Introduction:Anorexic Readiness Syndrome (ARS) is a construct of prophylactic importance, useful in the selection of people showing a tendency to use restrictive diets and increased concentration on the body. The aim of the research was to verify the significance of the type of physical activity, body perception and familism for the development of ARS.Material and Method: The research was carried out in the first half of 2021on a sample of 163 girls. It consisted of: (1) physically inactive girls (n = 48), (2) physically active girls in disciplines other than aesthetic (n = 69), (3) girls engaged in aesthetic physical activity (n = 46). The study used: Anorexic Readiness Syndrome Questionnaire (ARS-12), Familism Scale (FS) and Body Image Avoidance Questionnaire (BIAQ).Results: The highest average ARS score was recorded in the group of girls engaged in aesthetic activity. A significant difference in the severity of ARS occurs between people who do not engage in activity and those who practice aesthetic activity. The severity of ARS rises as the difference between real and ideal body weight increases. People active in aesthetic disciplines who obtained a high score on the Respect scale (FS subscale) have a lower ARS score than those physically active in other disciplines who obtained low scores on the Respect scale. The higher the score on the Material success and achievement scale (FS), the greater the ARS intensity in all subgroups. What is much more important in shaping ARS is the perception of your body. The focus on eating and body weight and Clothing and appearance (BIAQ subscales) are relevant to the ARS and moderate the relationship between Material success (FS subscale) and anorexic readiness. Conclusions: People engaging in aesthetic physical activity are more likely to suffer from ARS. The family can certainly prevent a child from developing anorexic readiness by shaping a sense of community and family identity, a clear division of roles, limiting the importance of materialism and competition in raising children. The prevention of ARS and eating disorders should also focus on strengthening the realistic assessment of body parameters and their acceptance, as well as promoting strategies for healthy weight control.

Every parent's motivation for their child must be different and varied, but all of them are positive things for a child's development. In this pandemic era too, there are many sports activities carried out by various regions and various groups in Indonesia. One of them is the participation of their children from the age of 6 to 15 years, with boys and girls, and their ideal body weight in cycling activities. In this study, the authors examined a cycling activity as well as many parents who accompanied their children from the beginning to the end of the activity. The purpose of the study was to analyze the level of motivation of parents to involve their children in cycling sports activities. Descriptive quantitative research methods and data analysis using analysis with Likert scale calculation techniques. The results of this study indicate that 66.7%% of parents do cycling activities only to fill useful free time, 29.2% indicate for motor development, and 12.5% to increase body immunity. It can be concluded that the level of motivation of parents to involve their children in cycling  activities to fill their spare time is included in the important category (66.7%).

Background. Colistin is a lifesaving treatment for multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacterial (MDR-GNB) infections along with its well-known nephrotoxicity. The controversy of colistin-induced acute kidney injury (AKI) on mortality is noted. This study aimed to determine the risk factors and impact of AKI on the survival and significance of colistin dosage. Methods. A retrospective cohort study was performed in adult patients who received intravenous colistin for MDR-GNB treatment between June 2015 and June 2017. Factors influencing colistin-induced AKI and survival were evaluated by Cox regression analysis. Cut-off levels of the colistin dose per ideal body weight (IBW) that significantly affected clinical outcomes were assessed with linearity trends and receiver operating characteristic analyses. Results. AKI occurred in 68.5% of 412 enrolled patients with an incidence rate of 10.6 per 100 patients-days and a median time was 6 (3–13) days. Stages I–III of AKI were 38.3, 24.5, and 37.2%. Factors associated with colistin-induced AKI were advanced age, high serum bilirubin, AKI presented before colistin administration, increased daily colistin doses per IBW, and concomitant use of nephrotoxic drugs. Colistin-induced AKI was related to mortality (HR 1.74, 95% CI 1.06–2.86, p = 0.028 ). In the non-AKI before colistin usage subgroup, the total dose and total dose/IBW were >1,500–2,000 mg and 30–35 mg/kg to benefit mortality reduction but were <2,500–3,000 mg and 45–50 mg/kg for risk reduction of AKI. A daily colistin dose/IBW >4.5 mg/kg/day also increased the risk of AKI. In the AKI developed before colistin subgroup, the cut-off values of total colistin dose >1250–1350 mg and total dose/IBW >23.5–24 mg/kg demonstrated significant risks of AKI. Conclusion. The incidence of AKI after colistin administration was high and impacted mortality. Prevention and early correction of these related factors are mandatory. Careful use of colistin was also both beneficial in mortality and AKI reductions.

