AbstractWe propose a simple model for distributed query processing based on the concept of a distributed array. Such an array has fields of some data type whose values can be stored on different machines. It offers operations to manipulate all fields in parallel within the distributed algebra. The arrays considered are one-dimensional and just serve to model a partitioned and distributed data set. Distributed arrays rest on a given set of data types and operations called the basic algebra implemented by some piece of software called the basic engine. It provides a complete environment for query processing on a single machine. We assume this environment is extensible by types and operations. Operations on distributed arrays are implemented by one basic engine called the master which controls a set of basic engines called the workers. It maps operations on distributed arrays to the respective operations on their fields executed by workers. The distributed algebra is completely generic: any type or operation added in the extensible basic engine will be immediately available for distributed query processing. To demonstrate the use of the distributed algebra as a language for distributed query processing, we describe a fairly complex algorithm for distributed density-based similarity clustering. The algorithm is a novel contribution by itself. Its complete implementation is shown in terms of the distributed algebra and the basic algebra. As a basic engine the Secondo system is used, a rich environment for extensible query processing, providing useful tools such as main memory M-trees, graphs, or a DBScan implementation.

The research is a study of the concept of textual cohesion, through the poetry of Adnan Al-Sayegh, based on the discovery of the concepts of textual cohesion and its mechanisms through studying the relationship of cohesion to the objective unity in modern poetry and the concept of text and text. The research has stopped at the most important. Concepts of textual coherence such as consistency, referral, comparison, substitution and etc. Certain texts from Adnan Al-Sayegh's poetry have been chosen as analytical models, the analysis of which reveals the jeweler's methods of imparting textual coherence to his texts, in an attempt to research is to study the entire text without stopping at the research parts, because this is a real application of the idea of textual coherence, which is based on a study of the structure of the text in total by assuming textual relationships as a basic engine for the structure of the text by revealing the totality of the linguistic relationships that govern the structure of the text and govern it.

AbstractPatent has a prominent place in people’s lives, as it constitutes a basic engine of progress, and becomes measure of the progress and richness of nations. Countries that possess a huge percentage of patents occupy high positions among other countries and have political influence against other countries. Therefore, the countries of the world have agreed to conduct agreements to protect it, on top of which is the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS). When the State of Indonesia agreed to sign this agreement, it had to provide legal cover in the field of patent through Law number 13 of 2016. After careful study of this law and Islamic jurisprudence, including its principles, and its purposes, the research sees that the Indonesian Law and Islamic Jurisprudence agree that patent is considered as wealth and property. So, they agree on the necessity of patent protection, and imposing the punishment for the aggressor. They also agree on the patent exploitation, whether it is personal exploitation or through a license contract. However, Islamic jurisprudence has established controls for the exploitation of innocence, the most important of which is that exploitation does not harm others. ملخص البحثالتشريع القانوني وضمان المنتجات الحلال للمستهلكين المسلمين من أهم أمر أساسي. وذلك أن من واجبات المسلم أن لا يقتصرالاهتمام باستهلاك المنتجات الخالية من المخاطر الكيميائية والمواد الضارة بالصحة، بالإضافة إلى ذلك فلابد أيضا أن يهتم بحلال المنتجات من ناحية ماهيتها ومعالجتها وفقا للتشريع الإسلامي. وكذلك يجب أن تكون منتجات الملابس مطهرة وليست مصنوعة من أشياء نجسة، لأنها تفسد العبادة والصحة النفسية. دستور الدولة والقوانين واللوائح التي نتص على ضمان منتجات الحلال هي دليل على التزام الحكومة بالتواجد في توفير الحماية للمسلمين هم أعظم المستهلكين في إندونيسيا. أصبح القانون رقم 33 سنة 2014 بشأن ضمان المنتج الحلال والذي دخل حيز التنفيذ في 17 أكتوبر 2019، هو نقطة البداية أن الدولة توفر ضمانات وحمايات لمواطنيها للحصول على الغذاء والأدوية والمواد المستهلكة وفقًا لإرشادات الإيمان. ومع ذلك، فإن تنفيذ القانون وتطبيقه لا يزال يحتوي على استثنائية السلطة التقديرية (حرية التصرف) بشأن رسومات الكلفة حيث أصبحت عملية تفتيش الحلال تحت رعاية سلطة منظمة تحليل الغذاء والأدوية مستحضرات التجميل عضو مجلس العلماء الإندونيسي حتى صدور قرار وزير المالية بشأن رسومات كلفة خدمة شهادة الحلال. ولا تزال هذه استثنائية السلطة التقديرية (حرية التصرف) تؤثر بشكل أو بآخر على برنامج إلزام شهادة الحلال لكل منتجات يتم تسويقها في إندونيسيا من خلال إلصاق علامة/ختم الحلال.

