ABSTRAK Pluralitas atau kemajemukan merupakan sebuah situasi riil yang mesti diterima oleh semua masyarakat Indonesia yang dibangun atas dasar perdebedaan-perbedaan.Perbedaan-perbedaan itu pada suatu titik tertentu dapat menciptakan konflik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah solusi atau pencegahannya yakni pendidikan multikultural, agar pluralitas atau kemajemukan dapat dipertahankan dan diterima sebagai sebuah aset atau kekayaan yang dimiliki oleh bangsa Indonesia.Tujuan adalah untuk mempertahnakan harmonisasi dan integrasi bangsa.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengacu pada teori Milles dan Huberman.Sehingga, hasil yang diperoleh bahwa pendidikan multikultural merupakan problem solving di tengah pluralitas atau kemajemukan, yang semakin mengarah kepada sesuatu yang negatif atau sikap fanatisme dalam berbagai aspek atau dimensi. Kesimpulannya adalah pluralitas atau kemajemukan merupakan fakta sosial yang mesti diterima secara sadar dan kritis agar terciptanya kondisi manusia Indonesia yang saling menghargai, saling menghormati, damai, aman, tertib, dan saling berbagi dalam rangka meningkatkan harkat dan martabat bangsa yang berdaulat, adil, makmur dan beradab. Kata Kunci: Pluralitas, konflik, dan pendidikan multikultural

This study mainly aims to determine the effect of the use of audiovisual media on learning outcomes of fourth grade students at MIS Amanah Ruteng in the 2018/2019 school year. This research includes quantitative research, with the type of experimental research. The design in this study was the prepostest control group design. The sampling technique is done by total sampling, which the entire population of fourth grade is used as a sample. The research sample consisted of 21 students of 4thA grade as the control class and 21 students of 4thB grade as the experimental class. The data collection technique in this study was a multiple choice test technique with 30 instruments. The results of the validity test contained 26 valid items and 4 items were invalid with a reliability of 0.932. Based on the results of the analysis showed the value of tcount was 7.38 and the value of ttable was 2.02 at a significance level of 0.05. The calculation results showed the value of tcount 7.38 > 2.02 ttable. This shows that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that science learning assisted by audiovisual media was proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII, pada materi segi empat di SMPK Immaculata Ruteng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan post-test only control group design. Pengambilan sampel kelas eksperimen dan kontrol, dilakukan dengan prosedur random kelas, yang didahului uji kesetaraan melalui Anava. Sampel penelitian untuk kelas eksperimen berjumlah 31 siswa, mendapat perlakuan model pembelajaran tutor sebaya. Sampel penelitian untuk kelas kontrol berjumlah 30 siswa, menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah instrument tes berbentuk uraian. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 79,77 sedangkan kelompok kontrol mendapat nilai rata-rata 65,83. Perhitungan untuk uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil dan . Karena   maka ditolak dan   diterima. Dalam hal ini,  nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar kelas eksperimen dan  nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar kelas kontrol. Berarti, prestasi belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya lebih tinggi dari pada prestasi belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Kesimpulannya adalah dalam upaya  membangun prestasi belajar matematika siswa, model pembelajaran tutor sebaya lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional.

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the effectiveness of PKN learning towards the development of student nationalism in Manggarai Regency. By knowing the effectiveness of PKN learning, the government and educational institutions should specifically pay attention to the whole process of organizing learning. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative conducted in schools from elementary school to high school in Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include the analysis of student responses and activities. Based on the results of research students in Manggarai Regency have an attitude of nationalism known thanks to the learning PKN obtained during their education. The spirit of student nationalism is reflected in the attitude of creating harmony in religious life, upholding the law, being active in national development and feeling proud as an Indonesian citizen.

The effort to maintain the balance of the natural environment is the responsibility of all humans on earth. The Waso Community (Anak Waso Community, AWAS.com) and the Waso indigenous community have been trying to carry out their responsibilities by carrying out reforestation activities for three years. To see the extent of these efforts carried out and get its impact, it is necessary to do social research. The main objective of this social research is to observe and evaluate comprehensively the steps of the Waso children's community in carrying out reforestation activities for three years in the Bangka Poa region, as well as the impact of the activities carried out. To describe the efforts of the Awas.Com community in protecting the environment, researchers conducted social research carried out using the Planning, Organizing, Acting, Impact (POAI) method. The research results illustrate that this reforestation activity has shown a positive impact in the form of the recovery of the natural conditions of the Bangka Poa region and the stable water debit in several springs. The research study also looks at and evaluates that reforestation activities for three years in a row have had a direct or indirect impact on the growth and development of ecological, sociological, economic and religious awareness and responsibilities in the community and Waso young generation.

