The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the effectiveness of PKN learning towards the development of student nationalism in Manggarai Regency. By knowing the effectiveness of PKN learning, the government and educational institutions should specifically pay attention to the whole process of organizing learning. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative conducted in schools from elementary school to high school in Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include the analysis of student responses and activities. Based on the results of research students in Manggarai Regency have an attitude of nationalism known thanks to the learning PKN obtained during their education. The spirit of student nationalism is reflected in the attitude of creating harmony in religious life, upholding the law, being active in national development and feeling proud as an Indonesian citizen.

Abstract The  problem  of this research is : How is the language development of children age 12 to 24 months in Semarang ?. The purpose of this study is to describe widely and deeply about language development the children age 12 to 24 in Semarang. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Miles Hubermen’s model. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation data. The results showed that the development of language of children aged 12 to 24 months in Semarang in expressive is: can produce sound almost perfect in several words; Some of the letters of the words missing from the pronunciation; The missing letters are usually consonants; Haven't been able to pronounce the letter s and r; In General, most people are able to understand the speech of the children is an adult who is close to the child; There is a word that can be spelled perfectly by the child. The words are by and large is the words that are simple and close to the children's daily lives. As for the generally receptive: children can follow and obey what is spoken by adults; The children seem to understand when the adults were talking about them; and children  can understand  to the words that they  heard more than that they can speak.   Keywords: Language, children, expressive, receptive, word.

The Covid-19 pandemic is the largest disease outbreak that occurred from 2019 to 2020, therefore the government itself issued policies related to policies. one of which is related to congregational prayer activities during the pandemic. The emergence of policies related to congregational activities inevitably raises pros and cons among the community. When a region carries out large-scale social activities (PSBB), it disturbs every activity related to religion. Agriculture is one of the main centers as source of livelihood for the people  in west aceh  regency,  this  can  be  seen  from  the  yields  of farmers  which  are increasing  every  year.  However,  the  increase  in yields  is  inversely  proportional  to  the  welfare  of  the  west  aceh farmers,  due to the  influence of price manipulation by middlemen. This   study   aims   to   examine   the   role  and  supervision   of   the government  in protecting the rights of  farmers from middlemen in west Aceh district. The method used in this research is  qualitative with  a  variety  of  secondary  data  analysis   techniques   and  used scientific narrative review data analysis techniques. The results show that discrimination against farmer by middlemen was indeed common in west Aceh. The role of the west Aceh government in overcoming this problem is by providing education, issuing policies on program for providing business capital to farmers. Meanwhile, the supervision that the goverment faces is in the form of a minumun level of public response to policies that have been regulated by the government and a lack of trust from the peasant community in the government.

This study aims to develop a Human Resources competency strategy at the Barru Regent's Office. This research specifically focuses on the development of Human Resources competencies used by the Barru district government in developing Human Resources apparatuses in order to perform high. This study uses a phenomenological approach, the main data collection techniques are interviews, observation Data analysis techniques used are data analysis techniques descriptive qualitative. The analysis was conducted after data collection through interviews and direct observation in the field. The results of the study include a strategy for developing resource management where competency-based apparatus people are realized by referring to the vision, mission, and goals through the remuneration mechanism as a form of appreciation for apparatus that has good performance. Development system and apparatus fulfillment system to improve apparatus competence, maintain productive human resources, improve welfare and create more positive competition. The whole process is carried out by referring to the principles of (a) human control control (b) recruit activity train, educate, develop, (d) manage Human relations performance, (e) reward and discipline action (f) manage redeployment, and (g) negotiation for working conditions.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had the worst impact, namely the increased vulnerability of children to become victims of violence. The Covid-19 pandemic has stimulated an increase in cases of violence against children, so in this case a legal protection is needed to fulfill the rights obtained for every child. The purposes of this study are to reveal legal arrangements in an effort to prevent violence against children during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as legal protection for children who experience violence during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is normative legal research with a statutory approach. The technique of collecting legal materials used in this research is the study of documents or library materials. The sources of legal materials used are primary and secondary sources of legal materials. The data analysis techniques were analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively. The results of the study revealed that the government's efforts to prevent violence against children during the Covid-19 Pandemic were pursued through preventive legal protection with the aim of preventing violations before the occurrence of violations and repressive legal protection in the form of sanctions such as fines, imprisonment, and additional penalties given if a dispute has occurred or has occurred. a violation is committed. All parties, both families and the government, should try to protect children from all acts of violence.

This study aimed, psychological problems of educational managers which they faced after rehabilitation of IDPs, when schools opened in the terrorism affected areas. The research study was descriptive in nature and mixed method approach was used. Therefore whole population of 92 schools’ managers was selected from the areas of South Waziristan Agency, declared open by the government of Pakistan after operation for repatriation. The sample consisted of 92 heads of educational institutions and 24 Maliks from those schools, numbers of respondents were 116 under this study. Questionnaire was developed for AEO, AAEOs, Principals, Headmasters/Headmistresses of middle schools and primary schools’ Head teachers and interview was scheduled for the Maliks. Collected data was analyzed considering the objectives and research questions of the study. The descriptive statistics was used for questionnaire data analysis. Thematic analysis technique was used for interview data analysis and open ended section of questionnaire. Findings revealed that the respondents were facing problems i.e., Fear of concealed mining bombs, students and teachers behavior was non cooperative, past traumatic events was creating chaos, parents and community did not take interest because of financial problem and  they kept children in domestic tasks. It was concluded that areas may be cleared properly avoiding mining blasts, seminars and refreshment opportunities are arranged for removing fear from their hearts, donors may be encouraged to support the educational institutions.