Health is the most important thing in life. Especially for the first five years of age of children. The growth and development of children in the first five years of age are very vulnerable and need more supervision from parents. However, many parents do not pay attention and ignore the health and development and development of toddlers, due to reasons too busy or lack of facilities or containers that support the supervision activities. With the rapid development of technology today, it can simplify and help daily activities, including activities to monitor children's growth and development. This research tries to design a web-based application that can facilitate parents in monitoring children's growth and development. This study used the method of developing the Waterfall system and PIECES. In this application there is an information system for calculating a child's ideal body weight using the body mass index method, calculating the measurement of the framework, as well as searching for a child's poly location specifically in the DKI Jakarta area. This web-based child growth and development application will help parents in monitoring children's growth and development as well as finding the location of children's poly in DKI Jakarta

To know the risk factors, pharmacological treatment and prevention of psoriatic arthritis. Psoriatic arthritis is a chronic musculoskeletal disease associated with psoriasis. at least 5% of psoriasis patients develop psoriatic arthritis. Globally, the incidence of PsA reaches 133 per 100,000 patient subjects. The annual incidence of PsA is about 2.7 cases per 100 people diagnosed with psoriasis. In Asia, PsA cases increased from 2000 to 2013 with a prevalence (per 100,000 population) of 11.12 to 37.75. Based on a study at Sanglah Hospital Bali found PsA patients as much as 6.3% of psoriasis patients. PsA patients may have clinical features such as peripheral arthritis, enthesitis, dactylitis, skin, nail, and axial involvement. Risk factors for psoriatic arthritis include obesity, physical trauma, smoking, location of psoriasis in the body, education level and genetic factors. Pharmacological treatment of PsA based on the latest guidelines from EULAR 2019 and ACR recommendations. These two guidelines discuss pharmacological treatment based on the patient's clinical picture. The goal of pharmacological therapy is to improve the patient's quality of life by improving symptomatic complaints and preventing structural damage. As a prevention, PsA maintains an ideal body weight, reduces cigarette consumption, and performs detection as an early detection.

Background The association between salt intake and clinical outcomes in hemodialysis patients has been controversial. This study aimed to clarify the association between salt intake and mortality in hemodialysis patients. Method The present study included patients who underwent hemodialysis from June 1st 2016 to May 31st 2020. Corrected salt intake by ideal body weight was the main predictor of outcomes. Ideal body weight was calculated assuming that the ideal body mass index is 22 kg/m2 for the Japanese population. The multivariate Cox proportional hazards model was used to determine the association between corrected salt intake and mortality, adjusting for potential confounders. The outcomes considered were all-cause mortality and cumulative incidence of cardiovascular events at year 4. Result A total of 492 adult patients were enrolled in the study. The mean daily salt intake and corrected salt intake at baseline were 9.5 g/day and 0.17 g/kg/day, respectively. The low corrected salt intake group (< 0.13 g/kg/day) demonstrated the highest 4-year all-cause mortality. No association was observed between corrected salt intake and the cumulative incidence of cardiovascular events. In multivariate Cox proportional hazards analysis, only the group with corrected salt intake of 0.16–0.20 g/kg/day was associated with a decreased hazard risk for all-cause death compared with the low corrected salt intake group. Conclusion The present study found that a low salt intake was associated with high all-cause mortality in hemodialysis patients. Reduced long-term survival may be attributed to malnutrition resulting from excessive salt restriction.

Introduction: Inadequate nutritional status in a person with HIV-AIDS (PLWHA) has a high risk of declining health in general. If a person is infected with HIV but has a good nutritional status, his immune system will be better than someone who is infected with HIV but has poor nutritional status. With good nutritional status, it can prevent HIV disease from entering the AIDS stage. Malnutrition that occurs in a person with HIV/AIDS can accelerate the progression of HIV disease and hinder treatment, thereby worsening the patient's condition. The use of Antiretroviral (ARV) has an effect that can worsen a person's condition if it is not accompanied by good nutritional intake. Methods: The method used in this study is a literature review with predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Sample: The total number of samples obtained from the results of the literature review is 128 respondents. The instrument used in evaluating the research is using an instrument from The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). Results: Protein-energy enriched macronutrient supplementation along with ARV initiation was effective in improving physiological nutritional status and immune response in PLWHA.Conclusion: This can prevent people living with HIV from experiencing malnutrition and wasting, can restore the ideal body weight, increase and maintain the body's ability to fight various opportunistic infections, increase the effect of drugs, and can improve and improve the quality of life of PLWHA patients
