The International Criminal Police Organization has officially issued a global warning to law enforcement officials in 194 member countries to prepare to prevent and deal with various world criminal networks that will seek to utilize the Covid-19 vaccine, both physically. The online form is counterfeiting the Covid-19 vaccine. This study aims to analyze the criminal act of counterfeiting the Covid-19 vaccine from the Health Law in Indonesia. The research method used is the Normative Law research method, which examines library materials or secondary data. Normative legal research is also called doctrinal legal research.  The criminal act of counterfeiting the Covid-19 vaccine is generally regulated in Article 386 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code relating to acts of fraud and forgery. However, it is specifically regulated in the provisions regarding penalties for distributing fake vaccines in Indonesia as regulated in Articles 196, 197, 198, and 201 Act No. 36 of 2009 concerning health. The ingredients are everyone deliberately and producing and circulating counterfeit vaccine preparations. For the criminal act ofCovid-19 vaccine counterfeiting corporate, the corporation can be subject to additional penalties in the form of revocation of business licenses and revocation of legal entity status.

Abstract: Global warning shows unpredictablenature that changes in subsurface geologicfeatures. Due to the complex nature ofseismic events, it is challengeable task to efficiently identify the prominent features that leads to seismic events. Taking the advantage of availability of Seismic dataset, AI using machine learning is a powerful statistical tools to mitigate these practical challenges for earthquake prediction. The paper focuses on the alert and prediction model of an earthquake using machine learning algorithm. The alert time is a function of distance from epicenter and most alert time is for high magnitude earthquake, because high magnitude earthquake rupture over much larger area and take time to propagate, thus delayed for warning. The main aim of the project is to build precise earthquake prediction model using XGboost regression in machine learning technique. The XGboost regression model implemented on the dataset of 14700 data records. The data is gathered from the Kaggle platform that contains data on events of the earthquake in Indian Subcontinent of 18 years and the last updated is of the year 2018. Tableau 2019 is explored for data visualization of the predicted outcome. The proposed technique is able to give precise prediction of earthquake with sufficient time that will reduce the maximum damages and many lives will be saved. Keywords: Seismic signals, XGboost, Tableau, Prediction.

Abstract Preventive and curative intervention become an imperative to encounter the recent dilemmas of lakes and its ecosystem, eutrophication, external contaminants load and the internal load and hydrological cycle disruption, lakes drought or flood as a result of the global warning are some of these dilemmas which mainly caused anthropogenic activities. At present, mechanical and chemical treatment approaches are the most popular applied techniques for lakes remediation with an escalating pace of biological methods are implemented as biomanipulation; which consider an efficient eco-technique. As experience has proven, desirable reclamation result is achieved by implementing combination of the restoration methods.

Aim of this paper is to provide the first comprehensive synthesis about ground beetle (Coleoptera: Carabidae) distribution in high altitude habitats. Specifically, the attention is focused on the species assemblages living on the most common ice-related mountain landforms (glaciers, debris-covered glaciers, glacier forelands and rock glaciers) and the challenges, threats and opportunities carabids living in these habitats have to face concerning the ongoing climate warming. The suggested role of the ice-related alpine landforms, as present climatic refugia for cold-adapted ground beetles, is discussed. Finally, the needs to develop a large-scale High-alpine Biodiversity Monitoring Program to describe how the current climate change is shaping the distribution of high altitude specialists is highlighted.

Paddy fields are major sources of CH4 emission and a vital source of global warming. Thus, it is important to understand the CH4 cycling in paddy field. The CH4 chemistry, mechanisms of production and emission from paddy fields are also significantly important to understand. This paper discusses about the CH4 cycling, how CH4 emission effect on the global warming, and the mechanisms of CH4 exchange between rice paddy field and atmosphere, factors effecting the CH4 production, oxidation, transportation and calculation. Also try to suggest the CH4 mitigation options of paddy fields. The mitigation of CH4 emission can be achieved by water management, selection of rice cultivar and fertilization. Controlled irrigation can also reduce CH4 production compared to flood irrigation. Cultivation of high-yielding and more heat-tolerant rice cultivars will be promising approach to reduce CH4 emissions and slow down the global warning.

In contradiction with the divine laws of charity imposed by Allah (SWT) on the whole universe, money in the social flow of consumerism runs from the poor consumers to the rich companies and banks. The increase of intensity of the natural disasters linked to global warming, could just be a louder global warning from Allah (SWT) through nature in order to urge us to obey the divine laws of charity and change our lifestyle from consumerism to charity-based societies. The recent coronavirus pandemic could also be another global warning from The Merciful (SWT) to force humanity to change the life style based on consumerism. In order to reduce consumerism and its consequences on human health and nature, some people are already adopting “minimalist” lifestyles. The most important benefits of this way of life are reducing waste to help the environment, decreasing global carbon dioxide emissions and saving money and time used for excess consumption for charity-based activities.

This study aims to determine the effect of guided inquiry learning model to improve the critical thinking of MI Global Warning students in SD Tlogoanyar lamongan. The method is carried out by conducting pre-experiment by conducting a pretest and posttest during the research. The instruments used in the form of written tests and for data analysis using paired sample t test with the help of SPSS 25. based on the pretest posttest value done by students get the maximum value of 100 for the posttest while the drinking value is 80. After the paired test sample t test is known if the significance value equal to 0.00 or smaller than 0.005. which means Ha was accepted and Ho rejected.

Epidemic crises lead to the quarantine and closure of many commercial and social activities, which can cause a lot of damage to communities. The recent coronavirus crisis, which has spread from China had many consequences due to its unknown nature and rapid spread. The epidemic is so severe that it was issued as a global warning by the World Health Organization. This epidemic has placed a heavy burden on Chinachr('39')s healthcare system due to a lack of equipment, resources, predictive models, and medicine.
