During a pandemic, policy decisions are made quickly and correctly. The need for COVID-19 data becomes an absolute basis for policymaking. This paper focuses on the mechanism of COVID-19 data management in the national COVID-19  task forces to be able to provide valid and realtime data. Researchers used qualitative analysis, with primary and secondary data collection. Researchers interview 3 information from the ministry of communication and informatics as a public communication team in the task force to accelerate the handling of COVID-19. The results showed that even data management was based on structural, procedural, and relational mechanisms. Structure mechanism has been formed strongly through the task force team from the national to the regions. Procedural data mechanisms, although changing procedures are now at the point of data integration. The relation mechanism shows that the coordination and communication relationship between member task forces has been done quite well where coordination is always done quickly.

We investigate the correlation of Sergius Bulgakov’s views on the inescapable tragedy of philosophy with contradictions rooted in Bulgakov’s philosophy itself. Based on comparative analyses of Bulgakov’s views on the evolution of philosophy and peculiarities of Bulgakov’s philosophizing, we conclude that the meaning created by his mental image of “the tragedy of philosophy” is much broader and more versatile than he himself intended. The tragedy of philosophical thinking is expressed in contradictions that arise between system-creating aspirations for philosophy and the need for the free movement of thought; between the passionate desire to affirm human individuality and the desire to substantiate the absolute basis of Being; between the will to live and the search for the meaning of life; between the philosophical search for truth and religious dogma; between the claims of reason and the ocean of the overmind or macrocosmic; and finally, the awareness of the acuteness of these contradictions and of the impossibility of going beyond their tragic circle. We conclude that Bulgakov’s philosophical quest is the ultimate expression of the tragedy of philosophy. This is inevitable: immersion in the mythic is a natural result of the evolution of philosophy, striving for the Absolute.

Abstract The goal of this study was to assess the effects of uniformization management, birth order (BO), birth weight (BiW) and their interactions on the performance of piglets in the maternity phase. Sows (n = 25) and their litters (n = 388 piglets) were distributed into two treatments, namely: UNIF - uniformization of piglets between different litters right after birth; and BIOM - piglets kept up to 12 hours after birth with their biological mothers. In both treatments, the effect of BO was assessed in three groups characterised by BO of 1-6, 7-12, and ≥13. The effect of BiW was assessed in four groups defined as ‘very light’, ‘light’, ‘medium’, and ‘heavy’. The design was completely randomised in a 2×3×4 factorial scheme, totalling 24 treatments with 16 piglets/treatment, on average. Weight gain from birth to 72 hours after birth (WG72h) was greater in the BIOM treatment. The colostrum intake (CI) was lower in piglets with BO ≥13. In general, piglet performance increased in response to the increase in BiW. There was interaction between uniformization management and BiW with respect to CI related to body weight (CIBW), which was greater in very light piglets in the UNIF treatment (27.48% BW), and lower in heavy piglets in the BIOM treatment (16.82% BW). It was possible to obtain satisfactory piglet performance by keeping the litters with their biological mothers until 12 hours after birth. The CI expressed on an absolute basis (g) was greater; however, CI expressed on relative basis with respect to body weight (% BW) was lower in heavy piglets.

In the context of a child’s intellectual, emotional and social development, writing skills (along with speaking) form the absolute basis. They allow the child to better interpret, but also to formulate concepts, feelings and thoughts, and thus to acquire key competences quicker. The more worrying are then reports showing low quality of writing of students at the initial stage of education. It is necessary to take actions aimed at developing motor skills using both conventional and unconventional methods. One of such options in integrated education are the art techniques. This study examines how the use of these techniques translates into better writing skills in early education.

Let $\{P_n\}_{n=0}^\infty$ be a sequenceof continuous algebraically independent  homogeneous polynomials on a complex Banach space $X.$ We consider the following question: Under which conditions polynomials $\{P_1^{k_1}\cdots P_n^{k_n}\}$ form a Schauder (perhaps absolute) basis in the minimal subalgebra of entire functions of bounded type on $X$ which contains the sequence $\{P_n\}_{n=0}^\infty$? In the paper we study the following examples: when $P_n$ are coordinate functionals on $c_0,$ and when $P_n$ are symmetric polynomials on $\ell_1$ and on $L_\infty[0,1].$ We can see that for some cases $\{P_1^{k_1}\cdots P_n^{k_n}\}$ is a Schauder basis which is not absolute but for some cases it is absolute.

