There is a physiological balance between our systems in our body. When this physiological balance is disturbed, diseases ocur. Infertility; It is defined as not having a pregnancy despite the couples having regular sexual intercourse. Homeopathy, a natural remedy that has been used widely all over the world for 200 years system. It has been recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the second largest treatment method used worldwide. Although it is the most popular form of treatment in India and South America, it is also used by over 30 million people in Europe and millions of other people around the world. A female patient 33 years old who applied to Getat Polk for infertility had also divorsed from her first marriage for 8 years due to infertility. Pressure and suppression induced by dominant forces on an individual such as dominant parents, husband, harassment at work or religions dominance can be a cause to create a so called Folliculinum state, as well as results from immune system suffering after long lasting and profound infection, which is suppressed by medication.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of aloe vera juice against stomach acid. Aloe vera also contains key elements such as resin, aloin, tannins, aloin-emodin, polysaccharides, 19 amino acids, 12 vitamins and 20 minerals that are important for health. Aloe vera is a natural ingredient that is good for detoxifying heavy metals in the body, and is able to maximize the performance of the digestive system. consuming aloe vera juice in a certain dose, is very effective for healing wounds in the stomach, as well as being a natural remedy for stomach ulcers which is quite effective. Aloe vera has the ability to stimulate the release of pepsin, which is an enzyme in the stomach that works to support the digestive system

AbstractAcute liver failure (ALF) is a rare and unexpected condition, which is commonly related to drug ingestion and viral infections. Here, two ALF fatalities are presented, which showed a rapid progression between the onset of symptoms and death. Both cases gained attention as unusual substances were suspected to be the reason for the fatal ALF, namely the prescription-free natural remedy Iberogast® (Bayer Vital GmbH, Leverkusen, Germany) and freely available energy drinks. Autopsy findings revealed that the fatal ALFs were unrelated to the ingestion of these two substances.

During the last decades, ayahuasca gained much popularity among non-Indigenous and out-of-Amazonia based populations. In popular culture, it has been advertised as a natural remedy that was discovered by Indigenous peoples ante millennia and that has been used for shamanic healing of all kinds of ailments. This “neo-shamanic,” and often recreational, use of ayahuasca, however, has to be distinguished from traditional Indigenous praxes on the one hand, and, on the other hand, from medical investigation in the modern world. The former, Indigenous use mainly understands ayahuasca as an amplifying power for interacting with non-human beings in the animal, plant, or spirit realms. Within this paradigm, efficacy is not dependent on the drug, but on the correct communication between the healer (or sorcerer) and the non-human powers that are considered real and powerful also without resorting to ayahuasca. The latter, modern mode of understanding, contrastingly treats the neurochemical processes of MAO inhibition and dimethyltryptamine activity as trigger mechanisms for a series of psychological as well as somatic responses, including positive outcomes in the treatment of various mental conditions. I argue that there is an ontological incommensurability occurring especially between the Indigenous and medicinal concepts of ayahuasca use (with recreational use in its widest understanding trying to make sense from both sides). Modern medical applications of ayahuasca are so fundamentally different from Indigenous concepts that the latter cannot be used to legitimate or confirm the former (and vice versa). Finally, the deep coloniality in the process of appropriation of the Indigenous by the modern has to be questioned and resolved in any case of ayahuasca application.

Cassia obtusifolia L., of the Leguminosae family, is used as a diuretic, laxative, tonic, purgative, and natural remedy for treating headache, dizziness, constipation, tophobia, and lacrimation and for improving eyesight. It is commonly used in tea in Korea. Various anthraquinone derivatives make up its main chemical constituents: emodin, chrysophanol, physcion, obtusifolin, obtusin, au rantio-obtusin, chryso-obtusin, alaternin, questin, aloe-emodin, gluco-aurantio-obtusin, gluco-obtusifolin, naphthopyrone glycosides, toralactone-9-β-gentiobioside, toralactone gentiobioside, and cassiaside. C. obtusifolia L. possesses a wide range of pharmacological properties (e.g., antidiabetic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, and neuroprotective properties) and may be used to treat Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and cancer. In addition, C. obtusifolia L. contributes to histamine release and antiplatelet aggregation. This review summarizes the botanical, phytochemical, and pharmacological features of C. obtusifolia and its therapeutic uses.

Tacle® is a citrus fruit obtained from the crossbreeding of Clementine and Tarocco cultivars. This fruit retains a promising nutraceutical potential most likely due to a high content in polyphenols, among which the main constituents are the two glycosides naringin and hesperidin. Herein, we evaluated, through an in vitro assay, the capability of Tacle extracts to inhibit the hydroxymethylglutaryl-CoA reductase enzyme, which plays a key role in cholesterol biosynthesis. The results obtained spurred us to investigate whether the anti-enzymatic activity observed may be due to a direct interaction of aglycones naringenin and hesperetin with the enzyme catalytic site. Molecular docking simulations indicated that these two compounds are able to anchor to the protein with binding modes and affinities similar to those found for statins, which represent mainstream medications against hypercholesterolemia. The overall results showed an interesting nutraceutical potential of Tacle, suggesting that its extract could be used for dietary supplementation in the treatment of moderate hypercholesterolemia.

Silybum Marianum, is a plant belonging to the family Asteraceae. For many centuries it has been used a natural remedy for many diseases like Liver and Biliary tract diseases. It is effective as an anti-oxidant and is used in a variety of diseases. This study was conducted to check the effects of Silybum Marianum on PARP protein (4UND protein). The Molecular Docking techniques was chosen to check the effects of different chemical constituents of Silybum marianum on DNA damaging protein. For this purpose, different PARP inhibitor drugs were taken as standard. The Molecular Docking of the chemical constituents of Silybum marianum was performed using 4UND protein with the help of PyRx software along with BIOVIA Drug Discovery studio software. The result of molecular docking showed that some of the chemical constituent have higher binding affinity than standard PARP inhibitor drugs.

We examine the antibacterial activity of Mangifera indica.L against the drug resistant bacterial pathogens. The Indian traditional mango fruit exposed promise in the prevention of diarrhea. However, there is less information existing regarding activity against drug resistance bacteria causing diarrhea. In this study, we performed isolation and identification of bacterial pathogens from diarrheal stool samples and analyzed their antibiotic resistance pattern with three generation antibiotics. Antibiotic activity of mango kernel exhibited remarkable activity from 15.2±0.5mm to 19.0±0.3mm zone of inhibition. MIC of kernel extract was noted as 10 μg /ml. Current study provide the potent antibacterial activity of mango kernel against the drug resistant bacteria. In conclusion, the traditional Indian fruit become the natural remedy for the treatment of diarrhea.
