Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen strategik yang terdiri dari formulasi, implementasi serta evaluasi strategi Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah dalam rangka mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Strategik Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah terdiri dari 3 unsur: Pertama, formulasi dilakukan dengan membuat berbagai program kegiatan yang mendukung dalam mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa. Kedua, implementasi berupa pelaksanaan berbagai program disertai prosedur program yang telah ditentukan, serta adanya pembentukan dan pelaksanaan organisasi santri untuk membantu merealisasikan setiap program kegiatan. Ketiga, evaluasi yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren dalam mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa yaitu dengan melakukan berbagai penilaian, seperti penilaian tertulis melalui berbagai ujian tulis, serta  penilaian secara lisan mengenai kebahasaan. This paper aims to analyze strategic management which consists of the formulation, implementation and evaluation of strategies in Al-Ihsan Baleendah Islamic Boarding School in order to produce multi-language cadres. The method used in the research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by using observation techniques, documentation studies, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the Strategic Management of Al-Ihsan Baleendah Modern Islamic Boarding School consists of 3 elements: First, the formulation is carried out by making various program activities that support the printing of multi-language cadres. Second, implementation in the form of implementing various programs accompanied by program procedures that have been determined, as well as the establishment and implementation of santri organizations to help realize each activity program. Third, the evaluation conducted by Pondok Pesantren in printing multi-language cadres is by conducting various assessments, such as written assessments through various written examinations, and verbally evaluating linguistics.

The objective of the study was to analyze the role of islamic boarding school in preventing radicalism in Rejang Lebong regency. The study used qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data collection was done though interview, documentation and observation. The result showed that in playing the role, islamic boarding school recently became the target of people's distrust: this was the place of radicalism and terrorism. According to the analysis, there was no school found as the place of radicalism and terrorism. Some schools even actively prevent radicalism and terrorism effectively. In conclusion, the role of islamic boarding schools in Rejang Lebong to prevent radicalism and terrorism through the tight control was effective. Penelitian ini menjelaskan manajemen strategik (formulasi, implementasi serta evaluasi strategi) pada Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Darussyifa Al-fitroh dalam rangka menyiapkan kader da’i yang berkualitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keputusan strategi Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Darussyifa Al-fitroh adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif yang diformulasikan dalam strategi utama berupa pertumbuhan terkonsentrasi, berdasarkan analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternalnya, juga implementasi yang terkoordinir, baik dalam (struktural, kepemimpinan maupun budaya), disertai program, anggaran dan prosedur pelaksanaan yang jelas. Serta tingkat evaluasi strategi yang intensif sehingga inovasi dan pengendalian strategi selalu sesuai dengan tuntutan dan perubahan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen strategik pada Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Darussyifa Al-fitroh telah di jalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan yang signifikan dalam upaya menyiapkan kader da’i berkualitas.   This study explains strategic management (the formulation, implementation and evaluation of strategies) at Darussyifa Al-fitroh Integrated Islamic Boarding School in order to prepare qualified da'i cadres. The method used in this research is descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, documentation studies and interviews. This study found that the strategic decision of Darussyifa Al-fitroh Integrated Islamic Boarding School was to support aggressive growth policies formulated in the main strategy of concentrated growth, based on internal and external environmental analysis, as well as coordinated implementation, both in (structural, leadership and cultural), accompanied by clear programs, budgets and implementation procedures. As well as an intensive level of strategy evaluation so that innovation and strategy control are always in accordance with the demands and changing times. So it can be concluded that strategic management at Darussyifa Al-fitroh Integrated Islamic Boarding School has been run well and shows significant success in the effort to prepare qualified da'i cadres.

