“Industry prosperity”, as a key content of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, is an effective way to increase farmers’ income, agricultural development and rural prosperity. Cooperatives have the functions of serving, assisting and enriching the people and are an important organizational carrier for achieving rural industry prosperity. This paper uses the propensity score-matching model and the field survey data of Dajiuhu Town, Shennongjia, Hubei Province to study the effect of farmers’ participation in cooperatives on their net income by means of quantitative analysis. The empirical results show that (1) farmers’ participation in cooperatives can improve their net income level; (2) the education level of farmers has a significant effect on their participation in cooperatives; (3) household factors, production and management characteristics and external environment also have an important effect on farmers’ participation. Based on the above conclusions, this research proposes the encouragement of farmers to actively participate in cooperatives, improve their education level, vigorously improve rural infrastructure and enhance farmers’ self-development efficiency to promote the continuous increase of farmers’ incomes, and give rise to the positive role of cooperatives in rural development, in order to realize the revitalization and sustainable development of rural areas.

The emergence of Internet technology provides a new development mode for the development of rural industry. In view of the fact that the rural integrated Internet is in its infancy, and the unpredictability and uncertainty of “Internet +” innovation in the era of “digital economy”, the development of rural integrated Internet is facing many challenges, and there are development misunderstandings and dilemmas. This paper studies the dilemma and path of rural industry integration and Internet revitalization driven by e-commerce. Driven by e-commerce, this paper analyzes the current situation of the Internet revitalization of rural industry integration, summarizes the problems existing in the Internet revitalization of rural industry integration, constructs a grey correlation model to analyze the correlation degree of the influencing factors in the rural industry and Internet integration, and takes a certain rural industry as an example to prove that the model can be used to analyze the relationship between the two factors On this basis, the paper puts forward the effective strategies of rural industry integration and Internet revitalization driven by e-commerce.

PurposeRapid development of China's rural industry since 1980s has a massive ripple effect on rural China. However, recent rural industrial development in China has received little scholarly attention. The study aims to investigate the development process and spatial differences of China's rural industry as well as its driving forces.Design/methodology/approachThe study is based on the panel data constituting 30 provinces of China during 1984–2011. The factor analysis is used to identify the most significant factors affecting the growth of China's rural industry. The multiple regression analysis is applied to distinguish the driving forces affecting spatiotemporal variations in China's rural industry.FindingsChina's rural industry developed rapidly at an average rate of 26% per year during the period 1984–2011. The period 1990–2011 was characterized by remarkable increased spatial disparities in China's rural industrial development. Specifically, such development was markedly better in the east coast areas than in the inland areas in the west. Five driving forces of rural industrial development were recognized representing regional economic fundamentals of market, industry foundation, transportation, communication and degree of opening-up.Originality/valueThis paper explores the trajectory of the development of China's rural industry and the related regional economic factors. It suggests that the development of rural enterprises across the regions should be valued by Chinese government as a driving force for reducing regional disparities and future rural revitalization.

<div>The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) proposed the implementation of rural revitalization strategy for the first time, and established the 20-word general policy of “thriving industry, livable ecology, civilized rural customs, effective governance and rich life”. “Industry prosperity” in the first place, undoubtedly highlights the rural industry revitalization is the most important policy implementation points in the strategy. Among them, the expression “production development” is upgraded to “industry prosperity”, indicating that the rural revitalization strategy puts forward higher requirements for the development of rural industries, that is, the industrial integration development that highlights the multi-function of agriculture[1]. Many researchers have begun to pay attention to the revitalization of rural industries. The existing researches on the influencing factors of rural industry revitalization mainly include system supply, main body activation, factor allocation and development mode.</div>

The end of the First World War was a consequence of a whole range of significant problems in the countries of Eastern Europe. These include the general poverty of the population, the decline of the rural industry and industrial production, the general political crisis that increased the popularity of radical communist movements, the change of geopolitical formation in Europe. The main factor that led to the destruction of the imperialist system was World War the first. On the ruins of empires, new independent countries are emerging, including the restored Republic of Poland or the Second Commonwealth. The whole list of problems that often reinforced each other was extremely difficult to overcome solely with the country inner capabilities and reserves. In fact, the period of the 20-30s of the twentieth century becomes the era of the expansion of the international philanthropic organizations activities, among which an important role was taken by American subsidiary organizations. These include the American Relief Administration (ARA), the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC) and some religious organizations such as the American Mennonites and others. Quite often these organizations were united, sometimes acting separately, or transferring the relay activity from one to another. The involvement of American philanthropic organizations in dealing with the needy countries of Eastern Europe has become possible due to a number of factors. The following of them are the departure from the policy of isolationism, the rapid increase in the US labor productivity, the crisis of overproduction, the formation within the American society of a humanists and philanthropists layer, mainly among the richest and the most influential entrepreneurs (Andrew Carnegie, John Rockefeller, Jacob Schiff, Herbert Hoover, etc.), who, having earned enormous wealth, created non-governmental charitable foundations with the aim of financing the philanthropic projects. Thus the activity of Herbert Hoover American humanitarian organization (the American Relief Administration (ARA)) which was started in 1919 in the US changed the general economic and social situation. Its main purpose was to provide food for Polish children needs. ARA launched a whole network of dining-rooms throughout Poland.

Abstract This study investigated the impact of environmental engineering on existing venues, venues and operations management. First, the literature analysis and field survey method are used to summarize the current situation of the venue. Then, 420 questionnaires are collected for statistical verification analysis, combined with the interview method to understand the deepest feelings of the people, and finally discussed with a multi-inspection method. The researcher believes that although environmental construction can improve infrastructure and human quality of life, which, after all, are experiment after completion. If, before construction, a good communication channel; obtaining consensus from the people and businesses; acquiring precise information; spraying water to reduce dust; increasing the height of the peripheral fence; planning a substitutive plan; avoiding crowds; reducing mistakes in the process; avoiding influencing the water and electricity supply and soil, water, and environment sanitation; and planning for a substitutive route and parking space with subsidy for damages are not possible, a negative image will be produced, willingness to spend will be reduced in the people due to the blocking of the view by the building (75%), the billboard will lose its functionality (63.2%), and inconvenience will be caused by the line of movement (75%) and parking space (55.9%), which are not helpful for development.
