This paper deals with V2O5 nanoparticles adsorbents which were obtained by thermal pretreatment carried out by increasing the temperature between 90 and 750°C. In order to obtain more detailed information on the surface chemistry of the newly prepared nanoparticles, the characterisation was done by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric investigation technique. The prepared nanoparticles were tested for methylene blue (MB) removal from modelled water solutions. The obtained results indicated that increased MB removal efficiency (93%) and adsorption capacity (27 mg/g) after 40 minutes of adsorption were obtained for V2O5 annealed at 500°C. The applicability and suitability of the two kinetic models were tested and the removal mechanism was proposed.

Background and Objectives: Brucella is an intracellular pathogen that causes brucellosis in humans and animals. This study aimed to assess the results of brucellosis seroprevalence among participants of the Famenin brucellosis cohort with molecular investigation technique and determine Brucella-approved species. Materials and Methods: Following the first phase of the Famenin brucellosis cohort in 2016 which investigated the seroprevalence of brucellosis among 2367 participants in Famenin city, a total of 575 people including all seropositive and some seronegative people were examined again by wright serological tests in 2019. The PCR assay was accomplished on all cases that have wright titers ≥ 1/20 for tracing Brucella DNA using BCSP31 target gene and IS711 locus. Results: Out of 575 studied cases, 145 people had wright titers ≥ 1/20. The PCR reactions of these 145 blood samples were positive in 63/145 (43.44%) tested samples using primers (B4/B5) for Brucella genus detection. In the second PCR assay using specific-primers for Brucella abortus and Brucella melitensis, 18/63 (28.57%) of the samples were diagnosed as B. abortus, and 18/63 (28.57%) were diagnosed as B. melitensis. Conclusion: In this study, using the selected specific genes for the diagnosis of Brucella in the genus and species levels, the PCR technique was evaluated as a promising method for the rapid and safe detection of brucellosis besides the serological test for more accurate detection of brucellosis especially in cases that are not definitive.

This paper focuses on creating a Water Refiling Station Management System (WRSMS) for selected water refilling stations in Havana, Cuba as most of them still operate by means of pen and paper, a tedious as well as time-consuming process when it comes to recording, manipulating, editing, and retrieving data, which leaves room for errors. The WRSMS is capable of storing, processing, and monitoring sales, customer, employee, inventory and attendance data, which it can be used to create financial statement reports. Furthermore, expressive investigation technique is used in this paper to assess current system of selected water stations and the WRSMS in terms of functionality and usability. It also helped to determine the noteworthy alteration among current system and WRSMS assessment. The researcher used purposive sampling technique and an industry-validated instrument to assess functionality and usability of employees from selected water stations in the area and was able to get the participation of 15 different water-refilling stations and 30 employees. Some statistical tools are used for this research paper to have sufficient evidence to conclude that the majority of employees “agree” that their current system is functional and usable. However, once presented with the WRSMS, most employees “strongly agree” that the system is more useful to handle business data. The used t-test strengthens the point that the noteworthy alteration exists among ratings of the present system in addition to WRSMS when it comes to functionality and usability.

This paper talks about the writing on direction in Science instruction distributed papers throughout the most recent twenty years. It examination the hypothetical system, investigation technique and distinguishing proof ideas, offering an analysis instead of a survey of the writing. A sum of 188 distribution from 85 separate diaries are dissected in the investigation. This survey shows that help for well-known reactions in this field of examination is inadequate in portrayals of the possibility of identity and demonstrates that taking a shot at this subject is frequently actually contradictory. Likewise, work here can emerge out of two unmistakable standards. Credibility could be viewed as an occasion and match inside a sociological structure, or it very well may be viewed as a creation, fitted inside a mental system. The idea of way of life as something we do, as an occasion, and specifically as a socially developed, is supported in this paper. At last, proposals for potential headings in character research are made.