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses manajemen yang dilakukan oleh Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq meliputi kegiatan bagaimana perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan  yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, adapun teknik pegumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq dalam membentuk santri yang berjiwa entrepreneur dalam menerapkan pola manajemen sudah cukup berhasil melalui perencanan yang  meliputi konsep dan strategi yang matang, memiliki patokan sasaran yang ingin dicapai, serta jelasnya garapan dan program kegiatan santri yang akan dilaksanakan. Pengorganisasian yang dilakuan meliputi pembagian kerja pengurus dan pembagian tugas ke dalam sebuah struktural, serta penempatan kerja sesuai keahlian yang dimiliki santri. Pengarahan yang di lakuan meliputi kegiatan pengajian malam selasa, tausiyah subuh pada hari Selasa, kegiatan pelatihan, dan ada juga terdapat pada slogan dan pepatah-pepatah yang di keluarkan oleh Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq. Pengawasan yang dilakuan meliputi kegiatan pemantauan langsung ke lapangan yang di lakukan pemimpin atau pengurus pesantren, pantauan tidak langsung melalui kegiatan rapat evaluasi, serta adanya tolak ukur dan faktor pendukung keberhasilan berupa faktor fisik dan non fisik sehingga tercapailah tujuan pondok pesantren yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya. This study is to determine the management process carried out by the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School which includes the activities of planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring carried out by Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques used were interview observation and documentation study techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School in forming students with entrepreneurial spirit in implementing management patterns has been quite successful through planning which includes mature concepts and strategies, has a target benchmark to be achieved, as well as a clear plan and program of activities for the students to be. implemented. The organization that is carried out includes the division of work for the management and the division of tasks into a structural, as well as job placement according to the expertise of the students. The briefing includes recitation activities on Tuesday night, dawn tausiyah on Tuesday, training activities, and there are also slogans and proverbs issued by the leadership of the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School. The supervision carried out includes direct monitoring activities in the field carried out by the leaders or administrators of the pesantren, indirect monitoring through evaluation meeting activities, as well as the existence of benchmarks and success supporting factors in the form of physical and non-physical factors so that the goals of the pesantren that have been planned before are achieved.

This study covers 2 main problems, namely, what are the types of interventions Mother language in speaking skills at the Arabic Language Center of al-Inayah Putri Islamic Boarding School Sumber Batu Pegantenan Pamekasan and what are the factors that influence these interventions. This study uses a qualitative approach and data sources in this study came from the leadership of the cottage, the head of the Language center and several Arabic language center’s students of al-Inayah Putri Islamic Boarding School Sumber Batu Pegantenan Pamekasan. The method used in data collection is observation, interview and documentation. While the method used in analyzing data is a descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that there are 5 types of mother tongue interventions in speaking skills at the Arabic Language Center, namely phonetic interventions, morphological interventions, grammatical interventions, semantic interventions, and repetitive interventions. Of all the factors that researchers examined previously, most of the factors that often occur are censorship weakness, language position, initial use pressure, mastery of the first and second languages, the nature of interventions inherited earlier, and lack of vocabulary retention.

Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran manajerial lembaga Pesantren Darul Inayah dalam proses rekruitmen santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data, diantaranya; observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian. Lembaga Pesantren Darul Inayah telah menerapkan fungsi  manajerial dalam proses rekruitmen santri, meliputi; pertama, perencanaan yang mencakup konsep dan strategi yang matang, merumuskan tujuan jelas, serta membuat program kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan. Kedua, pengorganisasian yang mencakup pembagian divisi, pembagian tugas dan pengelompokan kerja pada masing-masing panitia. Ketiga, pengarahan yang mencakup pemberian motivasi, pelatihan dan pengarahan kepada semua panitia. Keempat, pengawasan yang mencakup pengawasan langsung oleh para pengurus dan pengawasan tidak langsung dilakukan dalam bentuk rapat evaluasi panitia. Khusus bagi anak yatim piatu dan dhuafa diberikan peluang untuk masuk dengan mudah, agar dapat menempuh pendidikan dengan gratis. This study aims to describe the management at Darul Inayah Islamic Boarding School in the process of santri recruitment which includes planning, organizing, directing and controlling activities. The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the application of management functions in the santri recruitment process had been quite successful, through planning which included mature concepts and strategies, had clear objectives, and clearly the program of activities to be carried out. Organizing includes division, division of tasks and grouping of work for each committee. The briefing includes providing motivation, training and direction to all the committee. Supervision carried out includes direct supervision to the field carried out by directors and indirect supervision carried out in the form of committee evaluation meetings for santri recruitment. The result of the implementation management is to provide opportunities for orphans, orphans and poor people to study for free.

This study aims to determine planning, organizing, actuating and controlling as well as the results of early childhood religious formation in the Tarbiyatul Wildan Islamic boarding school. The term pesantren which is widely known among Muslims has been widely discussed and researched by various groups. Such pesantren generally accept santri after completing elementary school or at the age of seven. However, Islamic boarding schools that accept students or santri from the golden age of 4-6 years are rarely studied. The uniqueness of the Tarbiyatul Wildan pesantren in Karawang, West Java, because it specifically educates kindergarten age students. The method used is descriptive method through a qualitative approach. The technique of data collection is done through observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques by reducing data, displaying data, and deducing data. The results of this study are Tarbiyatul Wildan Karawang Islamic boarding school with 1702 students, generally accepting santri from the ages of 4-12 and students are educated to memorize the Koran namely zuzama, yasin, waqiah, barzanzi, and prayer starting at 04.00-20.00, in the afternoon nap then learn again with learning models and students, and the students were very happy to also succeed in memorizing the Qur'an at the age of the children.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