 Information and Communication Technology has become a basic need in people's lives and services by the government. The government as the executor of public services uses eGovernment as a means and infrastructure to realize effective, efficient and accountable. The application of e-Government in each district / city has a different level of effectiveness, so research needs to be done to improve and determine the future direction. This research was conducted in Mamuju District, West Sulawesi Province. This research approach is descriptive by using a type of qualitative research that aims to analyze the results of data processing based on theoretical indicators. Data collection techniques are carried out by in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion / verification with triangulation theory, which underlies the theory of The Four Forces Model of e-Government, research in the field, and data analysis to draw conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of e-Government in Mamuju District was not yet effective. Of the twelve indicators only four indicators are met. Not Achieving Effectiveness The application of e-Government in Mamuju Regency is caused by a lack of understanding of e- Government at the executive level, regional officials, technical officials, and legislative officials and most of the community. The lack of Human Resources (HR) in the field of Information Technology (IT) is a very big obstacle to the application of eGovernment in Mamuju District.Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi telah menjadi kebutuhan dasar dalam kehidupan masyarakat dan pelayanan oleh pemerintah. Pemerintah selaku pelaksana pelayanan publik menggunakan e-Government sebagai sarana dan prasarana untuk mewujudkan efektif, efisien dan akuntabel. Penerapan e-Government di setiap kabupaten/kota berbeda tingkat efektivitasnya sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk perbaikan dan penentuan arah kedepan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Mamuju, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan mengunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan menganalisis hasil pengolahan data berdasarkan indikator teori. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan/verifikasi dengan triangulasi teori, yaitu mendasari teori The Four Forces Model of e-Goverrnent, penelitian di lapangan, dan analisis data untuk mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-Government di Kabupaten mamuju belum efektif. Dari dua belas indikator hanya empat  indikator yang terpenuhi. Tidak tercapainya Efektivitas Penerapan e-Government di Kabupaten mamuju disebabkan karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang e-Government pada tingkat eksekutif, pejabat organisasi perangkat daerah, pejabat teknis, dan pejabat legislatif serta sebagian besar masyarakat. Kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam bidang Information Technology (IT) menjadi hambatan yang sangat besar terhadap penerapan e-Governent di Kabupaten Mamuju.

This study aims to develop, test the feasibility and measure student responses to Student Worksheets in the wave and sound course based 3N (Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi). The research method used is research and development using the Borg and Gall model which consists of five steps, namely exploration studies, initial product development, expert validation and product revisions, limited trials and product revisions, main trials and revisions to the final product. The instrument used was a validation questionnaire for material experts and media experts as well as a student response questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative data. The results of the study were 3N-based sound and wave LKM which were valid with very good criteria and very suitable for use, practical, interesting, more able to motivate and help students understand the concept. The average score of the validation results from material experts and media experts was 3.52 or 88.08%, in the very good category and the student response was 3.65 or 91.4% in the very good category.

Quality of New Possible Service Proportar at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Darmo Permai Surabaya. One of the main tasks of the government is to provide services, including in terms of electrical services. PLN is the only BUMN appointed as a provider of electric power to meet the electricity needs of the people of Indonesia. So this study aims to determine and value the quality of public services at PT. PLN (Persero) area Darmo Permai Surabaya necessary of electric power can be seen from the increasing demand for electricity supply in each region. This becomes the trigger of PT. PLN (Persero) to make innovations in the form of products to help meet the electricity needs of consumers. PLN continues to improve its service productivity with Prepaid Electricity. The method used in this research is qualitative research method with descriptive type. The data were collected by interview, questioner and observation. Data analysis techniques conducted in this study is data reduction by selecting data according to research, also presenting data by presenting data that has been reduced and obtained from PT. PLN (Persero) Darmo Permai area of Surabaya, and also using data analysis techniques draw conclusions by deducing data that has been reduced and presented. Based on the results of research can be concluded that the quality of electricity service prepaid in PT. PLN (Persero) Darmo Permai Surabaya area can be said is good enough. But on the other hand, there needs to be improvements made. Lack of adequate parking facilities, but also the number of booths available, indirectly this will affect the quality of service itself. Keywords: Quality of service, public service, electricity prepaid

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tax knowledge, tax rates and taxpayer awareness on the compliance of individual taxpayers of SMEs in Bekasi City. This research uses a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used classical assumption test, partial test (t test) simultaneous test (f test) and determination coefficient (R2).The results of this study identify that the tax knowledge variable has a positive and significant effect on individual SMEs taxpayer compliance. Tax rate variables have a positive and significant effect on SMEs taxpayer compliance and taxpayer awareness variables have a positive and significant effect on SMEs taxpayer compliance.
