The lavatory is a fertile area for the transmission of infectious disease through bioaerosols between its users. In this study, we built a generic compact lavatory model with a vacuum toilet, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is used to evaluate the effects of ventilation and user behaviors on the airflow patterns, and the resulting fates of bioaerosols. Fecal aerosols are readily released into the lavatory during toilet flush. Their concentration rapidly decays in the first 20 s after flushing by deposition or dilution. It takes about 315 s to 348 s for fine bioaerosols (<10 µm in diameter) to decrease to 5% of the initial concentration, while it takes 50 and 100 µm bioaerosols approximately 11 and <1 s, respectively, to completely deposit. The most contaminated surfaces by aerosol deposition include the toilet seat, the bowl, and the nearby walls. The 10 µm aerosols tend to deposit on horizontal surfaces, while the 50 and 100 µm bioaerosols almost always deposit on the bowl. In the presence of a standing thermal manikin, the rising thermal plume alters the flow field and more bioaerosols are carried out from the toilet; a large fraction of aerosols deposit on the manikin’s legs. The respiratory droplets generated by a seated coughing manikin tend to deposit on the floor, legs, and feet of the manikin. In summary, this study reveals the bioaerosol dilution time and the easily contaminated surfaces in a compact lavatory, which will aid the development of control measures against infectious diseases.

Fatigue in radiologists may be responsible for a large number of medical errors. This review describes the latest research on fatigue in radiology. This includes measurement methods, and recent evidence on how fatigue affects accuracy in laboratory test conditions and in clinical practice. The extensive opportunities for future research in the area are explored, including testing interventions to reduce fatigue-related error, and further understanding of which fatigue measures correlate with errors. Finally we explore the possibility of answering these questions using large population-based observational studies and pragmatic integrated randomised controlled trials. The mathematical theory of quantitative traits is over one hundred years old but it is still a fertile area for research and analysis. However, the effects of selection on a quantitative trait, while well understood for the effects on the mean and variance, have traditionally been difficult to attack from the perspective of analyzing the probability density of the breeding values and deriving higher (third and fourth) moments as well as analyzing the impact of recombination. In this paper, the exact formula for the breeding value distribution after selection is derived and, using new integral tables, the first four moments are given exact expressions for the first time. In addition, the effects of recombination on the full distribution of breeding values are demonstrated. Finally, the changes of GXE covariance in the selected parent population caused by factors similar to the Bulmer Effect are also investigated in detail.

Development of novel anti-tuberculosis combination regimens that increase efficacy and reduce treatment timelines will improve patient compliance, limit side-effects, reduce costs, and enhance cure rates. Such advancements would significantly improve the global TB burden and reduce drug resistance acquisition. Bioenergetics has received considerable attention in recent years as a fertile area for anti-tuberculosis drug discovery. Targeting the electron transport chain (ETC) and oxidative phosphorylation machinery promises not only to kill growing cells but also metabolically dormant bacilli that are inherently more drug tolerant. Over the last two decades, a broad array of drugs targeting various ETC components have been developed. Here, we provide a focused review of the current state of art of bioenergetic inhibitors of Mtb with an in-depth analysis of the metabolic and bioenergetic disruptions caused by specific target inhibition as well as their synergistic and antagonistic interactions with other drugs. This foundation is then used to explore the reigning theories on the mechanisms of antibiotic-induced cell death and we discuss how bioenergetic inhibitors in particular fail to be adequately described by these models. These discussions lead us to develop a clear roadmap for new lines of investigation to better understand the mechanisms of action of these drugs with complex mechanisms as well as how to leverage that knowledge for the development of novel, rationally-designed combination therapies to cure TB.