This research is done because the number of students of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses semester II and IV academic year 2017 - 2018 have low nationalism.. This was seen from the results of tests that showed that there were still many students of the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017-2018 academic year who did not memorize the Pancasila and Indonesian Raya, and did not understand the meaning of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of the low sense of nationalism of students in the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018 academic year and to find out the role of lecturers of PPKn courses in increasing the nationalism feeling of students in the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018. This study uses a descriptive method of qualitative approach with data collection techniques using test techniques, observation and interviews. Subjects of this study are lecturers of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses and students of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in second and fourth semester of academic year 2017 - 2018. The results of this study indicate that the role of the PPKn lecturer can increase the sense of nationalism of students in the PPKn UNBAJA courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017 - 2018 academic year, such as before the teaching and learning activities are conducted in class, the lecturer always instructed everyone to pray.

This paper aims to explore an Intensive Course Program in Arabic learning at one of the Islamic Boarding schools for girls in Indonesia. it is expected that Students in this Intensive Course understand two skills in Arabic, namely speaking and reading skills. Also, it aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Intensive Course Program. This study utilized a descriptive qualitative approach with three data collection techniques; observation, interviews, and documentation. It used Miles and Huberman’s technique in analyzing the data. This study showed that: 1) Implementation of Intensive Course Program in Arabic learning at the one of Islamic Boarding Schools for girls in Indonesia aimed to improve language skill including reading and deductive skill including speaking. 2) Pertinent to the strengths and weaknesses of the Intensive Course, the learning system is advantagous to enhance other specific skills, ranging from students’ proficiencies in reading and speaking in Arabic. However, there are also drawbacks. For example, an excellent Arabic environment has not been created due to the lack of students’ awareness of making them accustomed to speaking Arabic.

This study aims to determine the skills of the kitabah through khat riq'ah with manhaj Hamidi. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is field research conducted at the Al-Quran Calligraphy School (SAKAL) in Jombang, East Java. The data sources in this study were SAKAL students and teachers. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews. The data obtained were classified and analyzed by descriptive method. For the presentation in the form of descriptive narrative. The results of this research indicate that: First, learning the book through khat riq'ah with manhaj Hamidi aims to realize a pesantren-based madrasa education model, as well as fostering students' skills, morals, intellectuals and spirituality, and building abilities, especially in the field of Al-Qur'an calligraphy. In the process of learning khat Riq'ah, two guide books/Kurrasah were used, including Kurrasah Yusuf Dzannun and Muhammad Izzat. Second, its application in learning begins with giving an example of one point from the teacher to the student, then a colon, the basic letter (ا-ب-م-ي-ق-ص-هـ-ج) followed by the letter mustakhrajat (د-ر-س-ض-ع-ف-ك-لا) after all the letters are finished, continue with murajaah or repeat all the letters that have been learned in one deposit. After the murajaah is finished, it is continued by imitating the sentences in the book. So that by using this method, students' book skills have increased significantly. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan kitabah melalui khat riq’ah dengan manhaj Hamidi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan di Sekolah Kaligrafi al-Quran (SAKAL) yang berada di Jombang Jawa Timur. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru SAKAL. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh diklasifikasikan dan dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif. Untuk penyajiannya dalam bentuk deskriptif naratif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Pembelajaran kitabah melalui khat riq’ah dengan manhaj Hamidi bertujuan untuk merealisasikan model pendidikan madrasah berbasis pesantren, serta pembinaan keterampilan, moral, intelektual dan spiritual siswa dan membangun kemampuan khususnya bidang kaligrafi Al-Qur’an. Dalam proses pembelajaran khat Riq’ah memakai dua buku panduan/kurrasah, diantaranya kurrasah  Yusuf Dzannun dan Muhammad Izzat. Kedua, Penerapannya dalam pembelajaran diawali dengan pemberian contoh titik satu dari guru kepada murid, kemudian titik dua, huruf asasiyah (ا-ب-م-ي-ق-ص-هـ-ج) dilanjutkan dengan huruf mustakhrajat (د-ر-س-ض-ع-ف-ك-لا)  setelah semua huruf selesai dilanjutkan dengan murajaah atau mengulang semua huruf yang telah dipelajari dalam satu kali setor. Setelah murajaah selesai dilanjutkan dengan menirukan kalimat yang ada di kitab. Sehingga dengan menggunakan metode ini, keterampilan kitabah siswa mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan.
