Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), especially in Aceh, it was recorded that 4 thousand children were not able to effectively absorb material from teaching staff during the pandemic period (BPS Aceh, 2020). Therefore, the teaching staff needs to pay attention to the development of creative innovative distance learning models so as to increase the interest of students to keep interacting throughout the lesson hours. One method of distance learning that is believed to be able to increase student interest in learning is a web design designed by the teacher to be as attractive as possible so that students can easily access and study learning materials. The purpose of this study was to see the effectiveness of the Development of Distance Learning Models during the Pandemic with a Life Skills-Based Web Design Approach to i-students in West Aceh District. The subjects of this research are university students in West Aceh, namely Teuku Umar University students, STAIN Dirundeng and STIKIP Bina Bangsa Meulaboh. Participants were selected by purposive sampling so that there were 5 students from each campus. The results showed that most partisipants from three Universities in Aceh Barat responded positively to the use of Web Design as Distance Learning Method. Besides, the result from interview with them, there were four obstacles in distance learning, which are (1) the insufficient knowledge of technologi, (2) Internet signal problem, (3) lack of financial to get the internet quota, anda lastly, (4) unsatisfied material understanding from lecturer because of virtual learning. Keywords: Disctance Learning; Web Design Method

Clay has its widespread applications in pharmaceuticals from ancient world to modern era. It is one of the excellent excipients present in the commercially available pharmaceuticals. Its use in many of dosage forms viz. in suspension, emulsion, ointments, gels, tablet and as drug delivery carrier as suspending agent, emulsifying agent, stiffening agent, binder, diluent, opacifier, and as release retardant have been explored in many studies. Variety of minerals is used as both excipient and as an active ingredient; among that kaolinite, talc, and gypsum are important. Their inertness, low toxicity, versatile physiochemical properties and cost effectiveness has increased its usage in pharma industries. Many minerals have its own pharmacological action as antacid, anti-bacterial, anti-emetic, anti- diarrheal agent and as skin protectant etc. Their unique structure which helps them to absorb material onto their layered sheets has opened a wide variety of applications in drug delivery. The understanding of surface chemistry and particle size distribution of clay minerals has led the pharmaceutical field in many directions and future perspectives.

The aim of the current study was to determine effect of a nanocomposite containing ostrich eggshell (NCOE) on the calvarium healing in the rabbit. Fresh ostrich eggshell was ground (300-500 μm), treated in phosphate-containing solutions and sterilized by gamma irradiation. Fifteen New Zealand white adult male rabbits were used. Four full-thickness skull defects were created in the calvarium. The first defect kept unfilled (control). The second defect was filled with autograft bone. The third defect was filled using NCOE. The fourth defect was filled with mixture of the autograft+NCOE bone. At 30, 60 and 90 days after surgery animals were euthanized and tissue specimens were collected and stained with hematoxylin eosin and trichrome staining method. Microsections were examined toassess the extent and intensity of inflammation, calvarium formation status and foreign body reaction. According to the results, filling defect significantly increased in NCOE-treated rabbits compared to the control group at 30 and 60 days post-surgery (P<0.05). There a statistically significant difference between experimental groups compared to the control group at 30 and 60 days post-surgery (P<0.05) while no statistically significant differences were observed among autograft, NCOE, autograft+NCOE (P>0.05). Also, absorb material significantly decreased in NCOE and autograft+NCOE groups compared to the control group at 60 days post-surgery (P<0.05). The filling defect significantly increased in autograft, NCOE and NCOE+autograft groups compared to the control group at 90 days post-surgery (P<0.05). There was no significant difference on inflammation and absorb material among the groups at 90 days post-surgery (P>0.05). These results suggested NCOE+autograft has improved the rate of calvarium healing in rabbits.

The emergence of technology has shown a significant impact on changing human patterns. Whether it's a negative or positive impact on the use of smartphones. Judging from the impact of using a smartphone, it turns out to have a positive effect if used as a learning medium. A combination of technology and new learning media that are needed by kindergarten schools that can help teachers deliver material on vocabulary to know the names of animals. In designing learning media applications to know the names of animals created using the method of working with waterfall and assisted with the java android programming language with the target output that will be achieved from this design is a prototype in the form of an application to recognize the names of animals in the form of learning media in TK NEGERI JAGAKARSA 01 Android-based. With this application, it is expected to be able to assist teachers in utilizing learning media to improve students' ability to absorb material given by the teacher.

Combining with the production practice in the particular consortium of the paper mill, power plant and calcium carbonate fines factory, a new kind of united treatment technology is designed. The technology is mixing the waste pulp and waste scum with coal to finish the in-furnace desulphurization, spraying waste water to the flue gas to finished flue gas desulphurization and using waste hydrogen of calcium as absorb material. This method can comprehensive use of resource to reach a better economic effective and social benefit. It reduces the processing cost and avoids city environment pollution. The three factories have mutually pleasant business. The technology opens up a new effective approach of desulphurization and can be good example to the same enterprises. An economical benefit is analyzed.

Abstract Wastewater and sediment samples were collected from 11 coal operations across Canada: 3 coal storage transfer terminals, 7 operating mines, 3 of which had on-site preparation plants, and 1 separate preparation plant. Samples were analyzed for specific organic and inorganic constituents. Only the results of the organic analyses are presented here. The wastewater samples were analyzed for 18 target compounds. Sediment samples were analyzed for these 18 target compounds plus a suite of organic priority pollutants. Twelve of the 18 target compounds were detected in wastewater, only 4 of which were found in excess of 10 μg/L in more than 10 percent of the samples. Sixteen compounds were found in the sediments at levels from less than 1 μg/g to a maximum of 27 μg/g. Limited experimentation indicated that coal sediments were unlikely to contribute organic contaminants to the water column but rather were more likely to absorb material out of the water column.
