Ailesh Green Consulting is an environmental consulting service with the target is a company that produces waste, especially companies that are included in the gold criteria in PROPER. The main problem is having low brand awareness and the low of customer purchase intention from target customers to use their services. The research methodology uses qualitative research. This research aims to help raise brand awareness and customer purchase intention of their potential customers. The data was collected using an interview system with 10 respondents who had a background in the environmental field, working for companies that are under gold criteria in PROPER. Based on the result, respondents' brand awareness is low, as well as the customer purchase intentions. It was found the digital media recommended to use for the company by the respondents is display advertising, LinkedIn social media, search engines, and websites. Based on the results, Ailesh Green Consulting is able to optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) supported by an attractive website optimizer and content marketing website, create and optimize the use of LinkedIn social media, and use of LinkedIn ads.

The Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China formally proposed an environmental interview system in May 2014, which applies pressure on local governments to fulfill their responsibility toward environmental protection by conducting face-to-face public interviews with their officials. In this paper, 48 cities that were publicly interviewed from 2014–2020 were considered the experimental group and 48 cities surrounding them were the control group. First, the dynamic panel model is applied to initially determine the effect of the policy. Then, a regression discontinuity method (Sharp RD) is used to analyze the short-term and long-term effects and compare the reasons for the differences observed among the estimates of various types of samples. Finally, a series of robustness tests were also conducted. The results show that the environmental interview system can improve air quality. However, because an emergency short-term local governance system exists at present, the governance effect is not long-term and, therefore, not sustainable. Therefore, it suggests that the government should continue to improve the environmental interview system, establish an optimal environmental protection incentive mechanism, and encourage local governments to implement environmental protection policies effectively in the long term. The results of the research are of great significance to the environmental impact assessment system of the world, especially in countries with similar economic systems, which are facing a trade-off between economic growth and environmental sustainability.

Mask usage is an effective measure to prevent severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV-2) infection; however, mask reuse is not recommended. Studies examining the factors associated with mask reuse during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic are limited. This nationwide survey aimed to determine the prevalence and factors associated with mask reuse among Taiwanese citizens during the pandemic. From 18 May through 31 May 2020, a computer-assisted telephone interview system was used to randomly select Taiwanese citizens for interview regarding COVID-19-preventive behaviors and knowledge on mask usage. For a total of 1075 participants, the overall mean age was 57.4 years, and 82.2% of participants reported mask reuse during the COVID-19 pandemic. After controlling for other covariates, participants who had a greater knowledge of mask usage or had a high supply of masks were less likely to reuse masks during the pandemic. Moreover, generalized estimating equations (GEE) analysis showed that, compared with the participants’ mask-wearing behaviors before the COVID-19 pandemic, they were more likely to reuse masks during the pandemic. Thus, it is imperative to educate people on the correct usage of masks. Furthermore, the government should provide sufficient masks to the general population to reduce mask reuse.

The Mandar tribe is one of the tribes in the province of West Sulawesi which has various local wisdoms. The Sendana community as one of the communities in the land of Mandar calls the name bamboo Tarring, in Sendana Village there are many types of bamboo that are grown and deliberately planted by residents, with many types of bamboo there are some of the residents who do not know the name, type, and use as well as the special meaning in the bamboos they encounter. This research is expected to provide useful data information in supporting the science of bamboo plants, as well as a library material for related parties in the context of developing the potential and utilization of bamboo. This research is a qualitative research with an interpretive description approach. Furthermore, the research refers to a semiotic analysis study based on Ferdinand De Saussure's theory by looking at the markers (signified) and markers (signifier) contained in the arrangement of the use of bamboo. Data collection techniques will use a documentation and interview system. Based on the results of the semiotic analysis of the use of bamboo in every activity that is considered sacred and the use of bamboo as the main material for the holy prayer, including substances that form the body, human existence, worship, forming blood according to its function, the cycle of human life, the structure of the building (Gazebo), tourism Mandar.

