Currently, Industry 4.0 (I4.0) represents a worldwide movement to improve the productivity and efficiency of operations and supply chain management (OSCM), which requires rethinking and changing the mindset of the way in which products are manufactured and services are used. Although the concept of I4.0 was not popularised in the ratification of the 2030 Agenda, I4.0 is a watershed in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It can serve as a platform for the alignment of the SDGs with the ongoing digital transformation. However, the challenges to the integration of I4.0 and sustainability in OSCM, and the benefits of this integration, in line with the SDGs, remain unclear. Moreover, there is a lack of a standard structure that establishes links between these challenges and benefits to strategically guide organisations on the journey towards a sustainable OSCM 4.0 (S-OSCM4.0) aligned with the SDGs. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to propose an S-OSCM4.0 framework for organisations to attain sustainability and I4.0 in OSCM, in line with the 2030 Agenda. Based on a systematic literature review, 48 articles that complied with the selection criteria were analysed using content analysis. The research findings were synthesised into taxonomies of challenges and benefits, and these categories were linked into a step-by-step framework, following an inductive approach. The proposed framework represents a novel artefact that integrates taxonomies in order to holistically achieve sustainable digitalisation for people, prosperity and planet benefits, and sheds light on the potential contributions of S-OSCM4.0 to the SDGs.

Abstract For a missile ground test stand that requires a lot of core installation, such as the inner and outer labyrinth centering installation. There are some problems in the installation process, such as complex installation process, difficult adjustment, long installation time, poor positioning accuracy and so on. This paper takes the inner and outer labyrinth centering installation as an example, through non-standard structure selection and processing, designed a set of centering adjustment mechanism, through the field installation comparison, it is concluded that the new centering adjustment mechanism has the advantages of high positioning accuracy, simple operation, greatly saving working time, quick and simple adjustment, etc. The new centripetal adjustment mechanism is also simple, efficient and cost saving for other tasks that need centripetal adjustment on missile ground test bed. Its design and research have high engineering practical significance.

Abstract Selecting diverse molecules from unexplored areas of chemical space is one of the most important tasks for discovering novel molecules and reactions. This paper develops a new method for selecting a diverse subset of molecules from a given molecular list by utilizing two techniques studied in machine learning and mathematical optimization: graph neural networks (GNNs) for learning vector representation of molecules and a diverse-selection framework called submodular function maximization. Our method first trains a GNN with property prediction tasks, and then the trained GNN transforms molecular graphs into molecular vectors, which capture both properties and structures of molecules. Finally, to obtain a diverse subset of molecules, we define a submodular function, which quantifies the diversity of molecular vectors, and find a subset of molecular vectors with a large submodular function value. This can be done efficiently by using the greedy algorithm, and the diversity of selected molecules measured by the submodular function value is mathematically guaranteed to be at least 63 % of that of an optimal selection. We also introduce a new evaluation criterion to measure the diversity of selected molecules based on molecular properties. Computational experiments confirm that our method successfully selects diverse molecules from the QM9 dataset regarding the property-based criterion, while performing comparably to existing methods regarding a standard structure-based criterion. The proposed method enables researchers to obtain diverse sets of molecules for discovering new molecules and novel chemical reactions, and the proposed diversity criterion is useful for discussing the diversity of molecular libraries from a new property-based perspective.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the effectiveness of creating a small business enterprise in the field of sports and educational services. Based on the analysis of the market of cultural and educational services and modern Russian small business, the legal features and risks that need to be taken into account for doing business in this direction were identified. Based on the standard structure of the business plan, a scheme for the organization of a small enterprise was developed, which takes into account the previously identified market features. A business plan, market analysis and marketing strategy, organizational plan and financial plan can be put into a combination of a business project and a sports hobby. The economic efficiency of the project is justified by calculating such indicators as net income, net discounted income, the payback period of investments, the internal rate of return, and the return on investment.

Neural networks have been widely used and implemented on various hardware platforms, but high computational costs and low similarity of network structures relative to hardware structures are often obstacles to research. In this paper, we propose a novel neural network in combination with the structural features of a recently proposed memory-based programmable logic device, compare it with the standard structure, and test it on common datasets with full and binary precision, respectively. The experimental results reveal that the new structured network can provide almost consistent full-precision performance and binary-precision performance ranging from 61.0% to 78.8% after using sparser connections and about 50% reduction in the size of the weight matrix.

The progression of scientific data from various laboratory instruments is increasing these days. As different laboratory instruments hold different structures and formats of data, it became a concern in the management and analysis of data because of the heterogeneity of data structure and format. This paper offered a metadata structure to standardize the laboratory instruments' -produced scientific data to attain a standard structure and format. This paper contains explanation regarding the methodology and the use of proposed metadata structure, before summarizing the implementation and its related result analysis. The proposed metadata structure extraction shows promising results based on conducted evaluation and validation.

Abstract: The processes starting with the identification and registration of treasury properties have an essential place in the cadastral systems. Spatial data modelling studies were conducted in 2002 to establish a common standard structure on the fundamental similarities of land management systems. These studies were stated as a beginning named Core Cadastral Domain Model (CCDM), since 2006, it has been started to be made under the name of LADM. This model was accepted in 2012 as a standard model in the field of land administration by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). In this study, an external model class is proposed for LADM’s transactions related to Treasury’s real estates properties which are related National Property Automation Project (MEOP). In order to determine the deficiency of this current external model, databases containing records related to spatial data and property rights were examined, and the deficiencies related to transactions on treasury properties were determined. The created external class is associated with the LADM’s LA_Party, LA_RRR, LA_SpatialUnit and LA_BAUnit master classes. Herewith the standardization of the external data model is ensured. If the external model is implemented by the responsible standardization of the archiving processes will be more comfortable and faster to register.
