The article presents an analysis and generalization of approaches to the essence and content of professional mobility of future specialists. It is concluded that professional mobility is directly interrelated with readiness to work in the specialty, since these two concepts have common elements in the structure, in particular professional knowledge, abilities, skills and professionally important qualities. Taking into account the results of the analysis of research related to the problem of professional mobility, it was found out that this concept can be defined as readiness and ability to work in the context of transformation of professional (production, service) tasks, development of new specialties or changing them. Professional mobility covers the ability to successfully switch to another activity or change types of activities, effectively use the system of generalized professional techniques to perform any tasks in the professional sphere, and it is relatively easy to move from one type of activity to another. For professional mobility, it is important to have a high level of generalized professional knowledge, experience in improving them and obtaining them independently. The results of the review of publications on the research topic suggest that there are two types of mobility – horizontal and vertical. Horizontal mobility involves the transition of an individual or social object from one social position to another, which is at the same level, as well as a change of place of residence. As for vertical mobility, it involves the transition of an individual or social object from one social position to another. It was found out that mobility is an integrative property that is formed and developed during practical, educational, social, socio-cultural activities of a person and provides him or her with the opportunity to realize one’s inclinations, abilities, opportunities.

The relevance of theoretical and methodological research in the psychology of personality stress is due to the search for a single concept, based on which the development of personality stress acquires a clear logic, systematisation of knowledge, skills, generalization, and ordering of information on this issue, which inspired the author to implement their personal ideas. The purpose of the study is to reflect the systematic approach in the development of the conceptual paradigm of the integrative development of personality stress. To achieve the purpose, a systematic approach to the knowledge of psychological phenomena was applied, which provides clear principles and determines the sequence of stages of scientific research in systemic discourse; logical and methodological concepts of Ukrainian and foreign scientists were also used, which explain the meaning of the concept of “stress resistance”, give an idea of the symptoms and types of stress, the mechanisms of stress resistance of the individual. For the first time, the author presents the concept of integrative development of the personality’s tolerance to stress, which is based on a system model of the personality’s tolerance to stress. The result of the study is to identify the systemic key foundations of the author's concept of integrative development of the personality’s tolerance to stress: structural components, correlations between them, dynamic stages, the expected goal. The study presents a discussion of the results of theoretical analysis on the possibilities of applying a systematic approach in the development of personality stress. Stress resistance is considered as a structural and systemic integrative property of personality, which includes such fundamental components as psychophysiological, emotional, cognitive, and volitional. The author singles out the systemic properties of personality stress resistance, analyses the mechanisms of stress resistance development, and highlights the criteria to be followed in the psychodiagnostics of personality stress resistance. The practical significance of the study is that on a conceptual basis, it became possible to elaborate programmes for the development of the personality's tolerance to stress

A systematic analysis of the category of “public authority” was carried out, including its three subsystems, as well as the components and elements of each of the subsystems from the standpoint of the implementation of the law of dialectics on the unity and struggle of opposites. A conclusion is suggested on the combination of the general unity of public authority, the internal unity of state, municipal and public authorities as subsystems of public authority with differentiation and relative autonomy of all elements and components of the public authority system. Such a dialectical combination of unity and separation of powers is achieved through the effective interaction of all components of public power. The effectiveness of interaction can also mean competition between them, provided that the constitutional values of human rights and society remain the integrative property of the system, and the interaction is aimed at ensuring the interests of the people.

The article deals with the problem of increasing the attention of the pedagogical community to culture as a phenomenon of human existence. The formation of multicultural competence among teachers and students contributes to the ability to work and study in a foreign culture. Multicultural competence is considered as an integrative property of the individual, which reflects his ability to solve professional and everyday problems and tasks on the basis of a culture-centered system of values. The definition of «multiculturalism» most succinctly conveys the interaction of the principles of dialogue and interaction of various cultures. Multicultural personality is one of the components of the «basic culture of personality». First of all, a certain cultural and educational environment contributes to the formation of the «person of culture», a multicultural personality.

We consider the peculiarities of teaching the pragmatical aspect of negation in English on linguocognitive basis. We analyze such a functional aspect of negation as negative communica-tive reaction and prove its importance in communication. We provide a classification of negative communicative reactions, as well as the peculiar features of each of them. The possibility for sim-ultaneous teaching the verbal and non-verbal means of conveying negative meanings while teaching English within the framework of linguocognitive basis, is substantiated. We provide a number of successful examples for such an approach to education. It includes teaching through gestures and bodily movements that are the instruments of language teaching and the objects of studying at the very same time. The necessity of teaching students the peculiarities of non-verbal communicative behaviour of native speakers is an important aspect of the linguoculture under analysis. Certain recommendations on optimization of the educational process, build around the linguocognitive foundations, are provided. Such an approach to teaching allows for integration of the methods of traditional didactics into teaching a foreign language on linguocognitive basis, thus demonstrating an integrative property of this innovative teaching. We mention certain difficulties that may be encountered while organizing linguocognitive-oriented classes, as well as the ways to overcome them.

This paper focuses on the extrusion process of powder/solid clad rods with the desired hole ratio in the center to reduce the weight. The finite-element model about a lot of deformation body extrusion was successfully demonstrated. Raw steel powder and steel tube were consisted as powder/solid rods. While the obvious plastic deformation proceeding in deformation region, the hole ratio clearly lessened, then a little rose apart from the deformation region. The deformation parameters were determined for the purpose to lesson the weight of the rod to about 15% hole ratio in powder deformation region. The extrusion experiment and the tensile property test proved that the integrative property improved while the weight was reduced. The clad rod can be utilized in the solid suck rods.

Soil health is presented as an integrative property that reflects the capacity of soil to respond to agricultural intervention, so that it continues to support both the agricultural production and the provision of other ecosystem services. The major challenge within sustainable soil management is to conserve ecosystem service delivery while optimizing agricultural yields. It is proposed that soil health is dependent on the maintenance of four major functions: carbon transformations; nutrient cycles; soil structure maintenance; and the regulation of pests and diseases. Each of these functions is manifested as an aggregate of a variety of biological processes provided by a diversity of interacting soil organisms under the influence of the abiotic soil environment. Analysis of current models of the soil community under the impact of agricultural interventions (particularly those entailing substitution of biological processes with fossil fuel-derived energy or inputs) confirms the highly integrative pattern of interactions within each of these functions and leads to the conclusion that measurement of individual groups of organisms, processes or soil properties does not suffice to indicate the state of the soil health. A further conclusion is that quantifying the flow of energy and carbon between functions is an essential but non-trivial task for the assessment and management of soil health.