In the life of the Manggarai community, numbers 1-10 each have different names or designations. Furthermore, for numbers 10 - 90 there are additional phonemes / m / and followed by the word pulu from numbers 1-9, and specifically for multiples of 10, there is a sound change from / a / to / e /, such as se (ce) mpulu, suampulu , telumpulu, and so on. While numbers 11-19 are a combination of numbers 10 - 90 with numbers 1-9, such as se (ce) mpulu ca, se (ce) mpulu sua, se (ce) mpulu telu, ..., se (ce) mpulu siok (ciok ), suampulu sa / ca, suampulu sua, suampulu telu, ..., suampulu siok / ciok, telumpulu sa (ca), telumpulu sua, telumpulu telu, and so on up to siok (ciok) mpulusiok (ciok). Furthermore, numbers 100 - 900 are called se(ce) ratus, sua ratus, telu ratus, and so on up to Siok (ciok) ratus. Numbers 1000, 2000, 3000, and so on are called ce ribu (ce sebu), sua ribu (sua sebu), telu ribu (telu sebu), and so on. In addition to the base 10 numbers, also found the use of base numbers 2, base 4, base 8, and base 100 as found in the western region of Manggarai. These base numbers 2, base 4, base 8 and base 100 are used in packaging corn. Corn packages consisting of 2 grains are called wasé, packages consisting of 4 grains are called ndurung, packages consisting of 8 grains are called dolé, and packages containing 100 grains or suampulu lima ndurung are called limbung. Various types of tools that are often used by the Manggarai community to say, among others: fingers, corn kernels, dukut ré'a, with measurement units used are: dalo, héndok, pagat, ciku, depa, dako, tongka, wega and so on . The amount of time is: leso, week, lu'ang / wulang, ntaung, and so on. Length measuring instruments commonly used are Ntawang / Ndawang wasé and wasé ajo, the units of which are meters. The length measuring unit commonly used by the Manggarai community is; dalo, héndok, pagat, ciku, depa, and lampa or nggap.

The disposal of infants and criminal provocatus abortion committed by students  have been a concern of the Manggarai community today. According to Indonesian state law and the teachings of the Church, the two acts violate the law, norms and ethics in society and religion. These actions result in eliminating lives that are believed to originate from God. This research found that they are caused by free sex behavior, lack of sexual education and lack of pro-life culture and pro-life education. Therefore, this article recommends that educational institutions and religious institutions, especially Catholic religions should be more active in promoting sexual education for adolescents, building a pro-life culture for the whole community and developing effective pastoral care. Churches and educational institutions should not only function to provide social, religious and educational sanctions, but mainly to become institutions that are present in the suffering and anxiety of young people who are entangled in problems. By doing such things,  the disposal of infants and abortion cases are expected to be reduced or lost.

MELESTARIKAN KEARIFAN LOKAL DAERAH MANGGARAI MELALUI KEGIATAN MENDONGENG PADA ANAK SEKAMI USIA SD DI PAROKI SANTU NIKOLAUS KELURAHAN GOLO DUKAL Abstract: Storytelling is a form of oral tradition as a means of communication and recording the events of life or human civilization of the past. Fairy tales are one of the places to preserve local wisdom. As for the fairy tale here is the fairy tale of the Manggarai area. Manggarai fairy tales were chosen with the aim of introducing various local wisdoms contained in these tales. this activity aims to; 1) introducing various local wisdoms in the Manggarai area to children of primary school age; 2) growing love for various local wisdoms in the Manggarai area; 3) grow and develop children's mental and ability to speak in frontother friends.in its implementation, this activity goes through several stages namely; 1) preparation stage which includes coordination of the service team, contacting partners, determining the schedule of activities, and procuring Manggarai folklore books; 2) the stage of implementation of activities which includes mentoring and training fordevelop the ability of children SEKAMI in knowing tales and storytelling.this activity aims to improve the ability of children SEKAMI in knowing more stories and good ways of storytelling; 3) the final stage includes storytelling and evaluation activities related to the effectiveness of service activities. this activity went well and the objectives of the activity were achieved.

Era revolusi industri 4.0 menuntut guru agar mempunyai sejumlah karakteristik untuk menyusun administrasi belajar yang tepat, mampu mendesain media pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan perangkat Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang ada secara arif, efektif, kompeten dan profesional. Untuk sampai pada tujuan tersebut masih banyak ditemukan masalah yang menghambat pelaksanaan kompetensi profesional guru dalam bidang TIK.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang positif atau signifikan antara pemanfaatan perangkat TIK terhadap peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah semua guru Se-Kecamatan Ruteng. Sampel sejumlah 35 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner (angket).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pemanfaatan perangkat TIK terhadap peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru SD Se-Kecamatan Ruteng, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,60. Hasil uji t menunjukan thitung>ttabel yaitu 4,31>2,235. Besar sumbangan variabel pemanfaatan perangkat TIK terhadap peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru SD Se-Kecamatan Ruteng sebesar 36,05% dan sisanya 63,95% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.

Abstract: Schools that are able to survive in the future are schools that embraced change. Not only embracing but managing it cleverly. Schools must be changed because the world around them changes too. When a school plans a change, it must be started from the planning of the change itself, which is determining what must be made, who changes it, when it is changed, why it is changed, and how it is changed. After everything was clear, then the school entered the movement stage. In the process of movement, schools must break through comfort zones, sell the change, strengthen individual capacity, provide financial support and facilities and strengthen school governance systems. After the school community is able to stand up, run, and race in the expected changes; then the school ensuring whether the planned changes have been carried out according to the plan or not. Then the school needs to do an evaluation and subsequently, make continuous improvements. And finally, give credit to the people involved in the change and celebrate the success of the change together.
