Abstract: Declining visitor interest in traditional markets is one of the problems currently faced by traditional markets. The form of government effort to maintain the existence of traditional markets is by conducting a revitalization program. Semarang Peterongan Market is one of the Semarang City public facilities located on Jl. MT. Haryono No.936, Peterongan, Kec. South Semarang. Before burned, the conditions were very poor namely slums, dirty, irregular arrangement of shanties and unavailability of parking lots. This study aimed to identify the factors that caused traders not to occupy the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Peterongan Market , identifying buyer preferences to the efforts of the revitalization program that have been carried out at the Peterongan Market and to evaluate the physical, non-physical components and infrastructure that exist in the Peterongan Market. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done by means of observation and interviews with market agencies, visitors and traders. The results showed that there were factors that caused traders not to occupy the 2nd and 3rd floors, buyers were reluctant to go up to the 2nd and 3rd floors, there was worst accessibility for traders or buyers, there were obstacles in the circulation of merchandise, design and size of kiosks and booths. accommodate the needs of traders. Buyers and traders' preferences are access and circulation that can accommodate their needs in the market, design kiosks and booths that are suitable for their trade. Based on the analysis results of the Semarang Peterongan Market building evaluation analyzed with regulations that apply to the physical component, it is generally appropriate.Keyword: zoning, circulation, user preferences,revitalizationAbstrak: Menurunya minat pengunjung terhadap pasar tradisional menjadi salah satu masalah yang sedang dihadapi pasar tradisional sekarang ini. Bentuk usaha pemerintah untuk menjaga eksistensi pasar tradisional yaitu dengan melakukan program revitalisasi. Pasar Peterongan Semarang merupakan salah satu fasilitas publik Kota Semarang yang berlokasi di Jl. MT. Haryono No.936, Peterongan, Kec. Semarang Selatan. Sebelum mengalami kebakaran,kondisi pasar sangat memprihatinkan yaitu kumuh,kotror,penataan lapak yang tidak teratur serta tidak tersedianya lahan parkir.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pengaruh preferensi pengguna tentang apa saja penyebab pedagang tidak menempati lantai 2 dan lantai 3 Pasar Peterongan Semarang,mengidentifikasi preferensi pembeli terhadap upaya program revitalisasi yang sudah dilakukan di Pasar Peterongan serta mengevaluasi komponen fisik,non fisik serta prasarana yang ada pada Pasar Peterongan. Penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif . Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara dengan dinas pasar,pengunjung serta pedagang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya faktor-faktor penyebab pedagang tidak menempati lantai 2 dan lantai 3 adalah pembeli enggan naik ke lantai 2 dan 3,tidak adanya aksesbilitas yang baik untuk pedagang maupun pembeli,terdapat kendala dalam sirkulasi barang dagangan,desain serta ukuran kios dan los tidak mengakomodasi kebutuhan pedagang. Preferensi pembeli dan pedagang cenderung dengan adanya akses serta sirkulasi yang dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan mereka didalam pasar,desain kios serta los yang sesuai dengan jenis dagangan mereka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis  evaluasi bangunan Pasar Peterongan Semarang dianalisis dengan peraturan yang berlaku pada komponen fisik,umumnya sesuai.Kata Kunci: zoning,sirkulasi,preferensi pengguna,revitalisasi

<em>A village fund program is a form of government concern for the development of rural areas. The management of village funds consists of five stages, namely planning, implementation, managing, reporting, and responsibility, which should be based on the principles of good governance. The Cepogo Village Government, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency, in Central Java Province is one of the village governments in Indonesia that has implemented the principles of good governance in managing village funds. This study aims to see how the implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability in the management of village funds by the Cepogo Village Government to achieve good governance standards. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used was direct interviews with a semi-structured method. The participants of this study were the Village Head of Administration, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, and staff of the Administration Section for managing the village fund who are responsible for managing it. The results showed that the planning and implementation of Village Fund Program activities had shown accountable and transparent management. In terms of accountability, both physical and management activities, it has shown that the implementation is accountable and transparent. </em>

This study aims to analyze community culture in understanding the eruption of Mount Merapi and analyze the meaning of education implied in the mythology of Mount Merapi. This study uses a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were the Cangkringan community, the caretaker of Mount Merapi, the NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) Cangkringan. Data collection techniques are carried out by participant observation and in-depth interviews. The collected data is then analyzed using domain, taxonomic, compound, and cultural theme analysis techniques.The findings in the form of public trust in Mount Merapi that people believe Mount Merapi is inhabited by supernatural beings who should have a life like humans. The supernatural beings have their own organization that regulates the government hierarchy with all its attributes and activities. One form of government hierarchy of supernatural beings that is closely related to society is that people believe that Mount Merapi is a Palace of Fine Beings.

