The characteristics of the devices of barothermal destruction of cereals on the basis of the forming and baking device of the automatic machine for baking grain cereals are investigated. Characteristics of thermal modes were obtained with the use of many cell matrix-forming elements and the dependence of the temperature expansion of the interacting elements for different temperature ranges. The dependence between the locking force of the matrix, which guarantees the receipt of quality product and the force of the drive, is determined. The obtained characteristics are analyzed in order to improve the parameters and characteristics of the machine.

The work is related to the search for the possibilities of using internal energy resources in transport and technological systems by the example of food packaging lines packed in glass containers. Trends in switching to high-performance lines have led to the need for their equipment with dual-purpose transport systems. Obviously, the first task is to ensure the movement of artificial products in the respective sections between units of technological machines, and the second component of their task - to fulfill the role of storage devices in combination with the need for restructuring mass flows. This combination of tasks has led to the exclusive use of closed circuit circuits with two friction planes in transport systems. Meanwhile, it is known that energy costs in mechanical systems are associated with the need to achieve the specified levels of kinetic energy of the moving masses in order to overcome the forces of harmful and useful resistance. The peculiarity of such transport systems is the constant presence of transients and dynamic components of loads. The study complements the known dynamic manifestations with new ratios of indicators for the possibility of energy recovery. In the transportation systems for glass production of foodstuffs, the driving factors in most cases are represented by friction forces. Simultaneously, the closure of kinematic pairs between the products and the supporting moving planes is due to gravity forces, which, in cases where their velocities do not coincide, leads to the formation of an additional friction plane with a corresponding increase in energy costs and dynamic components of the loads. The uneven velocity of the closed circuit circuits is accompanied by additional relative displacements at certain ratios of kinematic and geometric parameters. An appropriate set of parameters is achievable by eliminating these additional displacements of the product arrays relative to the reference planes and limiting energy costs. The use of rigid kinematic bonds in parallel systems allows for changes in velocities in counter-phases and provides energy recovery. With stabilized kinematic parameters, compared to single-stream systems, higher loads of drive motors with improved performance are achieved.

The article deals with the modeling of boundary layer parameters for Newtonian fluids under laminar and turbulent modes of motion. Based on the system of Prandtl equations and initial boundary conditions under laminar motion, using the Gallorkin method, a tri-diagonal system of equations is formed, which connects the values of functions at the node of nets n+1 across the boundary layer. The numerical method uses the Thomas algorithm to calculate values Ujn+. The velocity value Vjn+1 is determined from the continuity equation by integration across the boundary layer. The Navier-Stokes equation in dimensionless form was used to model the turbulent boundary layer, given the velocity U is an independent variable. The differential equation system was solved using the numerical Dorodnicin method. The results of modeling the velocity distribution in the boundary layer, the thickness of the boundary layer in the section of the flexible pipeline 0.8-1.5 m from the beginning of the fluid entering the pipeline at the expense up to 0.1 kg/s are presented. Keywords: boundary layer, turbulent mode, velocity, Prandtl equation

The article conducted analysis of factors affecting the quality and productivity of the formation of sheets in a stack on the joggers and the dynamic synthesis of the jogging process. The purpose of the work is determination of such parameters of jogging perturbation and the angle of inclination of the vibrate table, at which the alignment will take within the shortest time. The jogging process, which contains the running start and run out, is the considered in detail. The hypothesis has pulled out and confirmed that under jogging conditions there may be conditions under which a stack of sheets will be in the state of "free-body". It`s represented, that moving of the stack is possible only when the table is tilted and vibrated, the acceleration amplitude of which will be not less than the acceleration of the Earth's gravity. The time of stay of the table is in the state of "free body" determined depending on the angle of inclination, frequency and amplitude of the vibration table. The following graphs it is possible to estimate time of alignment of sheets in a stack of from the angle and vibration parameters.

The article shows that aerobic fermentation of sugar-containing media requires the presence of dissolved oxygen in them. In most cases, the latter condition is fulfilled by the introduction and dispersion in the liquid phase of the air, which is compressed to levels corresponding to hydrostatic pressures with some exaggeration. The formation of the dispersed gas phase is accompanied by the interaction of the inlet air and the liquid phase, the efficiency of which is determined by the formed contact surface. The study presents generalizations that relate to the dynamics of biomass growth and correlate with the amount of oxygen introduced into the system. It is important that oxygen refers to gases with limited solubility, and therefore the hydrodynamic state and the interfacial surface are among the factors of intensification of mass transfer processes. It is also shown that the nominal estimation of the hydrodynamic state of gas-liquid media should begin with an assessment of the aeration intensity and it is proposed to take the reduced gas phase velocity as the ratio of the volume air flow to the cross-sectional area of the apparatus. Turning to the indicator of the reduced speed negates the influence of geometrical parameters in the form of the ratio of height and diameter. The results of the process and the efficiency of the equipment used are determined by the performance indicators in the form of concentrations of microorganisms and the output rate of the input power supply. The combination of these requirements leads to the need to combine the maximum achievable concentrations of dissolved oxygen and the minimum concentrations of sugars. The features of the double influence of ambient temperatures in the manifestations of the optimal for microorganisms and for the solubility of gases in accordance with Henry's law are shown, the values of Henry constants are given. The list of factors of influence includes such physical parameters of the environment as viscosity, surface tension, osmotic pressure, hydrostatic pressure, temperature. It is determined that the presence of dissolved nitrogen has an influence on the hydrodynamics of gas-liquid media due to changes in hydrostatic pressure in the circulation circuits.

The essence of the phasification process is described. The set of linguistic variables of the process of designing the post-printing processes is distinguished: publication indicators, design features, operating conditions, type of production, materials, type of equipment, technological and economic calculations, scheme of technological process. Partial quality indicators of linguistic variables have been formed: quality of publication formation, quality of production organization, quality of planning. The notation and linguistic nature of each variable, the universal sets of values, and the corresponding linguistic terms are given. A multilevel model of fuzzy inference is constructed: formation of an integral indicator of the quality of design of post-printing processes. The preconditions for the prognostic evaluation of the quality of the analyzed process were created by accumulating information from the lowest level of the model to the highest.
