Islamic Banking is one of the fastest growing banking systems in the modern world. It has also achieved significant growth in the Pakistani banking sector in the recent decades. Diminishing Musharakah (DM) is an Islamic mode of finance which not only provides home financing facilities to the customers but also provides other long term financing transaction such as machinery and equipment financing in Islamic banks. In September 2020, DM has the largest share in the Islamic banking financing in Pakistan at 34.5 percent. Considering the widespread acceptance of DM, this paper discusses the shariah structure of DM and its use as a home finance product, specifically its variants, in Islamic Banking Institutions. This paper also clarifies the issues which create confusions in the minds of the common public about Islamic banking products, emphasizing the importance of this product for Islamic Banking Institutions

People infected with the corona virus in Pakistan is increasing day by day. Although the government has taken timely precautions and security measures, the death toll from the virus is much lower than in other countries, but the reality is that the lockdown that has been going on for weeks in most parts of the country The economy has been hit hard. Due to the closure of various industries and restrictions on transportation, about 19 million people have lost their jobs, 70% of whom are from Punjab province. Among those most affected by the lockdown restrictions are employees of small and medium-sized enterprises, businesses and companies (SMEs) and hard-working daily wage earners. The government has allocated Rs. 144 billion under the Ehsas Emergency Cash Program to provide financial assistance to the unemployed. However, this is not a permanent solution to the problem. The government's first priority should be to stabilize the economy in the light of various economic indicators. The truth is that due to the abundance of problems, scarcity of resources and extreme poverty, a country of 220 million people cannot afford a long lockdown. The purpose of this article is to how to deal with these disturbing situations with a believing character and a positive attitude.

Quranic verses are full of metaphoric phrases and compound metaphors which can be said to be the biggest challenge for its translators to the other languages. There is no doubt that a number of renown Western scholars and orientalists have translated Quran in different languages including English but keeping in view the cultural and religious difference, usually even renown translators and scholars like Pickthall and Arberry seem unable to totally apprehend and transfer the intended meaning of the Arabic metaphors of Quran. In this article, it has been tried to discuss and highlight the impact of this deficiency of Western scholars and untranslatability of Arabic metaphor into English without proper command and in-depth knowledge of the Arabic language. The methodology is based on the basic theories of Translation Studies in this regard, especially presented by Peter New Mark and Eugene Nida i.e. literal translation, semantic translation, equivalence, domestication and foreignization

In present era leadership of Muslim countries are more controversial. For leadership managing a state is tougher target. Muslim leaders have no noteworthy part in the world. There are many reasons behind this failure. But the core of all is lack of principles of leadership. Leadership has vital and most important role in a successful state. A leader is the one who lead people for the sake of state’s objectives. Therefore, he/she must have the qualities by which individuals happily follow him and achieve set goals of state. The leader can only be successful when he set his principles and act accordingly those decided principles. Rules and regulation are the basic of all systems. Even if a small organization does not set their principle get fail. Setting principle and practicing them is the guarantee of success. Successful leaders known by their principles and never neglect their principles at all. Muhammad (peace be upon him) is an ideal and great leader in every aspect. Muhammad (peace be upon him) made neonate Medina a strong and organized state by his successful principles. This can help to lead the system of state successfully. Thus, Muslim leaders should adopt such principles and can run their countries successfully

Delegation of divorce and its revocation is an important issue in the discipline of Muslim family law, which especially highlighted by Muslim scholars in Pakistan after the legislation of Muslim Family Law Ordinance 1961 in this regard. Actually, the legality of the issue in the classical Muslim jurisprudence is not questionable due to its institution by the legal texts of the Holy Quran and Sunnah. But the Muslim scholars distinguish between pre- and post-contract delegation of right of divorce to the wife. As for as concerned the Pakistani Muslim family Law ordinance 1961, which legalized that right to divorce may be delegated to wife at all. We have tried to study in this article the real status of the issue in the light of Quran and Sunnah and opinions of the early Muslim Jurists in this regard. This study is based on the comparison between the practically applied law in Pakistan and legitimate position of the said case in Islamic Law.

Hazrat Allama Shah Ahmed Noorani belonged to the family of first caliph, Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddiq R.A. His ancestors migrated from Arab and settled in Subcontinent in Meruth (U.P). He was a good speaker of Arabic, Persian, English and many languages. One of his biggest contributions was his constitutional struggle for the protection of one of the foremost belief of Muslims, Finality of Prophethood. In 7 September 1974, Shah Ahmed Noorani and his companions were successful in getting their resolution from the parliament. When General Musharraf took over the Government in October 1999 and suspended the 1973 constitution and replaced it with P.C.O., Shah Ahmed Noorani fought against the inclusion of Islamic laws in P.C.O. As a result of his efforts the Government agreed to do it. This paper is based on the analytical study of his contribution in the Tehrik-eTahafuz-e-Khatm-e-Nabuwat.

Coronavirus pandemic started in the last week of February 2020 in Pakistan. In order to save the people from the Corona epidemic, a complete lockdown has been implemented across the country. All offices, educational institutions, transport and other sectors were closed. Only grocery and medical stores were allowed to operate. The government of Pakistan, the provincial governments and the country's elites, welfare organizations and religious and political parties have generously helped poor families without distinction of religion, color, race or language. People were provided with necessities, clothes, medicines and other necessities. Seeing the open expression of social welfare in Pakistan during the epidemic sent a good message to the world that the Muslims of Pakistan have an ideal role to play in serving humanity in accordance with the teachings of their religion. In this article, a research study has been done on the trend and effects of social welfare during the Corona era in the context of Islamic law