ABSTRAKPengembangan sapi potong di Indonesia telah berkembang dibeberapa daerah dengan menerapkan teknologi dan inovasi peternakan melalui Sekolah Peternakan Rakyat (SPR). Penelitian ini bertujuan memperbaiki mutu genetik sapi PO melalui seleksi berdasarkan sistem grading untuk pembibitan dan perbanyakan sapi, serta melakukan pemantauan perkembangannya dengan program digitalisasi. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendataan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan sistem wawancara langsung ke para peternak menggunakan kuisioner. Parameter penelitian diantaranya karakteristik eksternal, silsilah sapi, dan ukuran tubuh seperti bobot badan dan lingkar dada. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis  Deskriptif dan pendugaan model regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah sapi di Desa Sekaran  lokasi Sekolah Peternakan Rakyat sebanyak 971 ekor dengan populasi terbanyak di dusun Ngantru yaitu sebesar 82%. Sistem perkawinan  sapi yang sering diterapkan yaitu kawin suntik (inseminasi buatan) sebesar 94% dan 6% dengan perkawinan alami. Produktivitas sapi PO cukup tinggi dengan ukuran lebar dada berkisar 154–165 cm dan bobot badan berkisar 282–309 kg. Body condition score (BCS) sapi PO berada pada kisaran 2–3 di skala 5. Sistem grading menunjukkan bahwa sapi PO banyak tergolong dalam grade A sebesar 58%. Sapi PO di Desa Sekaran memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dijadikan sumber bibit dan perbanyakan populasi karena telah memiliki sistem grading yang baik .Kata kunci : Desa Sekaran, digitalisasi, sapi PO, seleksi, sistem grading                                                            ABSTRACT             The development of beef cattle in Indonesia has developed in several regions by implementing animal husbandry technology and innovation through the Sekolah Peternakan Rakyat (SPR). This study aims to improve the genetic quality of PO cattles through selection based on grading systems for cattle breeding and propagation, as well as monitoring their development with a digitization program. The study was conducted with a direct interview system to farmers using a questionnaire. The research parameters included external characteristics, genealogy of cattle, and body size such as body weight and chest size. Data analysis using descriptive statistic and regression analysis. The results showed that the total of cattle in Sekaran Village was 971 with the largest population in the Ngantru approximately 94%. The cattle mating system were conducted using  artificial insemination and naturally bred were  94% and 6%, respectively.  PO cattle productivity is high with chest width measurements from 154–165 cm and body weights from 282-309 kg. The body condition score of PO cattles is in the range of 2-3 on a scale of 5. The grading system shows that many PO cattles were classified in grade A was 58%.  PO cattles in Sekaran Village have great potential to be used as a source animal genetic resources of PO breeding center.Keywords : grading system, digital, PO cattle, Sekaran village, selection

Recently, domestic universities have constructed and operated online mock interview systems for students’ preparation for employment. Students can have a mock interview anywhere and at any time through the online mock interview system, and can improve any problems during the interviews via images stored in real time. For such practice, it is necessary to analyze the emotional state of the student based on the situation, and to provide coaching through accurate analysis of the interview. In this paper, we propose detection of user emotions using multi-block deep learning in a self-management interview application. Unlike the basic structure for learning about whole-face images, the multi-block deep learning method helps the user learn after sampling the core facial areas (eyes, nose, mouth, etc.), which are important factors for emotion analysis from face detection. Through the multi-block process, sampling is carried out using multiple AdaBoost learning. For optimal block image screening and verification, similarity measurement is also performed during this process. A performance evaluation of the proposed model compares the proposed system with AlexNet, which has mainly been used for facial recognition in the past. As comparison items, the recognition rate and extraction time of the specific area are compared. The extraction time of the specific area decreased by 2.61%, and the recognition rate increased by 3.75%, indicating that the proposed facial recognition method is excellent. It is expected to provide good-quality, customized interview education for job seekers by establishing a systematic interview system using the proposed deep learning method.

Older people with chronic lung diseases and with low physical activity participation rates are at higher risk of morbidity and mortality. This study assessed the feasibility and acceptability of a purpose-designed Internet-based program (ActivOnline) to monitor and encourage exercise and physical activity. Twelve participants with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or bronchiectasis were recruited (54–84 years). Primary outcome measures were feasibility measured by frequency of program access, and acceptability measured by semistructured interview, system usability scores, and participant perception of benefit. The results suggest regular participation in physical activity and exercise during the 8-week study period and high usability scores (mean = 90% ± 9%). Major themes were the importance of regular exercise and how sustained lifestyle changes were essential to be physically active, regular contact with clinicians assisted with motivation, and aspects of ActivOnline facilitated individual behavior change and confidence to continue exercising. Most participants (82%) reported a benefit from using ActivOnline, and 55% wished to remain on the program indefinitely.

Abstrak : CV Sari agung perkasa merupakan salah satu badan usaha yang mempunyai cabang perusahaannya di kota ternate yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan karya seni (kaligrafi), system pengolahan data laporan kas pada CV sari agung tersebut masih bersifat konvesional, yaitu pencatatan data penerimaan dan pengeluaran masih di lakukan secara manual dan proses penyampaian pelaporanpun yang di berikan kepada pimpinan perusahaan, harus mengirim pelaporan tersebut ke pimpinan perusahaan yang berada di luar kota ternate, sehingga dianggap kurang efektif dan efisien. Penilitian ini dilakukan pada CV Sari Agung Perkasa Cabang (SAP) Ternate bertujuan untuk merancang suatu aplikasi untuk mengolah data kas penerimaan dan pengeluaran berbasis website, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara. Model pengembangan sistem yang digunakan model waterfall dengan pendekatan rancangan diagram flow data (DFD), bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan PHP dan MySql sebagai Databasenya dan model pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Blackbox. System development model used waterfall model with design flow diagram data (DFD), programming language used PHP and MySql as database and system testing model using Blackbox method.
