Community service is an activity that aims to help certain communities in several activities without expecting any form of reward. This community service is focused on processing coconut plantation products (Cocos nucifera .L), which is one of the main plantation products around the service area. Service activities were carried out for the community in Togafo Village, North Ternate City. This training is expected to be able to help increase people's sources of income and increase public knowledge about how to process food from coconut raw materials. The method of activity is carried out by the tutorial method and joint practice. During the training, the participants enthusiastically participated in the activities and actively engaged in two-way discussions. Participants understand and can practice coconut processing techniques into coconut chips, and this can be a business opportunity.

The implementation of community service activities aims to increase public knowledge and interest in entrepreneurship. The community service method used is lecture and discussion. The material includes theories about how to find business opportunities in an effort to improve the economy as well as possible. Participants were given an understanding regarding the importance of reading business opportunities in the hope that MSME businesses could develop well with capital provided through BMT. The results obtained from this activity, all participants stated that this activity was very useful to increase knowledge and insight on how to utilize each business opportunity through capital assistance from BMT. Keyword: Business Opportunities, BMT   Penyelenggaraan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan minat masyarakat dalam berwirausaha. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi Materi mencakup teori tentang bagaimana menemukan peluang bisnis usaha dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian dengan sebaik mungkin. Peserta diberikan pemahaman terkait pentingnya membaca peluang bisnis dengan harapan agar usaha UMKM bisa berkembang dengan baik dengan modal yang diberikan lewat BMT. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini, seluruh peserta menyatakan kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dapat menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan bagaimana cara memanfaatkan setiap peluang bisnis lewat bantuan modal dari BMT. Cassava is a type of plant that is easy to grow in various types of soil, and its cultivation method is relatively easy. The stems, leaves, and tubers of cassava have various benefits for human life. Limited knowledge and skills regarding the diversification of cassava-based processed products are an obstacle for which solutions must be sought. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the community, especially partners/target groups, through training on processing cassava into raw materials for processed food products. Community service activities carried out using training/mentoring and demonstrations/practices are one of the solutions that can be carried out for community empowerment. The results of community service activities show that all participants (100%) can actively participate in receiving all the knowledge and skills transferred and are interested in doing it themselves at home (100%). Processed products in the form of cassava flour will be consumed by themselves (77%) and sold (23%) with processed food products of cassava lunkhead (89%) and cassava noodles (11%), which were of high interest. This data shows that community service activities carried out by Palangka Raya University can contribute and become a solution to overcome problems faced by the community.

ABSTRACTOlele Village is one of the villages located in Bone Bolango Regency and is included in the Coastal Region. Most Olele villagers have livelihoods as fishermen, so most Olele village women are fishermen's wives. The purpose of community service activities carried out in Olele village is to increase community income through empowering coastal women. The method used consists of two forms, namely counseling and training. Coastal women who were participants in service activities were 30 fishermen wives. The material provided in counseling is about the types of diversification of processed products and fisheries processing techniques. Training is provided through hands-on practice and assistance during service activities. The products produced are fish fingers, dragon foot fish, jelly, pudding, and crackers which will be sold to increase community income especially for fishermen's wives. The results of community service activities carried out in the village of Olele are increased knowledge and skills diversification of processed fisheries products for fishermen wives who have received service activities. Community service activities also provide increased income for the community through the sale of various processed fishery products. Keywords:  Fish Finger, Foot Dragon Fish, Jelly Candy, Pudding, and Fish Crackers.  ABSTRAKDesa olele merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kabupaten Bone Bolango dan termasuk wilayah pesisir. Penduduk desa Olele sebagian besar memiliki mata pencaharian sebagai nelayan, sehingga sebagian besar perempuan desa Olele merupakan istri nelayan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan di desa Olele yaitu untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan perempuan pesisir. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari dua bentuk yaitu penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Perempuan pesisir yang dijadikan peserta pada kegiatan pengabdian adalah istri-istri nelayan sebanyak 30 orang. Materi yang diberikan pada penyuluhan yaitu tentang jenis diversifikasi produk olahan dan teknik pengolahan hasil perikanan. Pelatihan diberikan dengan cara praktek langsung dan pendampingan selama kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah fish finger, foot dragon fish, permen jell,  puding, dan kerupuk yang akan dijual untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat khususnya bagi istri-istri nelayan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan di desa Olele yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang diversifikasi produk olahan perikanan bagi istri-istri nelayan yang telah mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian. Kegiatan pengabdian juga memberikan dampak bagi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat melalui penjualan diversifikasi produk olahan perikanan.  Kata Kunci: Kaki Naga, Kerupuk, Nugget, Permen dan Puding.

The material covers about home-based businesses that generate millions of turnover. The results obtained from this activity, all participants stated that this activity was very useful to increase knowledge and insight on how to take advantage of every home-based business opportunity.

One very important element in agriculture is water. The availability of water must be guaranteed so that plants can grow throughout the year. The lack of water availability means that crops cannot be produced throughout the year, causing farmers to become inadequate. Engineering irrigation is one of the systems that can regulate water availability throughout the year, but not all regions in Indonesia have such irrigation. Sambirejo Village is one of the villages in Langkat Regency which still utilizes a rainfed irrigation system. The main problem from Sambirejo Village, especially the Karya Tani Farmer Group, which is a service partner, is the unavailability of water to irrigate rice fields during the dry season. This unavailability of water causes a reduction in the productivity of farmers who are supposed to harvest three times to only twice a year. Through community service activities carried out the construction of borehole irrigation in Sembirejo Village. This method utilizes ground water as a source of water supply during the dry season. Drilled well irrigation can be enjoyed directly by farmers in the vicinity of the service area, and in the dry season the water needs for plants are available.

Coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) is one of the Indonesian potential natural plant resources. Its fruit is a main part of the tree that plays an important role in raw materials industry. It is because the material could be processed to be a benefical various products. The diversity of the coconut fruit products leads to the importance of the study on coconut growth phase development. The model is expressed in a system of differential equation 𝑑𝑀 𝑑𝑡 = 𝑅 − 𝛼𝑀 − 𝜇1𝑀, 𝑑𝑃 𝑑𝑡 = 𝛼𝑀 − 𝜇2𝑃 − 𝛽𝑃, 𝑑𝐶 𝑑𝑡 = 𝛽𝑃 − 𝜇3𝐶 − ϵ𝐶, 𝑑𝑀𝑎 𝑑𝑡 = 𝜖𝐶 − 𝜇4𝑀𝑎 − γ𝑀𝑎, 𝑑𝑀𝑠 𝑑𝑡 = 𝛾𝑀𝑎 − 𝜇5𝑀𝑠 − 𝜎𝑀𝑠, 𝑑𝑀𝑝 𝑑𝑡 = 𝜎𝑀𝑠 − 𝜇6𝑀𝑝 . The dinamic of coconut growth phase is studied by consider its stability at the critical point. The stability is determined using linearization method. The solution is analyzed both analitically and numerically. Simulated a stable endemic critical point indicates that the coconut production could be well prevent in each phase of growth

Jinengdalem Village is one of the villages producing songket weaving crafts mainly with raw materials of silk thread besides gold thread. The limitation of the craftsmen in producing songket is because it is done by consumer orders, and there is no unified business in a joint business group of songket artisans. The community service activities of the IbM also increase songket production with the effective use of cag-cag looms as traditional tools which until now have not been able to be replaced as songket producers because of the anatomical guidelines of the craftsman's body at work and can produce songket cloth with good quality. Community service activities include the establishment of KUBE as the basis for the formation of songket cooperatives, the development of North Bali typical songket designs, the natural coloring of plant material from flowers, fruit, roots and plant skins and the effective use of traditional cag-cag tools. Through the method of socialization, training and mentoring of the Jinketdalem village songket craftsmen, targets and outcomes were produced: the formation of KUBE, natural dyeing silk threads as the base material of songket, songket productivity with cag-cag looms and more diversified motif designs in accordance with North Bali (Buleleng).

In the context of strengthening health development that prioritizes promotive-preventive efforts, without overruling curative-rehabilitative efforts by involving all components of the nation in promoting a healthy paradigm. IEC reduces disease expenditure, avoids a decrease in population expenditure, and decreases health care costs due to disease expenditure and health expenditure. This IEC activity is an effort to improve public health in North Galesong District, Takalar Regency, went well and was enthusiastically welcomed by the community, the purpose of this activity was to increase public knowledge about health information relating to the illness suffered. The dedication activity was attended by 45 participants, from the community service activities, it can be concluded that the community has begun to understand and comprehend and further increase knowledge about health information concerning the illness suffered. And the community is able to control health well in order to achieve improved health.

ABSTRAKKearifan lokal menjadi salah satu langkah penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam, salah satunya adalah minuman khas daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis minuman tradisional khas Tuban dan jenis tumbuhan bahan bakunya. Jenis minuman tradisional khas dan bahan penyusunnya diperoleh dari hasil survey terhadap 117 responden dari 17 kecamatan dan 10 orang pembuatnya. Identifikasi bahan baku dilakukan secara langsung dengan lembar observasi kemudian hasilnya dibandingkan dengan referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 jenis minuman tradisional yaitu legen, toak, dawet siwalan, sirup kawis, dan cendol sagu. Bahan penyusunnya terdiri dari 9 jenis tumbuhan yaitu siwalan (Borassus flabellifer L.), kelapa (Cocos nucifera L.), enau (Arenga pinnata Merr.), kawista (Limonia acidissima L.), sagu (Metroxylon sagu Rottb.), tebu (Saccharum sp.), ketela pohon (Manihot esculenta Crantz.), jamblang (Syzygium cumini L.), dan jambu mente (Anacardium occidentale L.). Kata kunci: identifikasi; tumbuhan; minuman tradisional; Tuban  ABSTRACTPlant identification of raw materials in traditional drink from Tuban East Java.Local wisdom is one of the steps in managing natural resources, for example traditional drinks. This study aims to determine the types of traditional Tuban drinks and types of plants as raw materials for these drinks. Types of typical traditional drinks and their constituent ingredients were obtained from the results of survey with 117 respondents in 20 districts and 10 producer traditional Tuban drinks. The identification was carried out directly using the observation sheet then compared with references. The results showed that there were 5 types of traditional drinks, namely legen, toak, dawet siwalan, kawis syrup, and cendol sago. Community service activities carried out in Padarincang village are aimed at increasing public knowledge about the importance of maintaining health during the Covid 19 period, in this transitional period, education also changes things that need attention. The final target of this activity is that the community understands the importance of maintaining health and the impact on education during the Covid 19 period, the community becomes more aware of the current education patterns. In the event using google meet media, the event was divided into 2 speaker sessions related to the pattern of discussion about the education period during the Covid period, 19 of whom discussed the socialization of health protocols. In this event the participants who took part were mostly the people around the padarincang area, which was the main objective. This activity was assisted by the KKM 18 UNTIRTA group. The methods used are observation, interview and seminar. The results obtained from this activity are that the community understands the importance of maintaining health during Covid 19 and understands the current government regulations regarding the implementation of education. From the evaluation at the end of the seminar 96% of the activities carried out were successful in accordance with the expected targets and achievements.