Проанализирована работоспособность деталей механизмов газораспределения (МГР) на основе обобщения многолетней эксплуатации двигателей ЯМЗ-236, 238 и их модификаций на автотракторной технике. Установлено, что возникающие неисправности и дефекты в МГР связаны в основном с нарушением эксплуатации и технического обслуживания указанных двигателей. При соблюдении норм эксплуатации и технического обслуживания согласно требованиям руководства по эксплуатации двигателей завода-изготовителя (недопущение «перекрутки» двигателя по частоте вращения коленчатого вала, применение качественных моторных масел, своевременный контроль и регулировка тепловых зазоров) детали МГР обеспечивают работоспособность двигателей до капитального ремонта. Указанный вид ремонта связан с ремонтом или заменой базовых деталей двигателя (блока цилиндров или коленчатого вала). The working capacity of details of mechanisms of valve timing gear (VTG) on the basis of generalization of long-term operation of YaMZ-236, 238 engines and their modifications on the motor-and-tractor equipment is analyzed. It was established that the resulting malfunctions and defects in VTG are mainly associated with a breakdown of service of the operation and maintenance of these engines. If the operating and maintenance standards are met in accordance with the requirements of the maker's engine operations manual (prevention of engine "twisting" by crankshaft speed, use of high-quality motor oils, timely monitoring and adjustment of expansion gaps), the VTG parts ensure the engines working capacity before overhaul. This type of repair is associated with the repair or replacement of basic engine parts (cylinder block or crankshaft).

The objective of the research is to provide a scientific analysis of the development of the digital economy in the context of sustainable competitive advantage. The methodological basis of the study was the theoretical provisions of fundamental and practical developments in the digital economy, lying at the intersection of various technologies. Under the influence of digital forms of economic activity and the scientific and educational sphere, knowledge and education are turning from a luxury article into a productive force of society. Meanwhile, a global reach of digital technologies in the context of sustainable competitive advantage leads to a change in culture, traditional approaches to education, and serves the interests of the accelerated deployment of the digital economy. Managing the development of human capital as a basic engine for the development of the economic system is an absolute must for the integration of information technologies into modern society. Individuals and effective institutions are becoming a fundamental factor in the productivity, effective development, and formation of the digital economy.

AbstractThe paper presents the results of tests of the SI engine fuelled by LPG with the addition of DME in the form of a mixture of gaseous fuels. Experimental tests were carried out on a chassis dynamometer in the full range of engine loads, at a fixed rotational speed: 2000, 2500 and 3000 rpm. The use of dimethyl ether (DME) as a fuel component makes it possible to exploit its important advantages. DME can be produced as a renewable fuel, which is important from the point of view of ecology. Another important fact is the presence of oxygen in this fuel, which has a positive effect on the engine volumetric efficiency. During the tests, the ignition timing was also adjusted due to the very good DME flammability. Two additional correction levels were applied, increasing the ignition advance by 3 and 6 CA degrees, compared to the factory settings of the driver. The analysis of the obtained results allowed determining the dependence of the basic engine parameters, in the function of the correction of ignition advance angle. In the summary, attention was also paid to the possibility of determining corrected maps of the ignition advance angle taking into account the variable proportions of fuel components.

