Abstract The accuracy of determining the LTEC with respect to metals and alloys with an HCP lattice based on inverse pole figures (IPF) is analyzed depending on the number of experimental points on the IPF using three averaging options: (1) taking into account the irregular arrangement of reflections on the stereographic triangle according to Morris; (2) by the multiplicity factor and (3) with the same weight of each orientation. It is shown that when evaluating the LTEC for semi-finished products with a basal texture, 17 reflections on the IPF are sufficient to provide an error of <1% when using Morris averaging and the multiplicity factor; in the case of a prismatic texture, an error of <1% is provided by all three averaging options, while Morris averaging is minimal.

The tourist area of Little Bali T-Garden in Medan is located in Jati Kesuma Village, Kec. Namorambe, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. Which is one of the natural tourist areas located on the edge of Medan City. The place has an area of ± 20 hectares dominated by green open space. This research focuses on knowledge in utilizing existing potential to have a positive impact. The purpose of this research is to revitalize the tourist area to make it more vibrant and useful. This research was conducted using qualitative methods, namely making direct observations in the research area. The phenomenon that occurs in tourist areas has an irregular arrangement and does not fully utilize the land area. The circumstances that occur are things that considered as potentially not being used. Area revitalization uses Place Attachment theory as a basis, outdoor space design theory as a determinant of the needs of tourist areas, and Kevin Lynch's theory will be used to determine what is considered attractive and has the potential to be developed or removed. These results were obtained from the revitalization of the area as an educational and recreational tourism object in Deli Serdang Regency.

A series of simple ditopic hydrogen bonding capable molecules functionalized with 2,4-diamino-1,3,5-triazine (DAT), barbiturate (B), and phthalhydrazide (PH) on both termini of a 2,2′-bithiophene linker were designed and synthesized. The intrinsic electronic structures of the ditopic DAT, PH, and B molecules were investigated with ground-state DFT calculations. Their solution absorbance was investigated with UV-vis, where it was found that increasing size of R group substituent on the bithiophene linker resulted in a general blue-shift in solution absorbance maximum. The solid-state optical properties of ditopic DAT and B thin films were evaluated by UV-vis, and it was found that the solid-state absorbance was red-shifted with respect to solution absorbance in all cases. The three DAT molecules were vacuum thermal deposited onto Au(111) substrates and the morphologies were examined using STM. (DAT-T)2 was observed to organize into six-membered rosettes on the surface, whereas (DAT-TMe)2 formed linear assemblies before and after thermal annealing. For (DAT-Toct)2 , an irregular arrangement was observed, while (B-TMe)2 showed several co-existent assembly patterns. The work presented here provides fundamental molecular-supramolecular relationships useful for semiconductive materials design based on ditopic hydrogen bonding capable building blocks.

An injured Shergoldia laevigata Zhu, Hughes & Peng, 2007 (Trilobita, Asaphida) was collected from the Furongian of Guangxi, South China. The injuries occurred in the left thoracic pleurae possessing two marked V-shaped gaps. It led to substantial transverse shortening of the left pleural segments, with barely perceptible traces of healing. This malformation is interpreted as a sub-lethal attack from an unknown predator. The morphology of injuries and the spatial and temporal distribution of predators indicated that the predatory structure might have been the spines on the ganathobase or ganathobase-like structure of a larger arthropod. There were overlapped segments located in the front of the injuries, and slightly dislocated thoracic segments on the left part of the thorax, suggesting that the trilobite had experienced difficulties during molting. The freshly molted trilobite had dragged forward the old exuvia causing the irregular arrangement of segments. This unusual trilobite specimen indicates that the injuries interfered with molting.

Supercell atomic models of composite films on the basis of graphene and single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) with an irregular arrangement of SWCNTs were built. It is revealed that composite films of this type have a semiconducting type of conductivity and are characterized by the presence of an energy gap of 0.43–0.73 eV. It was found that the absorption spectrum of composite films contained specific peaks in a wide range of visible and infrared (IR) wavelengths. On the basis of calculated composite films volt-ampere characteristics (VAC), the dependence of the current flowing through the films on the distance between the nanotubes was identified. For the investigated composites, spectral dependences of the photocurrent were calculated. It was shown that depending on the distance between nanotubes, the maximum photocurrent might shift from the IR to the optical range.

The problem faced by the Tanjung Redjo clothing store is the lack of management of sales data and irregular arrangement of clothing products. The arrangement of the location of clothing products on the shelf is not well regulated. The speed of service to customers can be improved by making the layout of clothing products good and orderly, so that store staff can find clothing products quickly. Shoppers can also search and view apparel accessories that are often sold together quickly, potentially increasing store sales turnover. A better and more organized arrangement of clothing products can be done by analyzing sales transactions that occur daily at the store by using the Apriori algorithm. By using this algorithm, the shop owner can find out the tendency of a combination of clothing products that are often sold at the same time, so that the shop owner can arrange the layout of clothing products well and regularly so that buyers or employees can find and retrieve clothing products quickly. How the Apriori algorithm works to find a combination of clothing products that are often sold simultaneously from a sales transaction. Rules applied If buying KA-701 and KK-201 and SP-2001, then buy ST-651. Support and Confidence values are calculated until 4 combination items are obtained to get the best selling associative rule output output.

We studied the behavior of lithium donors in bulk single-crystal single-crystal alloys Si1-xGex, (x=0.0039-0.05), enriched in spinless isotopes 28Si (99.998%) and 72Ge (99.984%) by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). The fine structure of the spectrum of a donor electron localized on lithium (T=3.5–30 K) was studied under the assumption that, when spinless isotopes (28Si isoGe, iso = 70, 72, 74, 76) are enriched in Si1-xGex alloys, it is possible to achieve in higher resolution in the EPR spectra as was observed in silicon. Studies have shown that despite the irregular arrangement of germanium atoms in the lattice of a SiGe, the local distortions they create and the broadening of the EPR lines of donor electrons due to random deformations in isotopically pure 28Si1-х72Geх single crystals at x=0.39; 1.2; 2.9 %, narrower lines of the ESR spectra of lithium were observed in comparison with similar crystals with a natural composition of silicon and germanium isotopes, which made it possible, as in silicon, to study for the first time the angular dependences of the line positions in the ESR spectra of lithium in Si1-xGex for various x.
