new information. The results also show a positive effect of GSRS on higher students’ engagement during the class and scientific reasoning. The obtained results undoubtedly indicate the positive effect of GSRS on the students’ performance. Therefore, GSRS approach should be used often in the classroom. Keywords: educational efficiency, students’ involvement, GSRS, scientific reasoning, teaching physics

Mustafiyanti, This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with the methodology of problem in the field in the analysis inductively deductively. Meanwhile, the relevance of Islamic education is closely related to social, economic, cultural and science and technology developments. With the development and progress of the times that are increasingly rapid, especially the technological era  Islamic education technology and information must produce pious and faithful graduates according to the needs of students in the sense that the Islamic education process can have an impac on fulfilling the needs  of students. Both the need for work, life in the community, and continuing to a higher level. Islamic education is expected to fill all the factors of production, hence the relevansi of higher education. The relevance of Islamic education can be seen by following the input-process-output flow. Input in a certain composition which is processed by a certain method will produce two kinds of reults, namely long-term results (outputs) and short-term results (outcomes).  Kata kunci : Islamic education, social development, social development, economy, culture, science and technology, pro and cons of educational efficiency

The role of the innovative community of education, science, production in growth and development is scientifically substantiated in the article. The regularity of the formation of innovation, innovation centers, innovation environment in the interrelation of the essence and content of the term cluster is highlighted. The main decision of the problems connected with increase of integration of educational efficiency and industrial sphere is possible under condition of formation educational-economical clusters, where core of this establishment are higher educational institutions, as universities create human potential of innovative development, and also involved in fundamental and applied research investigations.

Introduction: The quality of work-life plays a significant role in employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. Due to their direct educational impacts, teachers play a unique role in nurturing future generations of society. This study aimed to investigate the quality of the work-life of teachers in Mehriz City. Methods: This descriptive practical study was carried out among 440 people as the study population. We selected 248 people randomly by cluster sampling method. The data collection tools included the Ilgan Quality of work-life Questionnaire. To analyze the data, we used descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS software. Results: The findings showed that the quality of the work-life of teachers was at a desirable level, but the wages and benefits were at an unacceptable level. Conclusion: The findings of this study emphasized that the principal concern of the teachers in Mehriz was the issue of wages and benefits. Therefore, teachers not satisfied with their current salary cannot have ideal creativity, planning, and educational efficiency. Although the reward of a teacher's work is not just in the form of material rewards, the reality is that a decent wage is a necessity to live a dignified life.

This paper assesses education sector’s efficiency by comparing 28 European Union states at different levels of education using the mathematic approach of data envelopment analysis. We conducted the study from both the allocative and technical perspectives by considering all education levels separately and then as a whole, every three years, starting with 2006. The input and output variables were adapted to each particular level of education. In this way, we offered a complete image of the education system, creating a ranking for the countries, based on efficiency scores. Efficiency appears to be achieved when education results, such as the Programme for International Student Assessment scores, attainment level or other value-added outcomes, are reached with rather low levels of financial resources. The performance in education lacks sustainability in many countries, mostly belonging to Mediterranean and south-eastern European groups, with old member states recording efficiency scores closer to 1 compared to the new ones. Inefficiency derived from different causes and interactions between these causes (the mixture between public and private resources, the different population composition, gross domestic product per capita or levels of education attainment) and most often imply particular solutions from country to country.

During the period of COVID-19 pandemic when mostly all the universities have transferred to distant learning, the educational effect of many interactive methods partially reduced. However, simulation is underestimated by university professors and scarsely used in the educational process. Despite a profound interest in interactive methods, theoretical and practical issues of simulation still need examination, especially in the context of competence-based education. In present research pedagogical, psychological and linguistic issues of simulation are studied. Though, simulation is often referred to as a method or a game, we consider it to be an educational technology. Contrary to entertaining simulation, educational simulation used as technology usually is more than a case, because it has a structured scenario with a system of rules and prohibitions, which are created with a certain idea of forming specific competences. The practical part of the article contains a description of the empirical study of the simulation technology results used at English lessons at the technical university, which prove a high educational efficiency of simulation technology in the professional development of future engineers of agro-complex.
