The researcher explained the implementation process of finding the scholarship for the students by using machine learning supervised learning algorithm i.e. Naïve Bayes algorithm. Addition to this it includes a small description of naïve bayes classifier which used to be used through the authors. It explains the significance of training facts set and trying out information set in Machine mastering techniques. Machine learning nowadays becomes plenty used technique in the field of IT industry. It is a very effective instrument and technique for many quite a number fields such as education, IT and even in enterprise industry. In this paper, the researcher attempt to find computerized end result reputation of scholarships of college students by way of using naïve bayes classifier algorithm primarily based on the scholar educational performance, conversation skills, greedy power, IHS, income, time management, regularity etc. A scholarship offers a strength and self assurance to a student. It also boosts the performance of students indirectly. Usually scholarships are furnished by governments or authorities organizations. It is very essential for students to recognize their personal potentiality early in their educational profession so that they faster its growth, receiving attention from an employer or corporation helps college students take this step. Students can apply for scholarships primarily based on the eligibility criteria (such as caste category, annual income, etc). The scholarship will be issued based on merit, student performance and career specific. Different schemes of scholarships are provided for the students based on distinct eligibility criteria. By the use of a naïve bayes classifier, the researcher acquired a end result with accuracy of 96.7% and error of 3.3%. The repute of scholarship students was once displayed in the form of yes or no.

In the article offered to the attention of readers, for the first time in the world literature, both the theoretical foundations for creating flotocombines based on a multi-stage and generalized flotation model are considered, and practical recommendations based on the principles of biosimile. Possible schemes of flotocombines of the KBS type and special purpose are shown. New aeration systems for use in various flotation apparatus, including flotocombines, are considered. Practical examples of the use of new flotation equipment are described. It is offered to a wide range of readers, including researchers, university professors, graduate students, masters, bachelors and senior students.

In this study, the performances of the sand piles in Istanbul's Bağcılar and Zeytinburnu districts has been analyzed using Finite Element Method (FEM). Single and group (triple) piles with various length/diameter ratios (L/D) were placed in the water-saturated soft clay soil. Sand piles were modeled in various L/D ratios (10, 5.71, and 8.57). The distance between the piles was chosen as 2 meters and the group effect was also investigated. A uniformly distributed load of 162 kN/m2 is placed on the ground. In addition, the soil was modeled with the Soft-Soil soil model, the hardening soil model for the infill part, and the sand piles with the Mohr-Coulomb soil model. According to the results , the settlement of the soil decreases by 52.8% for a single pile with an L/D ratio of 8.57. However, the best L/D ratio for triple piles was found to be 5.71. In this case, the settlement decreases by 52.8% compared to the pileless situation. Finally it was concluded that the model with the L/D ratio of 8.57 reduced settlement in the best and the most efficient way.

Indian Public procurement works contribute almost 30% of the total GDP, most of the large and massively funded projects are public-funded, utilizing the tax collected from the citizens of the country. Hence, any discrepancies associated with such projects have direct implications on the taxpayers. The public procurement process, due to legal bindings and ethics is prone to various malpractices, that affect the overall performance of the system. Hence, it becomes imperative to prevent anomalies associated with the public procurement process. One of the anomalies associated with public procurement is an Unbalanced bid, a method of redistributing the project cost such that it varies from the Engineer’s Estimate. The ethics related to Unbalanced bid varies, contractors state that unbalanced bidding is moral and find its application beneficial to the project performance while clients and officials opine that an unbalanced bid is an unethical practice to jeopardize project progress and client’s money. The unbalanced bid can be of four types – Quantity Error Exploitation, Front-loaded Bid, Back loaded Bid, and Collusive bid. The research intends to propose a model to detect and prevent unbalanced bids respecting the constraints of the public procurement process in India, enhancing project performance, and protecting tax payer’s money.

This is a review paper on the topic “Hate Speech Detection”. One of the main disadvantages of social media is the way it is used to spread hate. This hate can affect an individual or a group in different ways like, degrading their mental health leading to anxiety and depression. This can lead to suicides or homicide. So it is very important to control how a platform can be used in spreading a particular message. To do this we have to identify the hate speech content automatically, this can be done with the help of techniques in machine learning and deep learning. We have reviewed few papers that deal with the different methodologies of detecting hate speech in a given text

Abstract In this study, it is aimed to demonstrate the effects of the feed line position on the operating frequency, return loss and bandwidth of the rectangular patch microstrip antenna. For this purpose, a compact-sized antenna that can operate at 2.4-2.45 GHz frequencies is designed in High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) program. Then, the position of the feedline is changed horizontally and vertically, and its effects are observed. The results obtained after the modificaions are given and discussed. It is stated that the feed line position is a very important parameter that affects the basic characteristics of the antenna.

Another kind of ultra-fast phenomenon, superluminal transmission of light pulse, was proposed, its velocity can faster than the infinite that was proved in theory and experiment. Based on two kinds of epistemology and world, both deeply effects on Science and technology and open new application of Laser discussed briefly. We also suggested add the content of two kinds of epistemology and worlds in Physics to clear the relationship between the Relativity and general Physics

This work focused on the designing of medical diagnosis system using Supervised Machine Learning. Logistics Regression Algorithms (LRA) was adopted, the label inputs for the data set which the symptoms were trained and mapped with the input of the user. Diagnosis of malaria was considered in this work; the system verified the value of the logical regression in the medical decision support system. Medical practitioners and other health workers can use this system to make better decisions in medical diagnosis for malaria. Adoption of this system will reduce stress of diagnoses malaria from patient and reduce congestion in our hospitals.

This study propose the use of heterogeneous visual landmarks, points and line segments, to achieve effective cooperation in indoor SLAM environments. In order to achieve un-delayed initialization required by the bearing-only observations, the well-known inverse-depth parameterization is adopted to estimate 3D points. Similarly, to estimate 3D line segments, we present a novel parameterization based on anchored Plücker coordinates, to which extensible endpoints are added

Pour Point Depressant (PPD) Testing are used extensively to modify the crystallinity of hard waxes and to reduce the natural pour point of crude. The best PPD chemical and best dosage for crude oil treatment will be chosen based on the laboratory test results to: Reduce pour point of crude oil; Reduce viscosity of crude oil; Improve rheological properties of crude oil; Reduce wax deposition rate and pipeline restart pressure. The chemical performance evaluation for PPD, proposed to use at X Oil Field has been conducted in Crude oil and Petroleum products Lab. The following properties have been determined in laboratory for blank sample (which is a mixture of H1, H4 and H5 crude oil samples with ratio of 2.1:1.4:1.0) and sample treated by PPD (rundown crude oil sample): Pour Point (for blank sample and treated sample); Wax Appearance Temperature (WAT) and Wax Disappearance Temperature (WDT) (for blank sample); Dynamic Viscosity (for blank and treated samples); Yield Stress by Rheometer (for blank and treated samples) for 100 mins, 1000 mins and 02 days shut-in times; Wax Deposition Rate by Cold Finger for blank and treated samples; Restart Pressure by Restart Loop (for blank and treated samples) for 100 mins, 1000 mins and 02 days shut-in times.