What makes an asset a “safe” asset? We study a model where two countries each issue sovereign bonds to satisfy investors’ safe asset demands. The countries differ in the float of their bonds and the fundamental resources available to rollover debts. A sovereign’s debt is safer if its fundamentals are strong relative to other possible safe assets, not merely strong on an absolute basis. If demand for safe assets is high, a large float enhances safety through a market depth benefit. If demand for safe assets is low, then large debt size is a negative as rollover risk looms large. The modern worldview inherent in postmodern culture consists in the negation of metaphysics. Metaphysics is a teaching that has its subject universal, considered in the forms or absolute basis, or the ultimate cause of the universe, the universe itself as an ordered whole (cosmos), as well as the soul as a principle of unity. In the modern era, the absolute beginning (the absolute can be described as complete infinity) moves from the transcendent to nature and to the human race. This naturally led to the «loss» of metaphysics in the culture of postmodernism. The logical development of the opposing theories of empiricism and rationalism ultimately led to one result – the absurdity of the world and the «disappearance» of man. Metaphysics is inextricably linked with the concept of «sacred», which characterizes the absolute beginning, the highest and perfect value of something for a person. Therefore, it is not by chance that in post-metaphysical time there is a process of desacralization of the world and man, and all ties that root man in the unchanging and eternal are broken. The essential characteristic of man is consciousness. The component structure of consciousness includes will, knowledge, emotions and self-consciousness. If metaphysics as a doctrine is correlated with the rational aspect of the mastering of the world, the sacred is correlated with the strong-willed and emotional. The widest range of feelings is connected with the sacred: faith, love, worship, awe, etc. The sacred is what causes these feelings. Hostile attitude to integrity, as the implementation of violence, affects and distorts all components of consciousness: rational, strong-willed, sensual and emotional. The true sacred sphere complements metaphysics as the highest level of the value component of consciousness. The «deformation» of metaphysics and the sphere of the sacred has led to two consequences in modern culture: mass man (in the presence of affects) and man-made man (in the absence of affects).Efforts to «restore the integrity of man» are opposed by the logic of the development of modern society, carried out by methods of specialization and «prosthetics». If the logic of development is higher than the sense of self-preservation of man, then he can expect an anthropological catastrophe.

This article describes Shankara's doctrine of non-duality and makes a Christian response. Dealing with the thought of this Indian great Philosopher is not an exaggerating effort for the concept of non- duality prevails in this New Age era. Terms such as Brahman (the absolute reality), Atman (the absolute basis of human soul which is identical to Brahman), and maya (illusion) are not peculiar to those who are familiar with the teaching of the today's New Age gurus, for instance, Deepak Chopra. Hence, my effort to react through the lens of the Christian faith will be worthwhile particularly to enrich our understanding in the realm of Christian apologetics. Here, my response shows the inherent metaphysical, logical, and ethical problems of Shankara's non-duality which he expounds in concepts like Brahman, Atman, and maya.

A range of precision farming technologies are used commercially for variable rate applications of nitrogen (N) for cereals, yet these usually adjust N rates from a pre-set value, rather than predicting economically optimal N requirements on an absolute basis. This paper reports chessboard experiments set up to examine variation in N requirements, and to develop and test systems for its prediction, and to assess its predictability. Results showed very substantial variability in fertiliser N requirements within fields, typically >150 kg ha−1, and large variation in optimal yields, typically >2 t ha−1. Despite this, calculated increases in yield and gross margin with N requirements perfectly matched across fields were surprisingly modest (compared to the uniform average rate). Implications are discussed, including the causes of the large remaining variation in grain yield, after N limitations were removed.

International bankruptcy has been grown by international trade. It has been created a wide literature about it. It is one of the essential factors to survive in the international trade space. Setting and enacting laws in this regard remarkably will help solve the legal troubles in the case of international trade. The aim of the present research is to investigate international bankruptcy with an emphasis on trade bill approved in 2013. The results show that new bill has somewhat been able to make general regulations and intended fundamental principles in UNCITRAL Model Law considered. It is done with regard to United Nations Commission on International Trade Law regarding borderless bankruptcy. By investigating different articles of the new bill it can be inferred that the tendency of the legislator is towards a theory of regionalism. Although it is somehow adjusted (regionalism based on interactions). The absolute basis of regionalism has been deduced from that. Therefore it could be said that the legislator has somewhat been lead to the theory of regionalism based on international interactions.
