During the nursing administration process, including preparation, management, and documentation, there is a high proportion of work interruption that results in nursing administration errors that consequently affect the safety of patients, increase the occurrence of nursing risks, and cause adverse reactions. To investigate the impact of nursing on drug withdrawal disputes in obstetrics and gynecology and reduce medical disputes are of great importance. In this study, documents related to medical disputes are collected and linked to relevant professional information systems for data collection and consultation. The patients are divided into groups and treated with different nursing methods, and then the correlation between nursing methods and disputes in different groups is computed. The results show that, based on the proposed nursing process, medical disputes caused by the cessation of nursing can be effectively reduced. Compared with traditional nursing methods, when the proposed nursing procedures are followed, the dispute rate is reduced by more than 10% and the possibility of serious disputes is also reduced with a reduction rate of about 15%. This shows that, based on the proposed nursing process, reengineering can play an effective preventive role in stopping obstetrics and gynecology nursing disputes.

Abstract Parents´ evaluations of their children´s wellbeing and functioning and identified expectations for psychosocial rehabilitation Finnish adaptation training represents psychosocial rehabilitation, which aims to offer information and guidance for living with an illness or disability as well as promoting coping skills. Children and adolescents with chronic illnesses or developmental disorders participate adaptation training mostly with their family members. The aim of this study was to 1) examine the parents´ perceptions of their child´s wellbeing and functioning, 2) depict their assessments on their own wellbeing and family empowerment, and 3) investigate their needs and expectations for the adaptation training as well as factors connected with different expectations. The study focused on three courses arranged for children either with diabetes, learning or psychological development disorders or multiple or mobility disabilities. The courses were organized in three rehabilitation centers. The parents answered the questionnaire at the beginning of the course (n=357, response rate 59 %). In all course groups most parents perceived their child’s health fairly good or good. The parents of children with diabetes evaluated their child’s wellbeing more positively than the parents of children with developmental disorders. The parents’ wellbeing correlated positively with the children´s wellbeing. Strongest rehabilitation needs and expectations were related to the domains of peer support and recreation, and information about illness or disability and its treatment. The course group, disability of the child, wellbeing of parents and children, and family empowerment were associated with the expectations and needs factors. The main finding of this study addressed the relationship ofthe family empowerment to the expectation domains. Families with weaker empowerment expressed more expectations and needs for professional information and support. More strongly empowered families expressed less needs for professional support and information but more expectations for peer support and recreation.

Objective. This web-based survey, as a tool of teledentistry, is aimed at assessing the level of knowledge, attitudes, and awareness regarding MRONJ among dental professionals in Northern Cyprus. Methods. An online self-administered questionnaire about MRONJ was sent to all dentists in Northern Cyprus through Google Forms. The first part of the questionnaire consists of demographic and professional information, and the second part included questions about knowledge and awareness questions about MRONJ. The SPSS software was used for statistical data analysis. A Chi-square test was performed to compare between the groups. The significance level was set at p < 0.05 . Results. A total of 112 dentists participated in this survey. The participants showed an insufficient level of knowledge regarding MRONJ, as only 56.6% of the participants stated that they had general knowledge about MRONJ. Regarding the practical questions of the survey, the participants showed poor knowledge about implant and tooth extraction procedures while a patient is using antiresorptive or antiangiogenic drugs, particularly the usage of oral antiresorptive or antiangiogenic drugs for less than 3 years. Participants showed adequate knowledge in terms of usage area of medications and administration of them. Conclusion. Teledentistry can be used as a supportive tool for dentists in diagnosing MRONJ. Similar to previous studies, the knowledge and awareness of MRONJ of dentists in Northern Cyprus were found to be inadequate. There is a significant need to provide more professional information as part of undergraduate programs so that the next generation of dentists can practice more confidently.

The professional information needs of nurses, and the situations which cause nurses to seek information have not been widely studied. A small scale study involving questionnaire based interviews of paediatric nurses at Christchurch Hospital showed paediatric nurses viewed access to professional information as vital to the performance of their work. Work situations which required these nurses to seek additional information included the admission of patients with unknown or rare conditions, patient education, questions from other staff, and the development of ward protocols or standards. The most frequently consulted sources were patient records, nursing colleagues, and ward texts. These provided the bulk of nursing information, but the Nursing Library and nurses' private libraries were also used. Given the dependence on other nursing staff displayed here, it is vital that nurses keep up to date with their practice. There was a strong trend to passing information on to other nurses once it had been accessed.

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on healthcare systems worldwide, including surgical disciplines. To date, only a few studies have assessed the effects of the ongoing pandemic on the mental state of those potentially exposed through their daily activities, such as operating theatre staff. The present study aimed to determine the prevalence of anxiety among the operating theatre staff "BORE" during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: From 13 January to 19 February 2021, we conducted a cross-sectional study using a pre-designed online form. This form was disseminated to participants via social networks. The data collection form was divided into three parts: one part was for socio-demographic information, the second part was for professional information, and the third part was for assessing the anxiety score by the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAM-A). Results: A total of 42 questionnaires were fully completed and retained for analysis. The sex ratio was 1.67, with 16 men and 26 women. COVID-19 anxiety with mild severity (HS ˂ 17) was found in 22 (55.4%) of the participants, and 33.3% had moderate to severe depression, while 11.3% had severe anxiety. Conclusion: About 4/5 of the participants in our survey suffered from anxiety due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study highlights the need for psychological assistance for health care workers, especially the operating theatre staff of the Yaounde Central Hospital.
