After that, actually there was colonialism carried out by the British before Indonesia's independence. Although briefly, but enough to swallow many victims and various losses. In the Dutch political sector, two methods were used to colonize Muslims. These methods are the method of ethical politics (reciprocity) and the politics of fighting sheep (devide et impera). Many Muslims, especially kings and sultans, chose the "safe way" to join the Netherlands because they considered the Dutch to have done a great job

Many ideologies develop in the world, one of which is communism. The doctrine of communism is a reaction to a system of capitalism that is considered to lack social sensitivities. In Indonesia itself, this ideology had developed, but not long ago this ideology collapsed precisely after the events of the Movement of September 30, 1965, which is believed to be carried out by the Communist Party of Indonesia. This event led to a change in all fields and one of the affected areas was the political field where there was no political right for those with communist ideology in Indonesia. The purpose of writing this article in addition to completing the course assignment "Philosophy of Science" is also a reference for those who want to know the failure of the Communist Party of Indonesia and its impact on the 21st century in politics. This research is guided by the question of “What are the consequences that arise from the failure of communism in the G30S PKI incident on political development in Indonesia today?”. From this question, information was obtained that the failure of the G30S PKI communism made the Indonesian political sector close the communist gap and restrict all traffic. This case study will be written through the literature review method which is conducted collecting data from several relevant scientific journals. Researchers realize that there are difficulties in collecting quality data that can support research results because of the limitations of journals related to the themes taken. As for recommendations from various research analyses to respect everyone's political rights and don't swallow information that has not been validated.

At first the Dutch East Indies government policy towards Islam was wrong, because Islam in the Dutch East Indies was considered a strict religion like the hierarchical priesthood and the pope in Christianity where there was a high relationship of loyalty to the Turkish caliph, so that Islam was considered a formidable enemy. Starting with the implementation of a massive policy by the Dutch East Indies government to suppress Muslims, for example, one of them was in terms of limiting and heavier the regulations for the implementation of the pilgrimage, but in reality, regardless of the obstacles, the frequency of going on hajj was still high. Awareness of the mistakes in political policy towards Islam, the figure of Cristian Snouck Hurgronje, one of the supporters of ethical currents in the Netherlands, appeared, submitting a letter to the minister of the colonies on June 2, 1889 to participate in solving problems in the Dutch East Indies. In this case Snouk Hurgronje was the main advisor and was assisted by advisers consisting of one for Arab affairs and two experts in regional languages in the Dutch East Indies. Based on Snouck Hurgronje's advice, the Dutch colonial government distinguished between Islam in the meaning of worship and Islam as a social, social and political force. This policy towards Islam is divided into three categories, namely the socio-religious field, the socio-cultural sector, and the socio-political sector.

Abstract Introduction Patient safety and the development of quality safety processes have been gaining prominence in business management in the public and political sector, particularly in Europe, after the Quality and Safety in European Hospitals project was driven by the support of the Lisbon strategy agenda. Scientific research has also followed this trend. However, the study of patient safety management and methods is still scarce. Objectives Resorting to Cartaxo Health Centre, the research contributes to the analysis of the proposition that there is not only a lack of knowledge of the professionals who directly contact the patient about the patients safety in primary health care, but also that the methods used in practice are very intuitive and individualised by the absence of formal and institutional coordinated orientation. Methodology Using a qualitative methodology and the case study method, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 40 health professionals—among doctors, nurses, and technicians—who contacted patients, in order to identify what they know and consequently incorporate about patient safety. The interviews were conducted between February and June 2015 Results We confirmed several discrepancies between functional units. It was clarified that in the domicile the knowledge is scarcer. Conclusion We have delimited factors that do not ensure a reliable environment and culture, to improve with a training plan and institutional coordination that supports notification. The complexity of the context impacts on the nature and dimension of adverse events due to stress, workload and organization. A Taxonomy of Adverse Events was constructed and its path from the source to the solution was mapped. It's our intention to share this Taxonomy with the professionals, with a strong expectation that will improve Quality and Safety in Portuguese Primary Care.

Inflation is a indicator which illustrated the economics condition of a country. This moneter phenomenom is signed with the increase of price in entire case. It can cause an effect for political sector which impact to economic stability in a nation. The importance of inflation control is very important due to the high and unstable of inflation will cause negative impact  to economic and social in society.  One of the solutions to control the inflation rate is predicting the inflation rate. This research using SVR as machine learning that is being optimized by GA as evolutionary agorithm as predicting method. SVR can solve nonlinear regression problems to linear regression using Kernel function that easy to implement. But, in SVR there is no general rule to set the parameters of SVR. Therefore, this research proposed to use GA to optimize the parameters of SVR. GA can solve the optimization problems in various research of economics prediction problem. Based on the testing that has been conducted, GA-SVR generate the MSE value is 0.03767, lower than SVR basic method is 0.053158. It proves that GA-SVR method can be utilized for predicting.

The present article is based on a bibliographical review, anchored in Lima and Kyoto (2007) and documentary research (Gil, 1999), based on the dialectical historical materialism method that indicates the whole of life in society [...] is "a way of understanding history and analyzing the evolutions and struggles in the economic and political sector" (AZEVEDO, 1999). We aim to describe the educational planning process in the municipality of Miracema do Tocantins, as resulting from the Plan, in the implementation of educational public policies and the articulation for the elaboration, monitoring and implementation of the SME 2015-2025, addressing perspectives, complexities, possibilities. As results, we apprehend a municipal documental collection produced from the guidelines, documents and guidelines of SASE/MEC, since 2013, when the SME was elaborated, which justified the elaboration of the Plan and which bases its monitoring and implementation process. However, we also learned that the SME's goals and strategies were minimally implemented.
