In 2019 the University Library at UiT - The Arctic University of Norway partnered with the Arctic Council Indigenous Peoples' Secretariat to create Ságastallamin - Telling the Story of Arctic Indigenous Languages, an interactive multi-media exhibition commemorating the UN International Year of Indigenous Languages.  An Arctic Indigenous language map was updated for use in the exhibition, but the print format proved to be limiting, and the exhibition time frame did not allow for a thorough linguistic review. Therefore a follow-up project “Arctic Indigenous languages and revitalization: an online educational resource” was started in 2021 to further develop the map and convert it to an openly available online educational resource in GIS format. One key aspect of the new map is that it will feature individual language names in their Indigenous names, as well as in English and Russian.  The project team consists of representatives from Higher Educational Institutions, Indigenous organizations, and Government departments from Canada, Finland, Greenland, Norway, Russia and the United States. The work on the map has just begun and this spring and summer the goal is to collect feedback from Indigenous language experts on the original exhibition print map before designing a new GIS version in the fall.  We would like to present the current print map to the Arctic Knot conference in order to receive feedback about additional languages to include, creative ways to present language information in different layers, and suggestions for innovative language revitalization initiatives to feature on the map. There is an online form to collect feedback, and so the lightning talk would be used to present the project goals briefly and then encourage conference participants to submit feedback using the form after the talk.

The study's goal is to investigate the feasibility of developing an electronic voting system for the Gumaca National High School – Accountancy, Business, and Management (GNHS-ABM) Society via Information and Communication Technology (ICT) operations that can automate the election process and serve as an alternative venue for continuing to work in a new, normal way. The population consists of 422 ABM students, and the sample was selected using the most convenient sampling technique, which yielded 129 respondents. It utilizes quantitative approach and a descriptive research method. An online form containing a 15-item self-made questionnaire was used to collect the data. For necessary statistical treatments such as descriptive and inferential statistics, normality tests, and reliability tests, Microsoft Excel and SPSS were used. According to the findings of the study, active participation is achieved by younger strata and is dominated by lower grade and female groups. In this study, the gadget exposure reveals a key aspect with a gap to consider while the overall perception agreed to the benefit of electronic voting method. Hypothesis testing revealed that all grouping variables has a p-value greater than 0.05 showing no significant difference exist and it fails to reject null hypothesis. Following the proposed intervention, the researcher suggests that the voting process be recreated. Make digital technology more accessible to students and give ample infrastructure support for students to use in order to close the gap between gadget exposure and digital transformation maximized.

Abstract: Cyberbullying is an online form of harassment. By posting, commenting, sending, or distributing personal, derogatory, false, or nasty stuff about others that can shame or humiliate them, this conduct is done with the goal of harming others. Once such content is published on the internet, it remains accessible indefinitely. This activity is considered unlawful, and it is more widespread among children and teenagers. Cyberbullying is an online epidemic that has the potential to result in devastating outcomes such as violence and suicide, and so must be dealt with swiftly and properly. To detect bullying behavior in textual messages, a real-time cyberbullying detection system based on machine learning—Naïve Bayes Algorithm is presented. The model was created to determine whether a tweet was bullying or non-bullying in nature. Also, to assist victims in dealing with bullying difficulties without their identities being revealed. Background Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder with a global prevalence of 7.6 in 1,000 children. The Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers - Revised (M-CHAT-R) is one of many screening tools for ASD. It is fast, easy to use, and has been translated and validated in the Indonesian language. Objective To determine the prevalence of ASD in Indonesia and its risk factors. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted from March to October 2020. In the first protocol (March to July 2020), 219 children aged 16-30 months from 20 hospital walk-in clinics in five districts of Jakarta were included. Subjects’ parents filled out the M-CHAT-R questionnaire during their visit. A series of questions were asked to provide information about probable risk factors associated with ASD: gender, family history of ASD, preterm birth, low birth weight (LBW), and history of seizures. The second protocol (August to October 2020) was completed by parents via an online form, where 746 children aged 16-30 months were enrolled. Therefore, a total of 965 subjects were eligible for statistical analysis. Results Of 965 subjects, 56.58% were males. Subjects’ mean of age was 22.59 (SD 4.15) months. M-CHAT-R screening showed that 34 (3.52%) subjects were at high risk of developing ASD. Only male gender was significantly associated with ASD. Conclusion We screened for ASD in healthy 16-30-month-old Indonesian children. The rate of high-risk M-CHAT-R score was 3.52%. Male gender was a significant risk factor for high-risk M-CHAT-R results.