The focus ofthis study is to examine the Strategy Informa Organizations Maintaining Persistence of Traditional Markets. This is due tothe marketis animportant institution in economic institutions. In addition, the market serves to bring together the economic actors. The market also serves as an economicmeans of providing a barometer of the economy in the area of income generation. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Informants in this study is determined by means of intentional (purposive). Data collection techniquesin this studyis the observation, collection of documents (writings) and in-dept interview.  From the results ofthe resilience oftraditional market research can not be separated from the role ofthe actor, especially traders. Through informal traders by establishing Organiasai.  The strategiesthey doamong other things, (a) streng then social networks among the sellers; (b) increase social networks with consumer; (c) increase solidarity.

The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.

The development experienced by humans when explored deeply will make people more confident in the power of God. Simple things such as the process of developing the language and art of children, in fact there is something extraordinary in it, which if disturbed will have an impact on further developments or other aspects.Writing this journal uses a qualitative approach, through observation, interviews, and documentation as a data collection technique. Based on the results of the research conducted, there are some results, namely the indicator of language development of VA class children basically has been achieved in accordance with the task of development at his age. But there are some things that have not been maximized in achieving this, such as the use of synonyms from several words, and metaphorical sentences that do not fully understand. The development of VA class art is in the phase of the Early Realism and the Early Age of Pseudo Naturalism which in the early realism phase In the period of Early Realism, children's work more closely resembled reality. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui dampak positif dan negatif dari adanya pergantian (turn-over) guru di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Banyuputih kabupaten Batang. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif analitis dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya turn-over yang tinggi pada guru atau pendidik di madrasah tersebut; keuntungan yang bersifat positif justru didapatkan ketika adanya turn-over guru dibandingkan dampak negatifnya; dan kehadiran guru baru menjadi hal yang sangat disukai oleh siswa dalam hal kreativitas, inovasi pembelajaran, motivasi, dan lain sebagainya.The aims of this research were to know the positive and negative impact of teacher turn over at Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Banyuputih Kabupaten Batang. This research was use analytical descriptive qualitative approach with depth interview, questionnaire and documentation as data collection methods. The results of this research shows that the positive impact occur more than the negative impact when there was teacher turn over; and the presence of a new teacher become student’s favourite on creativity, learning innovation, and motivation aspects.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach The data<br />analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction and data <br />presentation conclusions. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the <br />data is done by checking trust, checking examination and checking<br />dependency. The results of the study can be concluded that the results of<br />the Analysis of Suitability of Annual Programming, Semester Program,<br />and Learning Implementation Plan can be categorized as "In Accordance"<br />because the results are obtained based on the scores of the Annual<br />Program, Semester Program and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP)<br />compiled by the teacher Islamic religious education in SMP Negeri 1<br />Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang.</p>

The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

This study about shopping behavior changes from traditional markets to modern market in the  Manado city is viewed from the aspect of sociology. This study used a qualitative approach. The results showed that the shopping behavior of most citizens of Manado city has changed shopping habits in traditional markets into shopping habits in the modern market. Everyone in the economic measures based on efficiency considerations that revolve around efficiency of money and space also efficiency of time and energy. Before someone decides to shop, his views always consider the fourth aspect of it, and then decided to act. Thus the action is determined by the orientation to the person's environment that is tailored to the needs inherent in him. Then someone can act as he wishes. Most citizens of Manado city construct behavior of shopping habits in traditional markets into shopping habits in the modern market. The peoples leaving the characteristics of cooperation and confidence in social economy action trough activity in the traditional market began to fade, tend to behave consumerist, individualistic, laden competition, but innovation and creative. The pattern of this kind of action can be a collective action at the subjective macro level. This means that changes in individual behavior of Manado city residents at a certain level in line with the rapid development and progress of science and technology, will have implications on fundamental social changes in the structure of social behavior overall Manado city residents. Manado, will become a city inhabited by modern society with a consumption-oriented economic measures or commonly known as the consumerist society.