In this paper we survey the recent literature on top down audits and community monitoring. Whilein the case of top down audits the efficacy of audits depends on the type of punishment- electoral punishmentvs legal punishment, the literature finds that electoral punishment is less effective than legalpunishment. Moreover, electoral punishment depends on whether voters are aware of audit reports. The type of service being audited - the opportunity for corruption and the clarity of rules and regulationseffect the success of audits. However, even when top down audits succeed in cutting down corruption, they may not always lead to better outcomes. Social audits are effective when collective actionproblems are less salient e.g. when groups are homogeneous, when the design is such that communityparticipants feel empowered e.g. through elections to the monitoring committee, information is notuseful by itself unless accompanied by tools to influence outcomes, and finally there is not a clear mapbetween finding corruption and improving ultimate outcomes. We suggest that a fertile area for futureresearch is the design of optimal audit schemes that take account of the opportunities for corruptionand the motivations of both the providers and the auditors.

Problem construction and divergent thinking (DT) are considered to be indicators of creative potential. Previous studies, with different goals, suggest a positive correlation between problem construction and DT. However, none of these works have explicitly examined which index of DT is more associated with problem construction. The current investigation examined the association between problem construction and three main indexes of DT: fluency, flexibility, and originality. It also tested whether such a relation differs based on task nature (verbal versus figural). The sample consisted of 90 sixth graders who completed three tests: (a) a verbal DT test, (b) a figural DT test, and (c) a problem construction test. Correlational analysis showed that flexibility was highly correlated with problem construction in the verbal DT test, whereas originality was highly correlated with problem construction in the figural test. The association between problem construction and verbal versus figural DT significantly differed in all DT indexes. This finding suggests that figural and verbal tasks assess DT in a different way, which was confirmed by a canonical correlation analysis. Finally, results of a multiple regression analysis showed that verbal DT significantly explained 59% of the variance in fluency scores in problem construction and 60% in originality scores in problem construction. Meanwhile, figural DT explained 8% to 9% of the variability in fluency and originality scores in problem construction. As suggested by experts in the field of problem construction, the role of flexibility in problem construction is a fertile area to be considered in future studies.

Syu'aib a.s is one of the prophets mentioned ten times in several surahs in the Al-Qur'an al -Karim. His full name is Syu'aib bin Maikiil bin Masyjur ibn Madyan, the son of Prophet Ibrahim a.s and his mother was the son of Prophet Lut a.s. He was sent to Ahlu Madyan who had deviated from the religion of Abraham a.s. Ahlu Madyan lives in a fertile area near the bay of Aqabah. Ahlu Madyan cheated on the scales and did damage to the face of the earth. When Syu'aib a.s delivered his message inviting Ahlu Madyan to return to the true religion, they refused the invitation with great arrogance and humiliation. Even asked Syu'aib to bring something down from the sky and asked Syu'aib a.s to stop preaching. If it doesn't stop they will take it out with the believers from their village. As a result of Ahlu Madyan's denial and arrogance, Allah lowered the heat for seven days, then brought a black cloud so that they took shelter under it. Ahlu Madyan thought it would rain. But Allah sent down a rain of fire and a strong wind so that all of them died lying in their homes. That is how Allah SWT destroyed Ahlu Madyan.AbstrakSyu’aib a.s adalah salah seorang nabi yang yang disebut dalam Al-Qur’an al –Karim sebanyak sepuluh kali dalam beberapa surat. Nama lengkapnya Syu’aib bin  Maikiil bin Masyjur ibnu Madyan Anak Nabi Ibrahim a.s dan Ibunya adalah anak Nabi Luth a.s. Begitulah Allah SWT menghancurkan Ahlu Madyan

The explosion of information, not only in print, but in a digital context has become a fertile area for exploring, transmitting, and disseminating information, enabling learning and teaching, transforming and creating new knowledge. Higher education teachers need to be aware of how to train and guide their students in multiple ways to knowledge, including the ability to deal with information in print and digital contexts, so information literacy training should be a priority. This paper aims to list the skills to be developed by these teachers, preferably integrated into their professional development. Starting from the framework of tried-and-tested models, a flexible and comprehensive content structure is proposed, considering the need for their transfer to students. The importance of collaborative work with higher education libraries is stressed.