New combustion concepts and engine designs are being currently investigated in order to comply with upcoming pollutant regulations and reduce fuel consumption. In this context, two-stroke architectures appear as a promising solution for the implementation of some combustion concepts. However, scavenging processes in a two-stroke engine are much more challenging than for a four-stroke engine, and the residual mass of burnt gases retained inside the cylinder needs to be properly determined in order to keep control over the in-cylinder composition, hence over the combustion conditions and pollutant emissions. In this study, a new methodology for the estimation of the internal residual gas fraction is introduced, which is based on the thermodynamic processes occurring in the engine investigated and makes use of basic engine instrumentation and measurement equipment usually available in a conventional test cell. Several versions of the estimator were developed so that different requirements could be met, such as those of real-time estimation on an engine test bench but with reduced precision or, on the contrary, highly precise but time-consuming computations for post-processing purposes and combustion diagnosis. The consistency of the internal residual gas estimator was then validated through its application to real engine tests at different operating points.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui rumusan kompetensi tenaga mekanik alat berat sesuai standar industri; (2) mengetahui kualifikasi tenaga instruktur alat berat yang dibutuhkan industri sesuai standar industri; (3) merumuskan isi kurikulum untuk materi ajar produktif untuk menciptakan tenaga kerja di bidang alat berat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan model pilihan pengembangan kurikulum Task Analysis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di industri yang bergerak di bidang alat berat dan institusi pendidikan perguruan tinggi dan SMK yang bekerja sama dengan industri alat berat yaitu PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia, PT United Tractors Indonesia, dan PT Trakindo Utama. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: (1) kompetensi mekanik alat berat meliputi: menerapkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, menguasai dasar mekanik alat berat, melaksanakan perawatan dan perbaikan engine, sistem hidrolik, powertrain, sistem vehicle control, serta sistem kelistrikan alat berat minimal pada level capable (di bawah supervisi); (2) kualifikasi tenaga instruktur alat berat meliputi: memiliki kemampuan mekanik alat berat level III, memiliki kemampuan mengelola pelatihan, memiliki pengalaman kerja, serta mendapatkan pelatihan instruktur; (3) isi kurikulum untuk materi ajar produktif mekanik alat berat meliputi: dasar mekanik alat berat dan keselamatan kerja, dasar engine, dasar hidrolik, dasar vehicle control, dasar kelistrikan, materi sistem engine lanjut, sistem hidrolik lanjut, sistem powertrain lanjut, sistem vehicle control lanjut, sistem kelistrikan lanjut, product training, serta electronic machine control.Kata kunci: kompetensi, instruktur alat berat, isi kurikulum, materi ajar THE CONTENT CURRICULLUM DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION TECHNIC IN HEAVY EQUIPMENT BASED ON INDUSTRIAL NEEDSABSTRACTThis study aims to: (1) find out the formula of competency for heavy equipment mechanic based on industry needs, (2) determine the qualifications of instructors in heavy equipment which is appropriate to the industry standards, (3) formulate the content of curriculum development for the teaching material. This research is a survey of Task Analysis curriculum development model. The research was conducted in the industry engaging in heavy equipment that has collaboration with educational institutions and vocational colleges the heavy equipment industry wich invole such as, (PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia, PT United Tractors Indonesia, and PT Trakindo Utama). The results showed that: (1) the competence of heavy equipment mechanic include: implementing occupational safety and health, mastering the basic mechanics of heavy equipment, carrying out maintenance and repairing engine, hydraulic system, powertrain, the system of vehicle control, as well as the electrical system of the machine with a minimum level capable (participants under supervision); (2) the qualifications of heavy equipment instructors includes: having the ability of heavy equipment mechanic to level III, having the skill to manage training, work experience, and training instructors; (3) The contents of the curriculum for the teaching material in heavy equipment mechanic include: basic heavy equipment mechanics and safety, the basic engine, hydraulic basic, basic vehicle control, basic electricity; Advance engine system materials, advanced hydraulic system, advanced powertrain systems, vehicle control systems further, advanced electrical systems, product training, as well as electronic machine control.Keywords: commpetence, heavy equipment instructor, curriculum content, teaching materials
